About Me

  1. Loisgriffin (e-mail) LG showyoursoles (Twitter) Contacted me about a commission Friday June 1st and all proceeded exactly as I would have expected for a commission. The story (NSFW content) was slotted into my schedule, as normal, payment was received and the work was completed on time (July 5th, as in screenshot "Loisgriffin, story 1"). There was no answer to my query for feedback (this is normal with some clients) so the full work was delivered after editing for typos (July 27th, as in screenshot "Loisgriffin, story 2"). Unfortunately, the e-mails referencing a charge back from PayPal did not appear to come through to me (e-mail error) and I noticed something wrong on August 5th when my PayPal account dropped into the negative. On investigating, it appeared that a charge back had been initiated against this purchase, which is confirmed by Loisgriffin in screenshot "Loisgriffin, chargeback 2". They claim that this is an accident and asked to be invoiced again, after which I broke down the charges and additional fees for them (as my account had automatically, as per PayPal terms) covered the cost of the charge back and all fees. After querying this with Loisgriffin, they stated that their account had been put on hold (which is not unlikely, considering that a fraudulent charge back was filed and PayPal assigned the money back to the card issuer) but no further contact at all has been made. Options for payment were provided but there has been no contact at all since the final e-mail in the "chargeback" screenshot contact chain. I also attempted to contact via Twitter (one message of which on August 11th prompted an e-mail reply) but there have been no further responses to either Twitter DMs or Twitter public messages/tweets. Please see "Showyoursoles" screenshots for the two Twitter chains. Although I'm uncertain whether this was a genuine error or intentional, I know that I would have been mortified if I had accidentally charged back a commission that I had paid for and would have done everything possible as soon as possible to fix the error. Loisgriffin has not shown themselves to be working on correcting the error, which they have clearly stated that they have made. Allowing for a tumultuous time in the world (COVID-19 and so on), I have allowed one month for Loisgriffin to correct their error: this has not been done. Time has been allowed and, unfortunately, I must make a beware noticed to ensure that this is logged for other creators to be made aware. As they have charged back the commission and clearly stated that they have done so in their e-mails, I cannot advise working with this client. All appeared normal until the charge back was made and nothing was out of the ordinary about how the commission process went before with nothing suspicious or any warning signs that something was awry. The commission story will be claimed by myself and the client, Loisgriffin, does not have permission to use or re-post this work as the e-mails confirm that they have not paid for it. Note: private information (e-mail and name) have been excluded from this post where I have blocked out personal details. My business e-mail addresses are left live as they belong to myself for work purposes. I have also blocked out slight NSFW content (profile line) on one Twitter screenshot.
  2. Please note that this person has multiple names, the only name he was going by was legal names so the usernames mentioned are from Telegram and email, I do not know if he has a Twitter, FA, whatever. I know AB has a rule about legal names, hence the hyphening of the last names, however I only know the names through what I've seen and searching came up with nothing. He has multiple PayPal emails with the name mentioned but in parenthesis "unidentified," they come back to 3 completely different names. It should also be noted that in the Telegram chats (mentioned below, which are deleted so I have no proof) there are two other people mentioned "involved" in this transaction so I feel it is worthwhile to have multiple names for the beware. Some time in late April "Hyperion" contacted me through Telegram about purchasing a fursuit I had for sale, a white tiger partial for $2,000 plus shipping. He later asked me to add in a fan and the total came out to $2,082. All of these receipts were deleted by him and he has blocked me on Telegram after the emails below were sent, possibly in an attempt to not have me write this beware on him or use it against him with the PayPal claim, however I still have all of the payments sent for the suit. These were sent every month for varying amounts until the final payment was sent in August. It is unclear if the fursuit was purchased for "Hyperion" or a friend he never mentioned by name. First payment (email is to Alex) Second payment (to Max) Third payment (to Alex) Final payment (to Alex, name is father's and has been censored) On August 9th Max sends me an email detailing that he would like a refund because the moving jaw does not work on the costume, despite me providing sizing on the posts about the fursuit being for sale. I offer to show him how to fix it or a refund for the moving jaw, but not for the suit as a whole. He declines and wishes to send it back. I have been in quarantine for several months and forgot, hey, we're in the middle of a pandemic and he has mentioned that multiple people have tested the suit. I decline to take it back, all sales are final, and he chooses to ignore this, pressuring me to take the suit back and claiming the state/county he lives in has no cases (this is one of the states on my state's restriction list). I cite this again and he does not respond after that. Mentioning of sizing for the head On August 30th around noon I receive an email from PayPal without a word from him that a claim has been filed for $445.99, citing multiple issues with the transaction. More chargebacks while the client still has the suit: Plus each chargeback has a $20 charge, totaling $80.
