About Me

  1. I don't even know what to say. This is by far the most unprofessional beware I've seen in some time. Is there even a chance for OP to get their money back at this point? ?
  2. A friend of mine ordered an old human head mold that you can use to build heads off of and ended up having to do a chargeback as well. Like.. the thing was already in a BOX and she never mailed it.
  3. Ahh, the old 'I'm a victim and here's my 10,000 excuses' trick. Not to mention it's extremely unprofessional to bring in personal reasons 'Oh my son's 1st birthday! I have etsy orders to ship today so now you've made it hard wahh'. Very unprofessional attitude and I'm glad you got it resolved on your end.
  4. Gosh, that's awful.. Sorry to hear you weren't able to get a real refund from him. Had I known he and Teahound were the same person, I wouldn't have commissioned, but he changes handles so frequently, it's hard to keep up! I hope someday he'll stop cheating others out of their hard-earned money.
  5. I'm sorry you got burned by him. He's, unfortunately, a repeat offender that goes back years. He burned me for a $30 story commission years ago, and I had to drag repayment out of him in the form of Flight Rising currency because I wasn't going to get cash back. His MO is to ignore you until you forget.
  6. That is very unfortunate. They said they had to redo the badge due to poor lamination but isn't delamination a thing? Also pretty suspicious that you never saw te badge beforehand or that they never thought of contacting you on their own regarding their troubles ?
  7. Never seen it. It's why I wish I would have just asked for it unlamintated, even if it would have cost extra at least I'd have it or taken it up with the staff for a refund.
  8. I have also had issues with this artist not responding to notes and failing to provide updates. I paid for a commission back in November 21, 2018. Since then the artist is still taking new commissions.
  9. I'm so sorry that it didn't work out... :c Also, you were bumped down the queue just because you were not as "pushy" as others.....? That doesn't sound great... ?

    Beware: Alirras

I agree, I'd definitely report them to the site [and any other sites you may know they're doing business on with traced art].
  11. Just wanted to add that this user is known for tracing, she's banned from Furaffinity because she was tracing Dauxycheek's bases and selling them after she blocked her from doing business with her. She always makes new accounts so be on the lookout.
  12. Oh wow, I had actually sent them a note a few days ago about their prices range since I was interested in commissioning them in the future. HOWEVER, reading this made me completely lost interest. I hope they never reply to my note.

I attached a moderator note explaining why. We do not accept excessive personal information. Please review our commenting rules. Artist to artist that kind of information really isn't the client's problem. There was nothing stopping you in that time from contacting them about a personal delay.
  14. I've actually had a run in with him too. Except I never once had a reply back after the idea was settled and payment was sent. This was through Twitter as well.
  15. oh woah was following this guy and interested but that attitude is what really does it for me. id hate to pay someone and have them act that way toward me. im sorry that you had to deal with this and thank you for the warning!

This precisely. A basic First Class envelope with tracking costs under $5. I don't understand why the artist didn't ship it in that manner.
  17. Oh my. This is particularly frustrating; especially after meeting them face to face as well. And such a price. :c I hope you can get the refund.

    Beware: Kircai

We've been in operation elsewhere for well over ten years, so please don't apologize! We thank you for coming here and taking the time to speak on your beware. I will be issuing a resolved tag.
  19. I attempted to have a civil conversation to resolve this, Kircai decided to throw around more accusations, accused me of wanting to be friends so he would draw me free porn, then he sent an unprompted refund and blocked me, his final message being "I am literally a fetish porn artist dude." I guess its over now? im not happy about any of this honestly. The artist clearly didnt want to resolve this in any meaningful way, and if i had wanted a refund i would have asked. This feels like a hollow attempt to make me leave him alone.

    Beware: Kircai

You would be correct, but we asked mentions of that incident to be removed from the beware because an artist is welcome to establish boundaries.

    Beware: Kircai

That's fine. Thank you for taking the time to respond!
  22. No, regrettably, as I say above I delete them after completion so I'm never saving anyone's personal details. That said, the client never gives anything in way of support either.
  23. Oct. 19th, 2011 at 8:06 PM punkspacewafers WHO: Narutofan098 http://narutofan098.deviantart.com/ WHERE: Deviantart WHAT: A very small points commission for a Pokemon walky icon, 15 deviantart points (not sure what that translates to in USD) WHEN: Offer was made August 1,2011. The commission was fully paid August 28, 2011. EXPLAIN: Well, basically, in March of 2011 I commissioned Narutofan098 for a 100x100 icon with an Oshawott and an Emolga on it. It seemed fine and dandy, her waiting list was relatively small, and I liked her art style. This has been resolved, thank you for your help! Anyways, I waited for quite some time, and it became August. I assumed she hadn't started yet, so I sent her this message, as I had a different idea by then of what I wanted. No responses after that, still waiting for my icon. Granted, I barely paid anything for it, but I'm one of those people who needs to have an issue resolved with either a concrete "I do not want to work on this anymore," a refund, or a result. So far I've had none of those. I hate hate hate posting A_B posts because I always feel so terrible for it ;____;
  24. Not to mention that the reference doesn't have pink on it anywhere? I don't see how they thought that was correct.
