WHO: Squared-Away (Commissioner) WHERE: http://www.furaffinity.net/user/squared-away/ WHAT: Digital Artwork of his pony character, Squared-Away, in knight's armor. WHEN: January 23rd, 2013 was the initial e-mail, and when the money was sent. As said in the e-mail, Squared-Away commissioned me to draw his pony character in the links posted in the aforementioned message. He wanted his character's armor drawn in a certain way, which I followed. He wanted his character drawn with the background he linked, which I followed. However, he never specified to me if the background/setting was supposed to be in a daytime setting, or nighttime setting. So, I went with a night time setting: Commission: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/10295327/ His initial description when he first posted was that I should have "asked him what time of day he wanted the setting as". I wasn't aware that I was supposed to ask him that, and I was just following his directions that he gave me in his first e-mail. Regardless, he left a passive-aggressive comment about it, how he wasn't happy about the commission, I wanted to leave a comment to resolve this, but, I decided not to. There was a period of time, where I was suspended from FurAffinity over another matter that doesn't pertain to this situation, but I also had a backlog before he asked me for a commission that I was still working on. So I was still working on my backlog, as well as his commission during my suspension, and I've been trying to keep contact with all of my clients as well, to assure them that I am still working on their product. http://pingagirl.tumblr.com/post/47190827464/im-sticking-with-ych-auctions-for-mlp-related This was my tumblr post, which is also related to the incident, but it was in my personal blog, and I was just venting some frustration. I wasn't insulting him, or anything of the sort, just expressing my negative feelings about the matter. So, I find out sometime later, that he changed his description of the commission: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/10295327/ http://img835.imageshack.us/img835/7946/theponynamedsquaredaway.png To where he was making it seem like the commission was a waste of money, even though he gave me the thumbs up to finish the commission, AND when he asked for a refund, I was going to give his money back via a partial refund, and give him the unfinished sketch as well. This was a mistake on my part, as I had to withdraw money from my bank to give it to him, so I didn't have money on my paypal account at the time. Note, I never spent his money, only moved it, and it would have taken a few days to move money back to my paypal account; that's why there was a delay. He changed his mind about the refund, and wanted me to finish it, which I did. Now, he's calling me a bad artist, and trying to damage my reputation by calling me such, and leaving a message as such on the front of his FA page, seen here: http://www.furaffinity.net/user/squared-away/ http://img16.imageshack.us/img16/9905/userpageofsquaredawayfu.png The only thing I couldn't do was the Gothic type, because...as embarrassing as this sounds, I don't have gothic type on my computer, and I don't know how to install new fonts on it. x_x I've never had the need to do so.
  2. Originally posted on Apr. 14th, 2013 by isteillia I've not posted on LJ in a while, as I've been more active on Tumblr, but I felt that those who still deal between the sites might appreciate the heads up. Back in November (2012) I commissioned Pleg to do a piece of art. Names have been blacked out for privacy. https://i.imgur.com/jNoVKWt.jpg She seemed fine with the piece I asked for. I went ahead and paid for it.https://i.imgur.com/3YyP2Um.jpg I don't hear from her for quite a few months, so I ping her. In February. https://i.imgur.com/YSQfOzG.jpg https://i.imgur.com/6iCvFPW.jpg https://i.imgur.com/9HE69tW.jpg I am told it's "too complicated." I'm a bit irritated, but tell her I can go for something less detailed, or take a refund. She says she can do something less detailed and that she will work on it. I never hear from her again. So I ping her a week ago (As seen above) and no response. I also sent her an ask on Tumblr, since I saw her post. Still no response. I'm also a stupidly nice person, and sent the payment as a "Gift/Payment Owed" instead of "Goods/Services" to keep her from paying fees, so I am unable to dispute the payment and get the money back. I'm normally a patient person when it comes to commissions, but this lack of communication is what turns me from patient to bitter and angry. Avoid commissioning this artist if you can, you may not get what you paid for at all. Edit: Situation has been resolved; she got back to me finally and is issuing a refund. Still rather irritated that this took so long, but I'm glad it's done with.