  3. I am writing this beware for the client editing my art to remove credits without my permission. The client then filed a false chargeback claiming I served them a DMCA after I reported the images to the website staff and requested them to be taken down as I still retained copyright as the original artist. I am contesting these chargebacks with PayPal but felt the need to make this beware in case I lose. I was approached by Ravensmoon666 to do a ref sheet (sfw and NSFW variants) of her Abyss Drake character, Eclipse back in March of this year, leaving me very excited to do more work of this species. I quoted the client $570 after breaking down the prices on what they were asking for, and they paid the invoice in 3 installments when I was finally free to take their order. My native language is not English, thus some screen caps being in Russian. I also needed to edit some as I saw I failed to censor names, so some images contain less quality in my haste to post this. I worked hard to get the art done, making sure to send multiple WIPs along the way and made edits as need be. One the images were done and accepted, I sent over the final pieces and Raven sent the final payment. I also e-mailed them the files. After uploading the images to my gallery on FurAffinity, I was noted that I was doing artwork for a character thief. Not wanting to be dragged into the drama I notified the client after they approached me for 2 more commissions that I did not feel comfortable drawing said character anymore, which was not taken well by the client. They then proceeded to try to link me to beware and some other site about the species creator as well as making very negative claims about them to get me to agree to still draw the character. Given my health is bad and stress makes things worse, I still refused. Sometime this month I was soon notified on FurAffinity that Raven had edited out the credits I placed crediting the species creator in my original images I had sent them and showed these edited images in her gallery. She had originally posted the originals, but must have changed them when I told her I would no longer do art for her of this character. I don't understand why. My originals showing credits: Their edited uploads: Seeing this I shot them a note, which was read but never replied to. Seeing I wasn't going to get a reply and had given the client ample time to change the images back, I then notified FurAffinity staff of this, and given I still retained copyright as the original artist, asked to have the images taken down from her gallery. Seeing the images were taken down I was ready to leave things be only to find the client had issued a chargeback for their commission under "Goods or service differ from the description" claiming I had filed a DMCA against them and blocked them and that they aimed to charge back all their payments. I immediately contested with evidence that these are false claims. I am now waiting for PayPal to get back to me. My account now sits in the negatives in the mean time.
  4. This is a beware on Ariausiii on deviantArt. Ariausiii commissioned me for 5 backgrounds, didn't pay, and then strung me along for over a month. Timeline and Screenshots (read the messages bottom to top) May 11. Wants a quote for 5 background templates for a group (forest, swamp, desert, mountains, and plains). May 19. I respond back with a quote 9 (~$125, which can be paid via purchasing things from my Amazon Wishlist). They responded back, agreed to the pricing, and told me to go on. I provided some rough outlines of the backgrounds that day and further broke down what I wanted. She approves them (see next section screenshot). May 21: I finish the first background and show her a watermarked version. I also let her know I've added more items to my list (so she has more variety to order from). At this point, she still had not paid/ordered anything, so I remind her that she needs to order things to get the full version. She sends me a screenshot of her ordering things off the list (items to be delivered May 26th and June 2-9th). May 22: I responded back quickly (this was around midnight my time, so it's the next day). Unfortunately, she did not order the things I'd asked for earlier so I have her cancel that order and reorder what I'd requested. She did that (the were marked purchased on my Amazon Wishlist, but I have no screenshots of this/her purchase). May 23: I respond back with the full versions of the two backgrounds I've finished (roughly ~$50 worth of arts) as she'd purchased over $50 worth of items. Over the next few days, I periodically checked my wishlist (I was still shopping for things and other people were ordering things). I did not expect the items until at least Tuesday (the 26th) as Ariausiii had technically ordered my items on a Friday and shipping was backed up so I doubted they'd leave the warehouse until Saturday, the post doesn't move on Sunday, and Monday was Memorial Day. May 27: The items did not arrive. I have no way of tracking shipping on items that people order off my Wishlist so I could not track them myself. I didn't worry when they didn't come on Tuesday, but by Wednesday I was concerned as I /needed/ a few of those items. I check my list and the items have been moved to my Unpurchased section. I contact Ariausiii about this. She responded back quickly and said she'd look into it. (Note, I had not worked on any further parts of the commission because I had yet to receive any items. May 28: Ariausiii responds back saying they've talked to Amazon, claiming it's just an error on their part and the items will be there soon. I tell her to keep me updated and I'll contact her after the weekend. May 30: I contact Amazon myself. I get Amazon deliveries relatively quickly (just due to where I live) and all the items I'd ordered, but one, were via Prime shipping, so there is no reason that any of them should be taking this long. I asked the associate whether or not the order had been cancelled by the cardholder or if it was just an error. They couldn't give me a solid answer (confidentiality issues) but told me that it is marked unpurchased on their end. I decided to wait out the weekend. June 1: The items have not arrived so I contact Ariausiii again. I tell her that I'm going to have to put this set on hold until I am paid. Giving her the benefit of the doubt, telling her that she should cancel her order and reorder them again rather than dealing with a buggy system. June 2: She responds back and says she will continue trying to contact Amazon. June 3: She says she has cancelled her order, but will need to wait for her next paycheck to pay for these. June 23: I contact her again to touch bases at it is nearing the end of the month and my art time allotment will be shifting soon. Ariausiii states she'd still like to move forward with the commission, though this time with PayPal as she can now have one (note, prior to this I had no knowledge that she was minor as I do not do commissions with minors). I give her my contact details. There is another message after this, where I just told her to make sure to use Goods/Services and the dangers of not doing this since she was new to PayPal. I got no response from either message. July 1: I contacted her again about this, but no response as of this time. dA glitched and cut off part of my message so I had to resend part of it. As of now, I do not expect to be paid (at least not in a timely manner)for these commissions and will just be selling them off as YCHs/pre-done backgrounds. Ariausiii was nothing but pleasant during the process, but at the end of the day, I was not paid nor did she reach out to me about without prompting.
