Communication was good during payment and giving initial measurements. - (Jan) A month passed until I asked for an update, no response till I emailed again 4 days later. Shannie stated the pawpads had not arrived but she will be doing the furring that weekend. - (Feb) Another month passed until I emailed a few times until getting a response 4 days later. Shannie mentioned some personal issues got in the way but she was working on them right now. - (Mar) No contact, emailed on 12th of march, eventually Shannie replied on the 27th saying DVC didin't send the pads but that will be sorted soon. Said pictures will be sent to me in the next two days. - (Apr) Emails got difficult, no response to multiple emails, however she was very active on twitter nightly, so I asked there, got a prompt response and reply to email sent two weeks earlier. Apr 18th - Seller mentioned the pawpads came in, and her emails from commissioners were going to spam. Personal issues mentioned regarding young family member and school, she said she "would be done this weekend" again and getting pictures out. - Update: (May) I sent another email as I was advised she had just returned from Morphicon, received reply that she would try and post them the following Monday. Image of boots attached but was blank. Said she would try get another image to me. No further responses to emails during May. - Update: (Jun) No response to multiple emails to ask if the boots were shipped after 11th of may. Her furbuy account has since been placed into suspension by the administrators, due to the number of complaints received from her commissioners. Since the last time I contacted her on twitter, her twitter became private, and no longer responded to commission tweets (but her active tweet count still increases 30-80 nightly). I am normally very patient and understanding... but I really can't excuse this. During feb and March, even though she was already aware she was behind on commissioners work, she continued to post new auctions on Furbuy for digiboots. A few of those people have since left negative feedback because they cant get any communication from her.

On august 2019 i commission kitamonplush for two plush on her facebook page and payment was sent via paypal and i not ask for update because of covid happen in 2020 and i ask for 0ne on 5/30/20 she did give me a update the next time i ask for a update it was 2/25/21 she give me the some update it almost does. at the point i now some was wrong . so i look some of her other accounts now like her etsy page you can tell she make plush for her store and some people neve get it too the two plush was for my brother he die from covid i was did i get scam so i talk to her about it and we change the plush the next time i ask for it was 1/26/22 still no update and still not have be read so i make a new account and send her a message she did read it say have be read so i have mark it and now i have be block on my account bye her so i cant message her

Product (PWYW Commission) was offered as a public solicitation in a local State Telegram Chat. I was interested and contacted the seller via direct message on Telegram with inquiries. They explained that they were offering "Pay What you Want" (PWYW) commissions for sale: "just tell me what u want and a price and ill do it" to which I responded with for a $10 traditional commission request. After providing my character reference and commission details they gave me their paypal address and responded "ill get started when im on break", and "and i cant start until paid btw :)" to which I immediately paid $10 for. Up until now, all of this had occurred within one day on February 19, 2020. After I sent the payment, we had casual conversation about their fursuit and our dogs, which does not have much relevance here. My next communication with the seller was on March 10, 2020: I sent another Telegram DM "Hey there. Have you had a chance to work on the pwyw I had paid for a little bit ago?" to which they responded "no- i ned to make a trello. my commission list is so big atm xD. cuz i opened a ton of like $1 headshots". This was no big deal to me, it wasn't even a month since I purchased the commission and they seemed to have taken in a lot of other commissions at the time. On March 11, 2020 they reached out to me, "To all of my commissioners: its been super hard to keep on schedule so i have decided to make a trello 🙂 please send your ref(s) and what you purchased at your earliest convinience so i can add you to my trello, hope to satisfy you with my work soon - Connor~!" and I immediately resent my reference sheet along with the details that I paid for a $10 pwyw commission. On April 10, 2020 I sent the seller a screenshot of our previous telegram history of the initial 2/19/20 communication to which they replied "ty" On May 2, 2020 I replied to my 4/10/20 message asking "Any update on this? If you can't do it can you just refund me the $10?" to which they responded "i cant as that was my exs paypal. and he took it over" This was the last time that I spoke with the seller. To this day (Currently 06/08/21) I have gotten neither commission or a refund. In short, the seller made a solicitation in a public Telegram chat and I requested a $10 commission on 02/19/20 which I paid that day. Months went by with no commission despite me asking about it every once in awhile, and on 05/02/20 I requested a final update or a refund to which the seller said they could not do because the paypal that I sent the money to was not theirs and the actual owner locked them out. I never got a commission or a refund. Relevant images of the discussions I had with this seller and paypal transaction history are shown below. I bought 2 adopts from Hyperiontrash december of 2019. Via discord we had a conversation that if i paid her an additional $70 usd i would get nsfw and SFW full refs of both designs. After payment was sent for both, i received one, this beware is about the second set. we corresponded only on discord the last 9 months. Payment proof: So I approached Hyperion and agreed to pay for both refs as seen here I received the first ref and the first promise of "sometime next week" After 3 months of no wip, no contact, i reached out again after seeing a journal that she couldnt work because of her computer (while still not being listed on her queue): and then after a further 3 months (at this point we are at 6 months wait time I reached out again, as i was still not on her queue and no wips had been sent or contact made) i was told she was "almost done" I waited another 3 months and reached out again. was told she would be done "in the next 2 weeks" I waited a further 25 days and reached out a final time, this time suggesting a refund. I was told she cant refund me. It is now as of posting october 15th, she has still not sent a single WIP, nor the final product, however on october 14th she has created 6 adopts from sketch - to final product and received total bids as of this writing of over 500 dollars, 300 of which has been paid to my knowledge and during a conversation on her server on the 14th the following exchange took place: all adopts finished yesterday are grouped here: at this point i simply no longer believe i will get the refs i paid for. as that is the case I felt it best I leave this beware for the community before attempting to issue a chargeback with paypal, or that possibly i may get the references, though at this point as i have been unable to use the design for a year i no longer want it the way it is so i would rather have the money so i can pay someone else to do the reference with changes.