She won’t reply to my email, and won’t send me my final piece. I have been polite and have been waiting for my promised art for six months now, which I find completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I want to warn commissioners of this artist and would still like a refund, or my final piece that was promised. (Edit 1-05/01/2013) Today she has posted a journal on DeviantART (http://fav.me/d63qoz5) talking about her medical problems and everything she has been enduring, along with this sentence at the bottom: "if you're still waiting on a commission, as i know a few of you are, i greatly apologize. i'm still locating some files from when my computer was wiped, but i will get back to you, i promise. the art must go on! i cannot offer refunds at this time, but i will offer apology freebies if you're interested in another piece. i feel terrible that some of you have had to wait so long, and i hope you can forgive me and return in the future!" Yet she has not responded to my email, but my note does show as read, She uploaded the sketch that she showed me back in January- http://fav.me/d63qry2 Update: 07/21/2013 The artist has finally uploaded my commission and opened up more slots. 4. Orginally posted on Apr. 1st, 2013 by vaerinn WHO: Zipperface WHERE: http://www.furaffinity.net/user/zipperface WHAT: Coloured+shaded wing-it commission, $50 WHEN: On 12 March 2012 I commissioned Zipperface and paid them. A few hours later I was sent a WIP of the picture for approval, which I gave. A month went by without anything more from the artist, though they were still active on FA and their Tumblr at the time. On 25 April 2012 I sent them a note asking for an update, at which point I was told they were in trouble. A few months later they'd cleaned up shop and left FA entirely. PROOF: Initial exchange: Proof of payment: Later note: FA page as it is now: EXPLAIN: Zipperface had a journal offering a single slot for a one character wing-it, coloured and shaded, to be done using some new colouring method or style they wanted to experiment with. I noted them and got the slot, paying them as soon as they asked. I was sent a WIP just an hour or so later, and after that, nothing. About a month later I saw they were open for pencil sketch commissions and noted them asking how my commission was coming along, only to be told that the picture was coloured but that nothing more could be done till they replaced their broken tablet. I was willing to wait, so I was willing to let it go. Just a few months later, though, I stopped by Zipperface's FA and found that all scraps, favorites, contact info and journals had been deleted, and that their Tumblr (name of which I can't remember) was deleted when I checked in on that, too. Since then I've tried noting them, leaving shouts, and even e-mailing them, but I haven't heard anything and, judging by the other shouts on their FA page, neither has anyone else. Long story short, I'm out 50 bucks and Zipperface is MIA. I have no idea what's going on with them, or even if they're still around. If they're still active somewhere online, I have no idea what name they're going by now.

When: September 2012 Proof: Screenshots will be Provided below Details: 1. While at Saboten2012 I was selling a few things at a mini flea market the con had going on Saturday night. Among the things I was selling was a fursuit tail. Ravinghachi approached me asking if I would trade art the tail. An agreement was reached, and she left with the tail. 2. I sent her the details for the badges when I got home. The original note can be seen here (this is the 'lots of details' image) which has links and a detailed description outlining what I specifically wanted for the badges. 3. On November 2nd I received this reply that progress was excellent and she could drop them off if we set up a place to meet. During the holiday season it's really difficult for me have to for meeting people, so I asked for a scan. She said her scanner was broken, but had been uploading a lot of photos during that time. I asked if it was possible for her to send a photo of the badges. 4. On November 26th she sent me a note saying she was going to post my badge that night, but days went by and the scan wasn't posted. 5. On November 30th she responded the same day with a link to the badge (screenshot here). This is the badge that was posted. It's cute and all, but not really what I had asked for. In my reply I tried to politely express my concern for the lack of second badge and my description not being followed. She told me the second badge was still being worked on. I tried to figure out what to do about the first badge being incorrect and communication ceased. 6. I then saw her wearing the tail at TaiyouCon (Jan 4-6) while working at my dealer's table. Unfortunately I was unable to talk to her in person. 7. On Jan 8th I sent her a note which was read within 24 hrs, but has not been answered. That note can be seen here. 8. I left another comment on her page of Feb 23rd (screenshot here from my nexus). When I checked back tonight she had deleted it, with no answer to me at all (screenshot here). She responded by saying she didn't see/delete the comments. (I seem to have misplaced that screenshot.) I asked again for the money she owes me, she told me she had to use her mother's paypal because she didn't have one. 9. I waited again with no contact, so I left another comment on her front page. Her responses are here. She says her Paypal money was stolen, and that's why she can't pay me. 10. I noted her as mentioned, this is the final note I sent, which was read, before making this post. Here's the entire album of screenshots, since there are too many to post above. (Mod note: No other relevant to beware images were in this LiveJournal image folder at the time of archiving this post.) EDIT: 4/22/13 My account has been blocked. [screenshot] I'm obviously not getting my money or anything else from this artist. TL:DR RavingHachi and I agreed to a trade at Saboten2012: my $60 tail for two conbadges by her. After being given specific instructions, she did one of the badges which did not follow the guidelines set. After I mentioned to her that it wasn't right, she flipped out on me and stopped answer my messages. After trying to contact her again she blocked me and deleted my comments, then proceeded to tell people 'it was settled and she had paid me'. This isn't true: she still has the tail, and I didn't receive either of the conbadges. EDIT: 3/20/2014 I have not been compensated for the tail as of this writing, contrary to what this she is currently telling people.