  5. Jul. 24th, 2012 at 1:32 PM nightlinez WHO: KitNabarii WHERE: http://www.furaffinity.net/user/kitnabarii/ WHAT: Failed to pay for 1 badge and 2 auctions (over $100), promised to pay and made up excuses to delay payment WHEN: June 7th to July 10th PROOF AND DETAILS: It started when I opened up for badge commissions http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/3533626/ on June 7th. She commented on the journal. However she never sent the money after I gave her my info http://i47.tinypic.com/35be3ia.png I opened up a Marker Auction on June 13th. All the rules were clearly stated. She commented on this as well, asking to pay for the badge and the auction in one shot. I said it would be better to send them separately. Again she said she would send the badge payment that has not been received. http://i48.tinypic.com/1zybrxu.png Not long after that my friend Novelteeth and I opened a collab auction up where she ended up bidding $70 and winning. http://www.furaffinity.net/view/8254929/ here are the notes saying that she was planning on paying for the auctions. And even offering us half the money that day. http://i48.tinypic.com/33otugi.png She never payed for them and held us up for a while. She read our notes and did not respond until we had to remind her and asked if she was ignoring us. She owed me over $100+ until I finally told her I would put the auction back up. When I asked her why she could not inform me sooner about not being able to pay she made up excuses about her "sick baby". I told her I would have understood and would not be mad. http://oi50.tinypic.com/hs251s.jpg When my friend commented about our collab auction she got mad and was giving her different excuses. She ended up deleting the comments on her page before I could screen cap them. 2 weeks ago she told me she sent the payment weeks ago (even though no payment has been sent or she never notified me before). I told her if the payment did not get to me within a few days to cancel it for her safety. http://i47.tinypic.com/2pqrfiq.png EDIT: ok apparently we are "harassing her" I told her I am not going to do a badge and wait around for payments after the issues and I just got linked to this http://i47.tinypic.com/34j29w3.png ALSO here is a note she sent to me saying how this is our fault http://i50.tinypic.com/2ltprmu.png
  6. Jul. 23rd, 2012 at 10:21 PM ciderfox Okay so, my friend and I are having troubles with a commissioner. WHO: http://www.furaffinity.net/user/kitnabarii (other aliases) http://www.furaffinity.net/user/kurokitten87/ http://kittai1988.livejournal.com/ WHERE: furaffinity.net WHAT: Bidded on auction, never paid. WHEN: June 23rd-July 10th 2012 PROOF: below cut EXPLAIN: below cut Nightlinez and I opened up for a collab auction on June 23rd, where KitNabarii ended up winning when it ended on July 2nd. I sent her a note asking about payment, which was ignored, after Nightlinez's initial note was ignored. Nightlinez then sent more notes trying to get the payment out of her. As you can see, she promised to pay it 'tomorrow' which was July 6th. So far, we have received no such payments. However, KitNabarii continues to buy art from others. I left a public shout to her which has now been deleted. She shouted back on my page claiming her baby is sick so she can't pay. The badges she is referring to are from Nightlinez which she ordered on June 7th and never paid. I responded on her page which was again, deleted. She gave more excuses about a sick baby, so I shouted again asking why she even bid on our auctions if she was having financial troubles. She replied saying that she did not know he would get sick. Even though a few minutes ago she claimed he got sick a month ago when Nightlinez first opened for badges. She also appears to owe more people money. She has now sent a note to Nightlinez telling us to re-start our auctions because she "doesn't want to keep us waiting". She claims she hasn't been able to get online, even though her favorites and submissions speak otherwise. So, as a warning she seems very flaky and might just back out of paying you completely. EDIT: http://i50.tinypic.com/2ltprmu.png Nightlinez just received this note from her, trying to say it's our fault
  7. Jul. 18th, 2012 at 9:32 AM thestory137 WHO: Nekomage WHERE: https://www.furaffinity.net/user/nekomage WHAT: Started with a late payment but is about continued harassment after issue was resolved. WHEN: The harassment only happened for a day before I deleted the journal. Time stamps are on everything if you need specifics of the whole event. PROOF: Our dealing in notes. http://postimage.org/image/jse5smb8b/full/ The journal I made. https://dl.dropbox.com/u/47368034/nekomage03.png EXPLAIN: What happened is pretty simple. I painted an auction image for nekomage. There was apparently some issues with paypal but after waiting and contacting nekomage a few times and never receiving payment over the span of a couple weeks I became suspicious. I sent them a note saying that the payment was overdue and if they didn't pay, or contact me to try and pay by money order, I would warn others on dealing with them. The note went on ignored and unread even after I left a shout on their page asking them to read it. They were active but that went ignored. Assuming they were avoiding paying me I put up a journal asking my viewers advice on the matter. As soon as he saw it he read and responded to my note as well as sent a payment then and there as far as the time on the Paypal invoice is concerned. Honestly I got my money so its not about the payment. I am still suspicious that he only paid after the journal scared him but in all honesty I don't know if its just a coincidence the money went through right after the journal. The problem here is he continued to spam my journal harassing me and my watchers long after I stopped talking to him. The last two times I said anything was my last note thanking him for the payment and a response in the journal that simply showed him an image of the payment I received and the time on it proving it just went through after the journal was posted and not a minute before. First couple of links had to be deleted because I missed crossing out some personal information in my hastiness but I went back and fixed it within minutes for safety reasons. Of course he used my mistake as fuel for his fire. If you read the journal and notes it should be very clear. All in all I still don't like doing this but it ended up as a terrible experience that I don't want anyone else to have to deal with. Sadly all he had to do was explain it was a misunderstanding and I would have left it at that.