i approached Devicre in September to ask about if they did comics to which they said they were willing to take on my project despite the lack of experience in the field. I gave them the details then we agreed on a payment amount and i began making payments. I received rough wips of 2/5 pages in october. I eventually had to stop in October as i went away for a personal anniversary. In November i didn't make payments because of the weirdness of paypal bouncing funds around during a dispute with customer so when i thought they took money for Devicre they had took money for random disputes, but i made the final payments in DEC and told Devicre we could pick it back up in January since they had to take commissions between the time frame i was gone. This was ok for me because between December-January i was in the hospital so nothing could be done anyhow. Once we reconnected and were ready to start, a fallout with a former friend who i was gifting this comic to led to me wanting the comic to be changed to not include them and we agreed on a valentines day comic instead. They said they could do it and we went with the new idea and char. February 20th came and id received no wips or updates. February 25th and they tell me they would need more money to put the comic idea to action. I decided against paying more since there had been no wips and said scrap the vday comic just go back to the other comic then because we already agreed to the pages for that and 2 were sketched out so no reason it cant be finished. March came and no updates i asked for updates i got nothing. I decided to give them space to work and didn't ping them again til May for a update to which i received no answer and started to look around for their activity,and a wip to which neither was available. At this time id done my research to find any page thy were active on since they weren't active on fa but would pop up once a while on picarto to stream commissions they took. I caught them the first time and message them there they finally answered me this was may 7th and on twitter i sent a message but they said they never got it. I was given a run around about them having backlog due to the commission not being done in sept and oct. but as i'd told them they had from dec-may to start something. We came to a mutual understanding they would work on the comic in may and start over with where we were. May came and gone and once more i was left in the dark on may #1st they said their hand was hurting from a injury of some sort but id by then found them streaming many times on commission work they recently took up even so much as offering in steam commissions. I given them the ultimatum of giving me a start and finish date or refund me to which their response was they were gonna stream it that morning but after me being pushy they don't feel like it. They once more gave me a finish date of the end of the month for June but once more fell thru on that. They told me they offered me at one point to scrap the comic and trade out for regular arts but i refused that offer i wanted the comic or a refund. I received a sketchy wip on June 22nd after no response and the looming threat of a beware to them. I eventually popped into their streams a few times where they had a queue and saw they listed my comic under commissions and was upset addressing the fact my commission was from last yr so no other commission could possibly have come before that or their statement of having to clear their schedule back then for me would have been a lie. Fast forward in July i asked for a update i got no answer. I saw on fa they randomly made a come back post in august saying they will be active and taking commissions and ychs and old commissioners had to email them if they wanted their work done by aug14th, I emailed them and i was met with excuses but told they will get it done.once the time frame came and gone i emailed again and got no answer or response back, i also received no answer on discord . As of today i am unable to charge back because i do not have that paypal anymore and it well past the protection date anyhow, looking thru my bank statements it seems i only paid 200 thru my bank and the rest thru paypal balance. They owe me a refund at this point in time. in my screenshots i will cross out any personal information and the name and picture of the person who was to be in the original comic as we are not on terms and i do not wish to get them involved... the first few are from fa the second set is from discord the last set is from picarto whisper chat system and then there is the email and proof of payments