That said I feel like I need to warn potential buyers again (she’s been doing this a lot.) about Pirate-Cashoo/Cachet. All I would like to do is get in touch with her and get what I paid for or to have her reimburse me as 60 dollars is a lot of money to me and I could put it elsewhere or towards another artist who actually wants to do the artwork I‘d asked for. Now: On October 15th, 2012 I decided to get myself and my boyfriend at the time a set of icons from her as a gift, I have a screen cap of how that went above. I’m keeping anyone who is not me or Cashoo anonymous as I am the person with the problem here, and not the others involved so the grey text is only usernames/references that are not mine. Just so we’re clear. As you can read for yourself from the links, She seemed a little hesitant but told me that the wait would be a few months as she had a pretty big queue and so forth. I didn't mind waiting as I’d purchased another set of icons during the duration of the time, and as an artist myself I understand how art takes time and artists are not robots etc. I contacted her again on October 25th because the person I had originally wanted the icons with and I had split ways and after communicating with him I switched the person I wanted to get the icons with and she okayed it with me. Told me she had not started them yet which did not really surprise me as she’d mentioned prior until November she would be pretty busy. So I was okay with that response, and didn't contact her back until November 12th. I hadn't thought about when she told me she’d start them and had forgotten she had family plans. Again just being friendly and curious about them I shot her another note. I can’t unfortunately find the message she responded to me about but it was something along the lines of “Sorry I haven’t started them yet, my family is down…” It was all good, and I told her to have a good time with the family and again not to rush. I then contacted her in December as I was curious why she hadn't gotten a sketch to me, but figured it was Life issues. Told her I wouldn't mind seeing a sketch before she completed a final product as I was curious if she had made any progress on the icons. She in this time started to just entirely not read or ignore my notes, and I have not been able to anchor her down for a response since then. She did however -read- this note, so there is that. My last note I left on February 23rd 2013. I actually noted her on deviantART account prior to FurAffinity (i copied and pasted the message directly from the note i sent on deviantART) but she didn't respond to either or read the note on FurAffinity (I have no idea if you can check who reads what on deviantART as I don't use it aside from a place holder.) I’m not making this to get people mad towards Pirate-Cashoo, but I will say that I'm severely disappointed in her business management skills and as an artist who does this as a full time job I don’t understand her complete avoidance or lack of a schedule. I love her artwork but I feel like I need to warn others about her business practices, I'm very disappointed. I wanted to let you guys know that if I were you to watch out and maybe hold off on getting art from her. She's a friendly artist to communicate with but I'm kind of tired of lack of updates/getting a bunch of excuses from her. I hope that she reads this and gets at the very least in touch with me so either discuss a refund or give me a concise deadline. ~Lorena.

He thanked me, and went on his way. December 13th, he returned, ready for me to do his commission. I gladly accepted and he gave me the description and references needed to start his commission. Afterword, he sent me the payment. After a few other commissions I had done, I finally got to his, completed it, and sent it off to him. He responded, complimenting me and thanking me, and went on his way. He later posted the image in his gallery, which was perfectly alright as I allow every single one of my clients to post their commissions, unless told otherwise. 3 months later, he filed a charge-back against me for unknown reasons. As I have described in this entry of mine: http://artists-beware.livejournal.com/664815.html he had apparently done this to many other artists as well. He eventually faked his own death because he was being harassed about it, and made another account pretending to be someone else. And that should be be about it. It's unfortunate that it had to come to this, as he was pretty pleasant to work with. Currently, I have not gotten anything from Paypal yet.