  8. Hi, some people recommend me to come here to report a user, my english is kinda bad so I wanted some help, this user commission me weeks ago and they was satisfied with my service, last night they gave me a message wanting to commission a more complete job, I gave my prices as they are but the user was rude and decided to end the conversation. but this morning the user opened a claim in paypal for a forced refund of the commission that had already ended weeks before as I commented before only because of the discussion that night. the commission they wanted refund was finished and recived by them that same date in the screenshot of the files. the user deteled the conversation where i send them the files in dropblox. I would be gladly to get your help. Thank you so much. I hope other artist not deal with this user anymore. I'm still resolving the false refund. Money request: Original transaction:
  9. Mod edit: For anyone confused, the OP sold a character to the Bewaree/ Puppy. Instead of sending payment to the OP, Puppy sent it to Jury as payment for a character OP wished to purchase from Jury. 2 people in this have gotten scammed. me and jury. but this is mainly focused on what happened with me and alot happened through dms with this other user Around when this happened, when the users toyhou.se was still active, they wanted to purchase a character from me. The character that is currently in their possession, is 🎮weasel🎮 (You are unable to see them now because of them being owned/stored in an account that is closed) After they claimed to have sent the money to jury(which was also a payment for a character i bought, https://toyhou.se/5828069.-darren- ), I of course transferred to character, unaware that this person has also scammed a few other people(searching for said people). Around May 12th of this year, I got a message from jury saying how that same user has filed a dispute against them, making it so the transaction was redacted. Since this happened they did not pay for the character between the time periods of [12 May 2020, 3:05:07 pm] & [29 May 2020, 7:20:51 am] there has been no reply/activity in regards to the Puppyboy user. But shortly after the character was transferred, the user's account was closed. (Approximately within that same week they were transferred assumingly?) But the account was closed rather early after the transfer was sent. Within that time. Listed above, I thought the situation was resolved, & the money had been paid back..... but then again what's the reason for closing your account if possibly resolved? Puppyboy claimed that two people or possibly more have claimed they filed a chargeback. That was honestly odd, because if multiple people have claimed you filed a chargeback then it's likely you filed said chargeback and scammed something. In the end the money got sent back to them, and they are now in possession of a scammed character any money used to pay off something. So then it would also make that character seem scammed, and not in my possession. Just in case, here are examples of some of their art along with their up 2 date socials at the top - example | example | example | example | example
  10. I took a commission from someone watching my livestream, it was on the spot and meant to be 1 bust, and then during the middle of the livestream they asked for a second. The attachment is the result of that (NSFW hentai warning), after our last contact they never paid the invoice. [Mod Edit] From OP when asked about the invoice being canceled: No, I posted about this interaction on the Hentai-Reserve discord after sending the invoice, Arendale went no contact and didn't pay and then other artists on the discord had the same problem with them of non-payment, so I cut my loses.
  11. JJThePlug contacted me via Discord asking me to create an illustration of "2 boys / Smoking a zoot / One of them have a bally (a face mask) / And they need to be in front of a range rover / Black background / Purple border". Said this picture would be used in association with a video to be posted on Grmdaily (music video website). He said he needed the drawing "Today/2 days". I said I would draw it today if he would pay me today. He said yes. I drew it and showed him a preview. He said he wanted it to be "more detailed" and refused to pay, even going as far as to delete his message where he agreed to pay me today. Fortunately I got screenshots before he deleted anything. Foolish of me to put in work before being paid but foolish of this guy to expect more "detailed" art for 30 pounds within a day
  12. Client was terminated from an Artistic Liberty quote before payment was made since the changes requested by them on the concept provided during the first contact were not interesting for the studio production at the time and the unpaid design created during quote was kept by the studio, as described on the TOS agreed by said client during the application process. Link to our TOS Client tried to continue the application process but we already sent the email terminating it and we didn't felt it was necessary to proceed contact, since no invoices were sent and no further agreements were made - at that stage we already let the client know that the design created for that commission would stay under the studio property. Weeks after said client decided to public harass our studio on our own posts on Instagram and after being blocked on multiple accounts for doing so, started to spread misinformation about our TOS, the commission process and also decided to claim the unpaid design as their own under claims that goes against the TOS agreed on before the design was sent to them. We sent a private message to the third account and by that time it felt like the situation was under control. The harassment continued the next day with another account claiming the studio stole the client OC, tagging other clients and spreading more half truths and accusations. The studio posted a public note via Instagram stories to spread awareness on the information and also decided to share on beware groups what happened. One of our followers let us know the client still insists on spreading false information and we decided to enlighten the situation public posting everything here. These are the accounts that continued harassing us and our clients/followers: @wetsnobblobb < has posted the stories spreading misinformation @foolish.adopts < has harassed us on posts @beesandcubs < first account to start online harassment [Moderator Note: A 4th IG that was harassing OP exists, but the account is held by someone underaged so we have censored it out.] That