Epilepsy warning: This usser made kidcore/webcore stuff, so lot of shiny things Okay, im kinda nervous and i hope i made this right. On September 6th, i asked NekoB0mb on their da about the prices of their customs. We come to an agreement and they give me their discord to talk about how i wanted the customs, originally they were 2. On discord i tell em i want 3 more and they agree, so i send the payment. They answered me and there wasnt any problem. I asked for updates each month, and they answered me, telling me they have exams or things like that. Agreement of two customs for 150 points each one and to pm them on discord Payment of points, it has two screen since later on discord, i tell them i wanted 3 more Description of how i wanted the customs, and kinda proof of them deleting their discord( it doesn't appear their ussername) Some months later, they desactivate their account on da, and delate their discord, thay were erasing their stuff on th. I panicked and send a message to someone they frecuently commissioned them. Who tell me they were in a difficult situation and that i didnt worry, that my comm will be make. So i waited. And time later they reactivate accounts. On ends of march i send them a message via th, and they tell me to contact them again via discord on a new one. So i did. And asked them if they have a problem with the comm they can cancel and give me a refund or that i can wait, i also asked if they had a waitlist. Contacting them after they desactivate their media and giving some time to rest, asking for update or refund if they cant do it. They answered me, they have wips of two of them. They telling me to contact them on discord to show me the wips and that. Me telling them that day and some days later i pm them. They ghost me for weeks. Time later i discovered they had instagram and i pm them about wanting a refund there sending the proof of the agreement and payment. And they continue ghosting me. They continue active on th and opening commissions on instagram and making some adopts. Me pming them about the customs and asking if they have trello/waitlist And being ghosted Contacting them on instagram, telling them that they tell me to pm them but they never answered, showing them proof it was me, and being ghosted again. Now on may, they got the last of my patience, i asked again about a refund on their the profile since they didn't answer any pm message i sent. And they erased the comment i put on their th. So some hours later i asked again telling them that please stop ghosting me, and how cynic is to make a post about being upset about being ghosted when they are doing the same. Time later two of their friends answered me with a low bad joke. Telling me they were dead/killed. I would have believe them if it wasn't by the fact that the user erased my comment and that they continually post and interacted with other commenters. Also that their kind of fun is like that inbetween them. Feel kind of immature. Contacting them on the comments for second time after the first comment was erased , telling them i wanted a refund becouse of the time with no updates and ghosting. And stuff of them accepting more comms and they need to have a better communication.

After close to 3 years now, Ive given up on ever receiving this badge. I honestly dont recall when it was began. But I do remember her asking me via shout if we could do a badge trade. If I could guess it would have been shortly before AnthroCon 2010 so June 2010 until today. No big. Ill wait. I ship things overseas all the time. In fact, I ship things on a weekly basis Then, it really got old; she's taking more trades, and more commissions. All the while my other shouts asking when I can send my half to her go un-replied. Finally sick of it, I tell her to just give me an address so I can at least do the right thing and give her my half. Testy, I write up a pretty annoyed reply, but after broken promises for additional arts, and a -watch later (from much earlier I noticed, not due to this last note) I have come to being sick of having her name sit on my waiting list for a trade. I had full intensions of shipping her half out, and not even caring if I ever received mine. This girl is nothing short of someone that clearly holds no responsibility for her actions and has no intentions of fulfilling a trade, much less a paid commission. And if you want anything more than a low quality scan forget about it. The original has no chance of making it to you ever it seems. If you dont have a place to mail things to in the first place, dont take a trade and waste peoples time. EDIT: Angel has reached out to me to give an address: To keep it fair, since she cannot receive my half then I do not want hers. This is merely a beware to any one else to see the lack of communication and the year+ time it took to even trade. Had I known she never wanted to physically receive my half I would have never spent the extra time to cut, laminate and prepare it for shipping so it could serve its purpose as a badge to wear. As someone below stated we are both equal in the fact that neither of us have physically received our shares. I dont wish her to spend money on shipping it out.