EXPLAIN: I discovered Cashoo through A_B and decided to give her a go since her past cases were resolved and thought she'd changed, I saw she was looking for some help to raise money for her first months rent and decided to jump on the deal. After discussing details with my boyfriend I went ahead and sent her the email as well as the payment of $185 plus another $20 for the detail background after finally hearing from her on the 9th of September, then on the 13th of October she requested yet another $20 for props (his guitar) I told her if things went well with my other commissions I'd pay it off to her. After my last email which was sent on the 14th of October I sent another on the 19th of November asking how she was doing and how the commission was coming along (I also sent an email during some down time on FA on 09/10/12) with no response until I sent another email on November 23rd after reading her latest beware here, I let her know how I felt about the emails she was sending and didn't want my commission experience to end up like this and suggested that she try to show her customers that she is working on their commissions through private or public live streams, talk to me about a deadline she could meet (which we never did), or even update me again on any progress on my commission. From her response it felt like she didn't even read or understand my email to her and began to ramble about things that weren't even relevant to the email. She told me she'd give a more thought out and thorough reply, which I never got and I continued to pester her on the same day she sent me the email responding to mine and then on every month since this year started - Jan 7th, Feb 5th, and March 3rd with nothing back from her. EDIT #1: Corrected a typo and adding a screenshot of my latest email to her after posting on her Deviant Art page stating that I had posted her here and would be emailing her soon. From Me: Email - 03/22/13 EDIT #2: I'd like to add that I am considering a chargeback or following the flock of those wanting to contact Paypal together to get them to look into what she's doing (or rather not doing) and getting her to either complete our commissions(?) or give us all refunds to the work she has not completed. An Email regarding my previous post to this edit. EDIT #3: Awhile ago I sent an email giving her a deadline of April 29th 2013 to either complete the commission, refund, refund+give permission to the rights of the image to have it altered by another artist. She has not emailed me back so I'm going to assume "No" for all of those requests, I'll be getting my boyfriend to file the charge back since this was going on during our shared Paypal/Bank Account time and I'll update with how things are going/went. EDIT #4: We've contacted Paypal Customer Services and received a refund for our September 22nd transaction of $20 and have been instructed to contact our bank for a chargeback for the initial transaction of $190. Paypal has informed us that we should see our money within 24hrs from the call. - This can be marked as resolved! Also for anyone with Bank of America you have a very slim chance at getting back money past 60 days of initial transaction (what we were told) but they told us they'd look into it (could take up to 90 days) but it is very unlikely that they'd go through with it. EDIT #5: After about a month or so of getting the money back for our commission out Bank went and took it back... So I dunno if anyone would count this as resolved still (my boyfriend personally doesn't because now we're in the negatives because of it).
  10. Mod Note: This artist has completed all their outstanding commissions. Originally posted on Mar. 19th, 2013 by houndofloki WHO: Pirate Cashoo WHERE: http://www.furaffinity.net/user/pirate-cashoo pirate-cashoo.deviantart.com pirate-cashoo.tumblr.com zombiebooty.tumblr.com (NSFW) WHAT: 2 pictures. One high-res of a single character, one sketch of two characters that she later offered to upgrade to a colored sketch in apology for the wait - but I haven't seen anything on either. WHEN: High res was October 2011 EXPLAIN: I will concede right off the bat that this situation is partly my own fault. I have a busy job, and don't tend to 'check in' with artists all that often. I paid in full up front for both of these images but went a long time without contacting her, because the 'honor system' has worked out fine for me in the past. I bought a second picture from her when the other one was a year overdue, which was stupid of me - but I honestly lost track of just how long it had really been. So it's partly on me that it has reached this point. I took way too blase an attitude to buying art online, but I've learned from this. I had bought pictures from Cashoo successfully a couple of times in the past, and arranged to buy one of her high-res commissions when she opened them up in a journal. The price for it was $140. This was October 2011. I paid for it in full upfront. This is where I let things go for quite a while. I bought a couple of bust images from her, and both were completed in a decent timeframe - so I wasn't too worried about the high-res at that point. 10/14/2012: I checked in with her about and she said it was nearly done. At this point, the problem she was having was something to do with a car; I'm a little fuzzy on details now. I figured the high-res was forthcoming and bought a two-character sketch from her for 90 bucks to help her out (I know. Dumb of me.) 11/12/2012: She replied to me saying she had started a sketch but lost it in some kind of computer disaster. Promised to give a sketch in 'the next few days', and said she would do it tonight except she had to pay $200 in bills tomorrow? What that has to do with sketching now, I don't even know. I kept my response positive because I was still hoping to get my picture. Journals about various personal problems holding her progress were posted in this timeframe. 12/4/2013: No sketch. She had posted one of those long whiny journals, but I wanted a specific update about my picture and sent an FA note. It was read, but not responded to. Late December 2012: After my note on FA went ignored, I saw her post a Tumblr update about doing a stream. I unfortunately don't have screenshots of this, but I stepped into the stream and talked to her. She apologized repeatedly for still not having a sketch and said my picture was next in the queue after the one she was currently working on (which was Svarta-Perlan's, another AB entry). She offered to upgrade the sketch I bought in October 2012 to a colored sketch as an apology for the wait. Yeah, okay, fine. January-February 2013: I sent a couple of Tumblr asks requesting updates, because that seemed to be the site she was using most regularly. Tumblr doesn't record those...but they weren't responded to, anyway. March 12 2013: Sent another FA note asking for an update. Still unread a week later, though she has been replying to comments on DA. As of today - I still have yet to see even a rough sketch on either image. Her story on DA comments is now that's she's facing eviction. Who knows. I honestly just hope I'll get either the commissions or a full refund at some point. She sent me an invite to the Asana program and showed me a WIP of my high-res commission (refined sketch with lighting shaded in). So there has been progress.