user is claiming that the art is stolen and that our character sheet bases are also stolen fro] third party, which is a blatant lie since our lead artist has all the files and recipes to prove that all the art was created by us and belong to Alecrim Carmim brand. To clarify any half truths shared by the accounts listed before: - Our art is 100% designed by our lead artist. We have all the files and proof of the authenticity of our creations, designs and production; - We never ghost any client; in that specific case, we simply terminate the commission and sent an email informing the client on said termination and reason (the project was not interesting for production at that time); - No designs were stolen from the client; in fact, our design is being claimed without payment by said client under accusations that "since the mood board and directions were given, the character belongs to them”; said claim goes straight against our TOS (that was agreed on BEFORE the commission process even began by the client); - No invoices were sent to the client before the commission termination. Not the 30% from the commission process nor any amount of money was received from the client by Alecrim Carmim. Preparing / being ready to pay does not mean actually making a payment. We always ask for future clients multiple times to read AND agree with our TOS before moving forward with the commission process. For our sake and for the sake of our current clients and followers, we’re deleting that design made for that specific commission from our social media and premade library. We do not stand for harassment and we do not want to associate with the illegal usage of our intellectual property, no matter the claims. We're a positive brand that try our best to avoid that kind of drama, but sadly some of that might hit our way once or twice in our studio development. For that reason, we decided to expose the situation and upload a client beware so our fellow makers have some feedback on said client for future reference. All the relevant screencaps are attached to this message. The art itself is being used without credit and the Client is claiming the design to be their character. In addition, the Client attempted to sell the design, using the full original, unpaid artwork in the advertisement on May 9th
  13. She tried to hire artists on FA under guest name, alex-rose-nitya on mar18, 2020. She PMed me, but said no Paypal, only Cashapp. I declined. Then again on April18, 2020 as foxyfluffstudio. I lost my regular income and was desperately seeking work. So I agreed to accept Bandcamp giftcards. (I had planned to spend the full amount on about 10~20 musicians / bands, some charity to help them through this rough time...) I noticed that she was having thoughts of selling adoptables created from the bases she commissioned, and Her FB profile was non-exsisted, but whatever who still uses FB. Total summary of her crime - She commissioned 4 base packs ( 32 full-body lined characters in total ) and paid $60 out of $480. I finally recieved half of the total payment, after weeks of stalling. Finally, I let her download the 2 completed base sets. At this time I realized my balance went down, but don't know any better, and bandcamp 's staff was overwhelmed with emails, and their waiting line took a lot longer than usual. She denies that she bounced my payment. And once I received bandcamp's feedback and did some digging. (thinking she might be a kid) Found out she is not a kid and asked again if she can switch to PayPal. She kept on lying. The last confrontation of this sad story - After showing her the copied response from Bandcamp, her FA status went immediately from New member > Pending deletion.
  14. User FA ordered a commission, contacted me in a Discord, agreed with the price, after which the order was completed, but since there was a payment condition after the order was completed, he added me to the blacklist and disappeared.
  15. Started simple. She added me on Steam curious about getting a commission from me. I asked her if she'd be fine with $20 for a full color and she agreed. Normally, I'm polite about things and only ask for payment upon completing the artwork so I send the finished work over, she responds positively. I then give her my paypal address and await payment. 3 days go by. I politely remind her but do not hear back. I then ask if something had happened I was unaware of that's preventing her from paying so I ask about it on her public Discord she invited me to. Despite not hearing from her via DMs, she soon posts in her discord, implying that she is online and HAD read my messages, but chose to ignore them. She later messages me (after I inquire via DM again) saying she's waiting for her paycheck. I find it odd she'd ask for a commission without having money for it but I decide to be nice and let her wait till then without charging a late fee. Come her paycheck day, I expect a payment but nothing doing. I then inquire again and ask her to get back to me as soon as she can. She does get back to me... saying "I will." Naturally I find this very odd. Along with this, she changes her public Discord status to imply a "waiting game" (screenshot provided) which could be inferred as her possibly toying with me. By that time, having not received payment due for almost 2 weeks now, I finally decide to let her know that I will have to raise the price by the 25th should she not pay by then. Due to her lack of response from me sooner, I again politely asked about her situation over her public discord. No uproar was caused, as I simply asked a quick question. Later I find she's booted me from the server and messages me in all caps in a confusingly rude manner (screenshots provided). I then explain to her the situation she's in to ensure that there can be no confusion or miscommunication on her part. She then tries to make an excuse that she was "joking" about paying initially. I provide her with a screenshot of the conversation from 2 weeks back to ensure her that she at no point communicated that. At this point I've lost patience but am still willing to be more polite than necessary and allow her to simply pay the $4 cancellation fee (the completed drawing seen in the screenshots had previously been removed to avoid the possibility of her using it for anything). On March 24th she agreed to pay the $4 cancellation fee. I never received that payment either. My patience ran out, thus I'm submitting this report now. She's a Twithc streamer, it seems so I don't want her potentially cheating other artists out on doing art for her without receiving due payment.