All that was left was shipping charges, which we agreed wouldn't be paid until after the suit was completed. When: July 19th 2011 - We came to an agreement as to the price and what was going to be in the commission. The partial fursuit with the head, tail, feet and hand paws. We agreed that 200$ would be the price excluding shipping that would be calculated later. We also agreed that the suit would be paid off in 4 separate installments. July 20th 2011 - I sent her the first installment of 50$ Which is noted below by the paypal receipt. The payment was sent to cmmcshane@hotmail.com Later that day, she messaged me saying she wanted to get started right away and ask for the second payment earlier so that she could buy the materials. So 2 hours or so after the first installment was paid the second one was sent, once again 50$ to the same email address. As shown by the screencap July 25-30th 2011 - She contacts me again with a status update and states that she had begun work and that everything was going smoothly. She then sent me pictures that are linked below. August 8th 2011 - I sent her the last 2 payments, both each of 50$. I noted in the description section of paypal that these were payments for a fursuit. Like the first two payments these were sent to cmmcshane@hotmail.com and they are proven by the screencaps of the receipt. August 9th 2011 - She contacts me on msn to state that she has received the payments and that I should be getting the suit sometime around October, and that shed message me on FA sometime during October when it was finished. I don't message her again until November 1st because I assumed she was working on it and I didn't want to be a bother. November 1st 2011 - I message her to enquirer about the fursuit cause she failed to contact me about the completion. November 7th 2011 - She responds to my message and states that she might be dying of liver failure so she hasn't had time to work on it. She states that a few things needed to be fixed on the suit and states they should be done soon. I sent a response saying that that was ok, cause of the "circumstances". November 16th 2011 - She responds to my message and states that she was sick and didn't have time to work on the suit. She also stated for the in-convince that I would receive a few free badges, and pictures as to were she was in the progress. I ask if I can receive the pics by that Sunday, she stated that she could do that and it was never done. When I messaged her back. I got no response. I send more messages after this inquiring what was happening to no response. February 7th 2012 - She finally responds to my messages from November 2011. She now states that she still hasn't done anything on the suit cause she was facing eviction and cant afford to feed herself. She gave me two options, she could either finish it or just give me a refund. When I stated what I wanted, her to complete it, she responded with an ok. March 1st - Present - I've been messaging her every two weeks inquiring about the fursuit. She has yet to respond to any of my messages and it was at this point I have come to believe that she just took my money and ran with it. I've also commented on her FA page and gotten no response. I feel i should do this after urging from an artist friend. early this year before a friends birthday i commissioned SugarPup on telegram from a local group chat. the art piece i ordered was something i dont believe was very much but it was 3 characters in a small shaded piece sitting together. thinking hey life gets busy and as an artist it would be valid to have a que for art i asked if they did indeed have one which you can see at the bottom of this post. At the price i have paid it was said to be at $45 but i did the transfer as friends and family since it wouldn't need them to pay for the full payment as such it came out at $46.61. since this is a decent chunk of change as at this point life had some curveballs and i lost my job i was a little more on edge with anything i spent money on as of this month, (july) there hasnt been any progress on the art piece to my knowledge and after multiple conversations spanning months to date usually simple things like. "hey hows things going with the art piece?'" but being a trusting person i am not sure how much of her replies have been valid with irl things happening alot to herself and her dogs they own so i gave them more time. at first it was a simple 2 month delay and i checked in in march. but as of now in july currently the 26 at time of posting i havent heard back from her and her telegram nickname has changed and the group we shared at one point she is no longer in so im not entirely sure if she is ghosting me or if something else has come up hence why this is a caution. granted ive been lucky and had an artist take a while due to other circumstances.,I cant go into who but it took over a year but i did finally get the piece and some extra material as compensation for the delay. i currently have no way of knowing if SugarPup has done any work on my commision to date or if she will ever finish or send it forward as she still has no art que to my knowledge and i cannot get ahold of the artist via any known means i would love to get my money back or get my commision but im not sure what steps to take from here... ;-;

I was wanting one so badly and I was so happy to be her first Certified dachshund for her custom batches. :3 I told her I wanted one badly and if she would be willing to wait if I saved up the funds for the tag. She was very understanding and even let me buy it for $20 instead of $25 since I had inquired to her about one before she even started selling custom tags publicly so I was super grateful for that. She finished it in no time, sent me the badge file, a high res file of my character only, and an icon file. That was so freaking nice of her to do that! ❤️ Not done. She asked for my mailing address and I gave it to her and she shipped out my tag the next day. Once I got it in the mail, I was surprised to see that not only was there a tag, but ANOTHER COPY as well, and they both were laminated and had clips! AND, and there is another and, she included the original paper sketch as well! I was so speechless and happy that I got so many nice things from her. That was a great deal. She is probably one of the best artists I have ever done business with to be honest. She was kind, polite, professional, and included so many great things for only $20!