  13. Creeping out of the darkness here to comment: The modder's claim that they did the shading and fur texture has been refuted not only by my own knowledge and time spent modding in Second Life, but the maker of the Caboodle shading base, as this is that shading base. I compared the images from the Discord screencaps to work I've done on this base, as well as the Caboodle screenshots from the Second Life Marketplace, then asked the owner of Caboodle, and she confirmed that it was her base. Additionally, in talking with the owner of Caboodle to confirm that this was her base, it came up that this avatar did not purchase the base. It was either purchased on an alt, or obtained illegally. Regardless, the first line in the ToS for the shading base is "You DO NOT have permission to distribute the PSD Template to other people or alt accounts." So the Caboodle ToS has been broken, and the maker knows. OP, I'm sorry this was your experience. Having worked/fought with the LL UV as much as I have, yes, there are a lot of issues, but they're not as difficult to work with as the modder claims. Sure, it can be a pain in the butt to line up textures over the seams, but if that's what makes the mod work, then you do that. And unless you say, "yes, this looks great!" then you haven't accepted it. Editing to add: As it's been brought to my attention that it's easy to miss, this is where the modder claims that the shading/fur base work is theirs, and not the Caboodle base. When you compare the two directly to a mod I did myself (though I have some of the highlight layers turned off on the back), and to the screenshot on the Secondlife marketplace... It's pretty telling.

  15. Mar. 25th, 2012 at 1:23 AM thaily WHO&WHERE: Xinnova2 on Furaffinity. WHAT: Digital character sheet. WHEN: Started December 22, officially terminated via full refund March 23. PROOF: - Complete exchange of notes in a text file. There's 11 pages, I'll write summary below. Also the links are borked because A. cut&paste from FA and B. I removed the sketches from my server because Xinnova need not access them anymore. - [NSFW, feral bits] Thumbnail of sketched character sheet. To provide proof that I did draw the commission and go to this point of near-completion. Forgive the size and watermark, I do not wish to provide this person with further images for his perusal. - Screenshot of full refund. SUMMARY: Customer doesn't know what he wants, or at the very least does not communicate this to the artist. Despite claiming that he is a writer and that this character sheet will "define me spiritually" he does not write a conclusive description of what he wants, hemming and hawing over what he wants and then becoming increasingly abusive when the artist indicates her boundaries in accordance with the TOS they agreed to. Upon a full refund the customer posts a harassing journal and he and his friends make libelous statements and insults, suggesting customer sue the artist and wishing physical harm on the artist. Upon completing another character sheet commission, Xinnova contacted me about getting a similar commission from me. I showed him my TOS which he said, and I quote "That's actually very reasonable" and "I will try not to make too many changes, if I do though I will pay the fee". We agreed on $100 for the sheet, half paid up front with a deadline of 6 months. The transaction started out pleasantly, though early on I realized I had to drag a description of the character I was supposed to draw out of this guy. I thought that he was just a little enthusiastic and disorganized and that I could work with him; I've worked with customers before who sort of knew what they wanted and helped them along to come to a satisfactory end result. No biggie. I thought. I told him to take a day to make a list of things he wanted instead of sending lots of separate notes, and when he sent notes asking me to add things after I had started (and shown him) sketches I didn't make a fuss and did. The trouble started when I showed him the third sketch; the first was a side view, he asked for changes (rounded the muzzle/added bandana/number of teats/placement of teats/size of paws/shape of tail-mouth) which I applied. Upon being shown the second sketch he approved the changes, asking if I could curve the horns back a bit more, which I did. He specifically complimented me on the revised tail-mouth; initially described as being shaped like a rose-bud that opens into a worm-like maw with teeth. I drew the closed tail mouth as a rose bud, with a bulb below the bud and the little green outer leaves. I told him I was checking off the side-view as approved and listed the remaining work, thinking we had a decent jump off point for the character design. He told me he was looking forward to the results. He asks if he can still add a necklace. I added the necklace in the fourth sketch. Upon being presented with the third sketch, he tells me the previously changed and approved muzzle "doesn't feel right at all". He also asks me to change the previously changed and approved closed tail-mouth design. I apply both of these changes. He asks me to match the size of the paws in the turn-around, which are already matched in size; I put the sketches side to side to ensure