  16. - Dec 5th: I was approached by Lenny about a secondlife texture commission, All went well and the commission was accepted, parts were discussed and I sent off an invoice. - Dec 6th: Invoice was paid. I also provided an estimated deadline of Dec 15th - Dec 13th: I found parts that I thought would suit the character better and provided links for the commissioner to view in order to make a decision, The commissioner decided on the new part I suggested and I started work on it swiftly afterwards. Lenny started to make me uncomfortable asking about me texturing NSFW parts that my TOS states I do not work on. This can be seen within the full SL convo screenshot. During this time Lenny also stated he was going to “RIP” some textures from an object, On secondlife this term is used when a user illegally steals a texture using a third party program, I do NOT condone this in any way shape or form, This made me very uncomfortable as I was now left wondering if I could trust Lenny not to RIP and resell my own work once completed.Shortly after we hit some bumps in terms of things not being correct on the textures, I swiftly made fixes to his request however he started to ask for changes that were not shown on his reference sheet so it became hard for me to follow as I wasn’t made aware of this during the commission order. I suggested in the future Lenny should perhaps consider getting an updated reference sheet or create one with one of the MANY free art bases in the Furry community. Sometime later Lenny asked me if my textures would be fullperm, This isn’t something usually provided with Secondlife texture commissions and this made me rather uncomfortable due to him previously talking about having to "rip" a texture. In light of all the prior issues and the uncomfortable feelings in the air I decided that it would simply be for the best for me to provide a full refund immediately. Lenny responded with aggression stating I had refused their commission because of their own personal IRL issues, this wasn’t the case at all. I simply refunded due to being VERY uncomfortable working with Lenny. I later found out that the texture he was going to “rip” came as free to use. Regarldess it was still an NSFW body part that I had expressed I do not work with. My choice to refund was still solid and I did not wish to continue working with Lenny any longer, Lenny continued to push for me to work on his commission and to cancel the refund this lead to me having to repeatedly express that I would not work on this commission any longer, Eventually he gave up. - Dec 20th: Lenny apologized, I accepted this apology. Lenny expressed that the refund was still pending which was due to the way paypal refunds as the funds came out of my account minutes after I provided the refund, I sent Lenny links to Paypal’s FAQ so he understood why it was still pending. We then began talking about him re-commissioning me for his SL textures which I accepted as it was coming up to Christmas and I didn’t want there to be any bad blood and I assumed the prior happenings were just a one time thing and wouldn’t happen again. We decided to use a Free to use base in order to map out their markings better in order for a swifter completion of the second life mod, This ref wasn’t anything spectacular it was simply made for me to be able to visualize exactly where and what shape the markings needed to be, Eventually Lenny decided on one of the marking layouts I had created and I went ahead with sending out a second invoice. Lenny proceeded to make some really awkward joke about just getting out of jail and being -2912 in his bank? Which was very odd but I just laughed it off as he stated it was a joke and he paid the invoice shortly after. I sent out some wips of the body and immediately hit some bumps, He expressed things needed to be fixed, I swiftly worked on those and provided more wips, which again Lenny expressed they were wrong and I fixed them. At this point I was growing frustrated as we had JUST made a make shift reference for me to follow that Lenny himself had approved before I started working. Regardless of the issues I continued working on the second life mod and making constant fixes, I just wanted to complete the commission to the best of my ability in order to move on from this experience. I finished the secondlife mod on the 20th, The same day that Lenny had commissioned me, He said that everything looked good, I sent over his SL mod and he seemed pleased with his purchase. Shortly after he asked for some color codes which I provided. An hour later Lenny messaged me again, Asking for a screenshot of my Fullperm texture, Something that I had already expressed that I do NOT provide. His reasoning is he wanted someone else to work on something and they needed it, I declined and stated they’d simply need his color code in order for those parts to match. - Dec 23rd&25th: Lenny asked about textures for three different parts, Nothing came of this and no commissions were taken in the result of these questions. Conversation screencaps. Warning! The images are large. https://imgur.com/a/NTWBgRs - Jan 17th: Lenny messaged me again asking for fixes to his mod, I declined as I do not offer free edits after the commission has been confirmed for over 3 days, It had been nearly 4weeks since he had accepted his finished commission. Lenny replied with an emoji and then blocked me. I tired to reply to his emoji BUT I couldn’t as I had been blocked. - March 7th: Lenny contacted me on Secondlife asking for help with his neck and also asked about an additional commission. I expressed that I would be more than happy to help with his issues to the best of my ability however I was not interested in doing business with him beyond that. I was met with an extremely unexpected outburst of rage, regardless of how I had just been treated I kept a cool, professional front and tried to reply however I had been blocked again. I checked FA some time after to see I had a note from Lenny, This note can be seen below. Shortly after I noticed he had posted a journal that I can only assume is about me.
  17. I was commissioned by blake wusky to do a piece for him and as I finished up the piece he contacted me asking for me to return the money so he could urgently pay for his sick dog , I choose to accept this a genuine excuse and his promise to return the money in a week or two seemed fair (I was guilt tripped because who wants to be the cause of a dog dying because you don't send someone back money) I never got the money and when I inquired about payment he blocked me.
  18. I've met through this client through discord server as I've noticed that he was looking for animators and decided to work with him. Everything was going great as the client was providing me with references and etc. The commission was a walking bouncy boob cycle and the second option was my choice which was the shaking butt animation... What I didn't know and it was something that he told me last minute after putting all of details and working on the second animation was that he wanted it as a sequence all together which I've declined because that was over the budget limit that we agreed on. Until the client kept demanding for me to work on their project which I've declined till they paid me amount I've asked (which is half upfront and the other for when the project was completed) for which eventually the client did cover the first half of the payment. During the process the client demanding as they kept asking for constant changes to the project which wasn't the part that made this person a bad client in my view. But the client requesting changes to where there's no end result. Also, I've placed an hold on the client's project in order to work on a different project for a bit before going back to this one since I've had another commission to work on at the time before resuming the animation project. During the process he kept asking for animators including from me which I've gave him the name of another artist who was my business and romantic partner so that the client could chat with him. Everything was fine until I've noticed that the client was using my partner to replace me for a project the person already paid for and I was already in the process of working on (without consulting with me first). Then things went downhill when the project was completed and all of a sudden the client couldn't afford it, so I had to cancel the project. Before the fall out, this person was using their personal issues to gain sympathy from others. This client is still seeking artists to commission while advertising their condition and not having the funding to pay artists! Beginning of commission: Changes: Asking to work on comm 3 days later: Looking for other animators: Request for donations in DMs: Unable to send final payment. Proof of first payment:
  19. Sen contacted me through telegram on December 2nd to claim a YCH slot. The price was set to $15 for a slot, the last photo is the completed YCH. I sent myself his reference sheet on December 2nd, and finished the art the same day. He contacts me on December 4th for a second commission but this time its for him and his GF sona. I sent myself both reference sheets and complete the commission on December 6th, On the exact dates I completed the commissions he posts both onto his Instagram --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Chargebacks: On December 24th 2019 I received an email for Paypal explaining that Sen has opened a dispute against both transactions that I eventually lost on January 12th, 2020. ------------------------------------------------------------- I contacted Sen multiple times explaining that he needs to cancel the disputes and that he was stealing from me, I also asked to delete the images from his IG. which he eventually did. His Twitter: Senthefolf His Instagram: sen.the.folf His Telegram: sen_the_folf His TikTok: sen.the.folf
  20. The client appeared in one of my Picarto livestreams and was impressed by my work. The client asked about my commission prices which I told the client to private message me on discord so that we could talk about it. The client messaged me and I've submitted my link and this person asked if I do logo designs of which I've told the client "Yes I do but the prices vary depending on the complexity" They gave me ideas of what they wanted and I've worked on the idea via Picarto stream since I requested that I could work on the idea live. During the process, the client did make inappropriate signals that I've brushed off as my main focus was to get the job done. Once the project was completed, I've showed the client the final results of which they've approved it. I've asked for payment and that's when things got ugly as the client made tons of excuses as to why they couldn't pay off the full amount. I asked that they could put down 50% of what I asked for and another amount the next time the person got paid..... They've only sent 25% of what was asked for then disappeared until recently of 2020 when the client bragged about their new office setup. So once I've spoke up the, client made another excuse of why they couldn't pay off the amount asked.