that they were, before I presented him with the sketch. So, I can't change it because the paws are already matched up. He asks me to change the teats/pouch, I apply this change. He tells me the cock has a knot; the cock is not shown, just the sheath. He did not ask for a cock, so I just drew the sheath. He says he has a sheath, which is great, because I drew a sheath. Again, can't change that. He tells me he wants the anus included from the view from below, except you wouldn't be able to see the anus from that angle, especially with the vagina mound in the way. So I can't change that because quite frankly, it would make it look like I don't know the proper placement of the anus, which he seems to believe. He "helpfully" tells me the anus "is located in the common area of the tail base". He tells me to mind the shape of the serpent heads, which is fine. It was a messy sketch but I'm quite familiar with ancient Egyptian art, that's not a problem. Current count of changes is 11 changes applied spread over 3 opportunities for Xinnova to provide feedback. On the 3 items I couldn't change I explained why I could not. I send him the fourth sketch, which includes close-ups of the genitalia, including a close-up of the anus in it's proper place. At this point, his unclear waffling on the muzzle and tail is some cause for concern for me and I tell him that this is his last batch of free revisions. I tell him to take his time in deciding what he wants to see changed and that if he wants more changes, he'll have to pay extra for the additional labor, as stated in my TOS which he agreed to. I had a feeling that otherwise, I was going to go back and forth on the muzzle and tail for a long time, if not on other parts as well if he suddenly disapproved of his previously approved changes. Keep in mind that he has currently paid $6,25 per element of the character sheet. As a professional, I can only spend so much time on a $6,25 sketch. He sends a short note, telling me he has 6 months? I set a 6 month deadline for my work, and we're already 3 months into it. But I didn't tell him he only had a day, just to take a day to think about it, since his other replies asking for changes were sent fairly quickly and then promptly disapproved of again next time 'round, I thought maybe he thought I was trying to rush things and that he didn't have time to think about it. I tell him he can take his time and give him some hints on how to put together clear reference material. I figured that, even if he could not find good images or couldn't "redline" the sketch, that he could write out something more detailed, as he lists himself as being a writer. This is where the transaction sours, in retrospect, pretty much beyond repair. I try and remain civil despite the fact he calls my experience and professionalism into question, tells me I should have done the research(?), that he only asked for a few small changes, that I refused to change things (but when prompted, doesn't tell me what I refused), that I'm not giving him opinions or options etc. I give him a play-by-play response telling him that he needs to tell me what he wants or else I can't draw it. I restate that I want him to take his time and tell me exactly what he wants so that I can change it and hopefully bring the transaction to a satisfactory conclusion. He goes on about how this commission is unique and he can't just describe it despite the fact that he is A. a writer, or says he is and B. he claims this character sheet will "define me spiritually". Despite the fact he is not an artist he tells me sketching is the easiest part of a commission and something about experience, which he doesn't have as an artist, so I don't even know where he was going with that; at this point I'm just confused and uncertain where this hostility is coming from. Stress and illness can only account for so much, I've never had a customer get angry before when I ask them what they want. But he feels like I'm cutting his head off by asking him what he wants so I can draw it for him. I initially read the note but don't reply, assuming that with time he'd send me the info I needed and we could get this business sorted. I try to go on with my day and do unrelated art, but I'm distracted and irritable and I realize that I was just waiting for the other passive aggressive shoe to drop. I wanted to bring the commission to a good conclusion, despite the brouhaha, but realized that in order to do so, I'd have to let him bully me into, essentially, work for peanuts. Well, smaller peanuts. Or the burnt, shriveled and stale bits of peanuts left in the bottom of the bag of peanuts. And that I would hate myself for it. So I terminated the transaction, as stated I am able to do in the TOS he agreed to. I even gave him a full refund. Then I told him that he could make no claim to the sketches, could not use them for anything and that I desired no further contact. I saw that he had read the note and he did not reply. I thought that would be the end of it and I was quite happy to leave it at that. That said, I still had a half-finished character sheet, which I own fully and was out about $50 of labor. Trying to recoup some of my losses I changed the design around to no longer resemble Xinnova's