  21. On the date December 31st, 2019 I was messaged by Lori Peters for a commission of a headshot. The headshot I advertised only cost $10 USD at that current time. She claimed interest for the headshot, asking if I was still open for commissions. I explained to her that I was, but it would be a 2-3 day turn around time. Normally, I do send invoices but she did ask me for my e-mail. I informed her that it would be $10 USD. She verbalized understanding w/o question, and sent a picture verifying that payment was sent. Upon the verification, I then had informed her that I would start the piece. I had sent multiple works in progress once she had sent the reference to me. Once the piece was completed, I sent it to the e-mail address that she asked for me to send it to. That was the end of the transaction. I thanked her for choosing to do business with me, and that the transaction was indeed complete. Today, on January 1st, 2020 I recieved an e-mail from (I am not putting the person's name out there due to the wishes of not wanting their name out there). The E-mail states "Hi there Danielle, My name is ------ and I have been scammed by your niece, Lori. On the 31st I sent $15 to your PayPal as Lori’s request - I used this email address. She had sold me a character on Instagram that was not hers to sell as she did not own. This is scamming. I politely request that you send the $15 back to me or I may have to raise this with PayPal as a scam and it may block your PayPal account. I really am sorry as you’re probably not aware that she has scammed multiple people using your PayPal. Also I do apologise as it isn’t your fault but I really would rather to settle this between us. Thank you, ---------." So upon my confusion, I stated that I do not have a niece named Lori. Which, in reality I am a 21 year old. I do have a 16 year old niece, but she does not associate with the fandom what so ever, and she does not use paypal. After putting the pieces together --- this is what happened. Lori claimed to be me, while her and my transaction were going on and sent my paypal to this person for an adopt that they had no right in selling. The person sent the payment to my paypal thinking that I was Lori's Aunt or Lori herself. While I was thinking it was Lori that sent the payment to me. Pictures are attached. I am currently resolving this issue, as I did not have any knowledge before hand about this issue until today (after) artwork was completed. So, now I am attempting to hash this all out. The e-mail that is on there, shows proof of her claiming to be me to get the transaction process started. My e-mail is public knowledge.
  22. This is my first time doing an AB, so hopefully I'm doing it correctly. This was on my old account on FA (SkaalReaper), however, I have moved accounts since then and am now under HybridiumX. August 17th 2019 I was sent a note by the user Ghost244 regarding a base ych I had for offer. As with any of my ychs, I like to make sure they've read the info on the post and have all the info needed. They're usually very quick for me to do, so I usually finish them the same day they're commissioned (unless I'm working or busy, but it's usually not the case and definitely wasn't the case with this one as they were both finished same day). They commissioned me twice on August 17th 2019 for $10 each for the same ych but with 2 different characters. I have links to the posted ych's below on FurAffinity. YCH 1 - https://www.furaffinity.net/view/32699397/ YCH 2 - https://www.furaffinity.net/view/32702749/ More recently (Nov 29th 2019) I had gotten a message from PayPal saying there was a dispute on the charges from them. I sent them a message to ask what was going on since I had finished the ychs for them and had even asked if everything looked good before posting them. I had gotten a reply from them saying they had no idea what was going on and were trying to fix it. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited. A day later it was pushed through and my account had been down from both the chargeback and PayPal taking extra money on top of it. I had messaged them asking if they were still working on it but it was read with no reply. I continued to give them a few days between notes and each time they would read and not reply. Finally I gave them a last message that I was going to post the beware in hopes they would try to reply or something but they yet again read and failed to reply. I've never had to do this before so I'm hoping I have put everything together properly.
  23. Most of the info for this story I've provided in the images. The jist of it is that I feel this commissioner deliberately backed me into a corner to send them a refund with the intention to get free artwork. I also feel they misunderstood what they were ordering. I will admit that I was not as clear as I could have been in the advertisement for this offer however that does not excuse the fact that this person didn't give me sufficient info in order to draw this project accurately and then proceeded to demand a refund over errors when I had already delivered a completed piece of work to them and even took the time to fix these errors. Most of the issues they had with the delivered content was not addressed before hand such as the fact they wanted NSFW content and full nudity on their characters and that the accessory were mandatory. and I'd also like to state that had they ordered this piece of work based on my regular prices it would have been 90$ instead of 60$ so it is infact a sale. They did not pay for the quality of work they were demanding and though I tried to address this to them they did not seem willing to accept that. This is why I have posted this to warn other artist and hopefully prevent anyone els from having a similar experience with this person.
  24. Disclaimer: there are errors on both sides and I will openly admit mine first and foremost. I delayed to ship the item out due to mandatory overtime and not having the opportunity to ship. Our area isn't good for having a postal pick up so me dropping off was the option at the time. I made sure to respond to Taks email inquiries about it to keep open communication. The other error was the possibility of the suit having a mildew odor. We had taken care of a mildew issue a few months prior in our basement (costumes are stored upstairs) and no one else spoke up about any smells so I didn't feel the need to state it in my auction as I normally would about any possible odors. I take 100% responsibility on that if it does have any odor. I wanted to provide options first as well as offering to send supplies to help make things work if they wished. Had I known beforehand it held a mildew smell I would have either listed it with a warning or not listed it at all. Included are the emails that were sent between us, the auction listing, and screenshots from Telegram. Most shots from Telegram were of other people demanding Tak keep the costume so I won't be including that as that's not relevant. INFORMATION WALK THROUGH: It started off as an auction sale that went smoothly. Tak asked to make payments and completed them at the end of June. Between going out to Idaho for my father's surgery in July (I let them know I would be gone) and mandatory overtime, I wasn't able to ship until the end of August, keeping tabs with Tak as they emailed me. They received the costume at the start of September and noted the strong smell of mildew a week later in an email and asked what could be done. I walked them through a baking soda and vinegar process I had used in the past with great success. I didn't hear from them till almost a month later on October 15th. They mentioned throwing out several of the pieces and purchasing an expensive cleaner that failed to remove the smell, asking if a refund was possible at that time. I got back with them Oct 20th asking what pieces remained to gauge the proper refund and offered to help them resell it if they wanted to. No response came till November 1st asking for a 2/3 refund plus cash to cover the chemicals they purchased as well as a list of things they had thrown away such as the arm extensions, chest padding, and tail core. The feet were also 'damaged' while washing. During this time I found telegram chats from the buyer in a Furry Business group making it very clear they had no intentions of returning the suit while others encouraged to do a full charge back and throw the costume out entirely. Most of the chat was others demanding they keep the costume/throw it away while pushing for a full refund. I've only included the screenshot where they are openly stating not wanting to send it back. Due to dodging my requests for it, I have no other reason not to believe that is their intention. I emailed her around November 3rd stating I would refund more than their asking price if they returned the item in question, I would provide the funds extra for the shipping. I figured I could use it as a "what if this gets fried in the dryer" tutorial before recording the leg pattern and dismantling the costume myself. I also offered to send one final cleaner I had here if they wished to try it. Their response was opening 6 PayPal claims in attempts to get their full payment back without responding to me or mailing back the costume. PayPal doesn't cover multiple payments on a single item so after providing the initial invoice as proof of it being one item, the cases were closed. I'm still willing to refund her a little over 2/3 of the auction with the return of the costume to me as it is. Since some of the pieces are either damaged or gone, I cannot refund in full. Had they returned the costume in place of the refund, I wouldn't feel the need for this posting. Since they ignored my return request and tried to do a charge back on the entire amount paid, I do feel people should know of this. They claim in a few of their messages that I said no returns were allowed in my auction. I have included the auction description section involving this to show otherwise. I have sent them 3 emails, one before they posted to PayPal and 2 after reminding them that I would give a refund around what remains of the costume and that offer still stands if the costume is returned. I don't believe they are a bad client as they generally did respond quickly and paid on a reasonable payment plan. That said, not returning the item and trying to force a full charge back is not in good taste so this is more of a cautionary rather than a beware.
  25. So, to start off with, the stuff here will be quite NSFW (Gore, porn). Just a head's up. Some months back I had a user on my FurAffinity page comment on one of the commissions I had uploaded. The content of this comment was inappropriate and disturbing, so I removed it and then blocked the user. My reference sheet for the character in question is available on my account, it's a submission anyone where anyone with an account that can see mature/adult content view it if they so desired to. The link is below: https://www.furaffinity.net/view/19500037/ This is relevant because the user I blocked, known by the handle EhJay on FurAffinity, then saved a copy for themselves (fine in of itself) and went to another artist to commission some gore/porn material. Needless to say, this was done without my permission. A friend somehow found these images on EhJay's FurAffinity gallery and brougth them to my attention, and they've been on FA for a few months. So likely not very long after I blocked EhJay that user went and got these commissions done. As I am not sure when FA support will get back to me and if the commissions will stay up, I won't link them from EhJay's profile but I have attached a small folder containing the relevant commissions. Again, gore/porn warning. I have (hopefully) removed the artists' name from the attached screenshots as I have spoken to them and they were very understanding about this situation. To summarize, I blocked a user for leaving a disturbing comment on one of my commissions I uploaded to FurAffinity. That user then went to use my character, without my permission, in some sort of revenge commissioning with very uncomfortable content. Hoping this serves as a head's up that this user is fine with using stolen characters in case they attempt it in the future.