design (which according to him, I had failed to approximate anyway) and put it up as a pre-sketched character sheet/adoptable. AFTER I had removed all mention of Xinnova from my account, which was just in my commission list in my journals anyway. I did in no way refer, link or name him anywhere. To which [possibly NSFW, tame but feral bits]he promptly outed himself as the uncooperative and abusive customer in the very first comment. Notice his friends also joining in. I blocked them all. He then posts a harassing journal linking directly to my submission, breaking the Terms of Service of FurAffinity. When a moderator deletes his post and gives him a warning, he complains about how he was just defending his good name which would have never been jeopardized if he had dropped the matter when he was refunded. You'll notice the blatant discrepancies between his communication with me and what he tells his friends: That I was insulting and attacking him, that he only asked for 4-5 small changes and that I didn't do half, that I have "butchered" his name publicly, that he wasn't initially prepared to pay extra for additional labor in case he needed numerous changes and so forth. Interestingly, there's apparently 3-4 of his friends who filed Trouble Tickets about me/my pre-sketched commission, despite they were never even peripherally involved with this transaction. Harassment, name-calling, insults and the like ensue, all based on what little skewed information they had. Which brings us to this post. In conclusion: Do not work with this person. He doesn't know what he wants and gets angry when you don't either and refuse to do endless revisions until he makes up his mind, which might be never; he wants other people to define him spiritually, which is just never going to happen. It's not worth it and neither is the resulting abuse and libel he uses to whip his friends into an ignorant frenzy. Friends, whom I should add, who would also probably be best avoided if these statements are indicative of their true nature. I'll probably get more abuse and harassment for this post, but I honestly think it's worth it if I can save at least one other artist from this frustration and aggravation; You are better than this, do not work with him.

I have placed screencaps of what conversation I could get, they are in the explanation. EXPLAIN: I have been a customer wronged by Vani/Ash. At one point I thought we were on a very good level, enough to say we were sort of friends. While my situation has a better ending than most as I received a refund in the end, I will share it. I've wanted to share it for a long time but always felt the need to tip-toe around her feelings and her fans. I'm done hiding though, because her behaviour is not on. I was happy with my outcome, despite having to fight for it for so long. However, after seeing her open more commissions, well, that angered me! I feel upset and sorry for the people who are still waiting, and those new commissioners who have no idea. I commissioned Ash on August 5th, 2009, this was on her VanillaKitsune DA account. She was wanting to save up for some ragdoll cats. Her art was an inspiration and I think this was around the time we were acquaintances. I ordered a chibi ($15) and a digital portrait ($50). I am a very trusting person and I really wanted to help. Full payment of $65 was sent upfront, I was extremely excited! Here is the payment proof http://i293.photobucket.com/albums/mm46/keshikins/stuff/ashpayment-1.jpg A few months passed and I finally received a my chibi. It wasn't the highest quality of art (pencil sketch coloured in) but I still did enjoy it, hey I got art for one of my biggest inspirations, yipee! Here is the chibi commission http://i293.photobucket.com/albums/mm46/keshikins/Art%20for%20me/Kyle/Kyle_Commish_by_Vanimute.jpg At this point I was pretty confident I will get my digital portrait soon. I waited.. and waited. Ash has changed accounts to Vanimute on DA so I found her there and watched her. I continued to see her upload new art (none being commissions) but still I waited patiently! I take commissions myself and understand that sometimes you don't have the right inspiration. I also kept into account she was in college. A while passed and I discovered she was active on FA under the name Vani, not only uploading personal art but.. taking more commissions? I made an account on FA just to follow her and wait, still very patiently though! It came to the point where she was continuously opening commissions, until finally making a journal about her to-do list/queue. The one we know ever so well http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/1953643/ My commission is a year and a half overdue at this point, you would think I would be at the top of the list? I am all the way down the bottom! At this point I was done patiently and silently waiting. I voiced my feelings, albeit in the open but I think I had the right to. You can find the conversation here http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/2014394/#cid:16534744 I generally like to be a kind person and give everyone the benefit of the doubt, even after being told it was my responsibility to keep in touch with her. Also if you read her reply, it is full of excuses (valid or not) and not one apology to me (I ended up being the one apologising?). As a commissioner myself I feel it is my responsibility to let my commissioners know if there will be a delay, also at least have the decency to own up to your mistake, have some humility and apologise?? So after feeling like the bad guy, I noted her on FA, here is a print screen. Note how I am still very understanding! http://i293.photobucket.com/albums/mm46/keshikins/stuff/Ash1.jpg Well, that note was never read. I couldn't understand? I was told to note her! I waited months for a reply, it still says in my outbox that it has not been read. So I sent another one, this time I did not sugar coat my feelings. I was done, this was unacceptable. She still had $50 of my money and not one apology. Here is the note http://i293.photobucket.com/albums/mm46/keshikins/stuff/Ash2.jpg After this on not being read, I discovered I have to email her school account? Awesome! So far we have gone from Vanillakitsune@DA, Vanimute@da, Vani@FA (all of which have been abandoned) and now her school email. I sent the same message to her but via email. To my surprise I got a reply. I got an apology, we worked out what I wanted. I gave her 5 different characters to choose from. All different species and levels of fun in hopes this would be helpful. In these emails I reverted back to being kind and understanding, hoping to not upset her. I understood she was stressed and made a mistake and honestly didn't want to ruin any chances of receiving my art. This was the 7th/8th of June 2011. I received an update 2 weeks later, with some sketches. Awesome, it looked like we were getting somewhere. I replied saying I liked them, thanked her and hoped for her to continue. 2 months I waited, and sent her an email wondering what was going on. I didn't receive a reply. This is getting quite long, I promise it ends soon! I then discovered her on TUMBLR. We are so far away from commissioning her on Vanillakitsune. Tumblr has an ask system so some months after the email I sent, I sent an ask about it. I don't have records of what was sent, but I expressed my unhappiness again and stated this was unfair. I was told since I found it unfair I would get a refund. If I remember correctly a few weeks passed and I had to send her an ask again! This time the reply I got was her paypal email, telling me to send her an invoice for the refund and that she would have it by the end of the week. I sent it on the 6th of December. I received the refund 2 weeks later, on the 20th of December, 2011. I commissioned her on the 5th of August, 2009. I am happy I got a refund, although it took a look of persistence. I remained nice and understanding the majority of the time. Forgave her constantly and chased her around the internet. While I finally got my money back, so many others are not this lucky! More of us need to share our stories. People need to know that commissioning Ash is a bad idea. We need to stop being scared of her fans and hurting her feelings. She may have nice art and be popular, but not saying anything in public seems to be allowing this behaviour. She has run away with hundreds (maybe thousands?) of dollars, and continues to do nothing to right her wrongs but rather make it worse! Hopefully one day this will end. I hope that she can change her ways, own up and make up for her mistakes and complete any overdue art/refund people. It will take some time but she has dug this hole and continues to to this very day! You can only be supportive and forgiving for so long before enough is enough.
  18. Mar. 13th, 2012 at 9:23 AM ariakitty WHO: Vani/Vanimute/Vanilla Kitsune WHERE: http://www.furaffinity.net/user/vani/ WHAT: Two icon commissions, cost $24 (The total was actually $25.03 because she requested that I cover the paypal fees. I sent $26 just so the number would be even. I am aware that you're not supposed to pay extra to cover the fees but at the time I didn't know this.) WHEN: Payment sent March 21, 2010 Proof of payment. PROOF: http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/1284224/ Journal where commissions were offered. (March 21, 2010) EXPLAIN: I commissioned Vani for two icons in March 2010. In the journal she does state that she wouldn't be getting to these specific commissions until May. So I did not expect to see anything until the summer/fall of that year. There was really no concise list of her current commission queue, but in the journal where she offered these commissions she made it seem like she didn't have that many to do. Around December 2010 she posted her commission queue: http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/1953643 I kicked myself when I saw how massive her queue was, had I known she owed that many commissions I wouldn’t have commissioned her in the first place. A year goes by and I figure it's time to contact her and inquire about the status of my commission. I tried to contact her through FA on June 28, 2011. The note was never read. So on September 19 I sent her an email, I never received a reply. (I can provide screens of the email and the note but I wasn't sure if that was necessary.) Her tumblr is active and she has a new DA page with new art posted: http://stripesandteeth.tumblr.com/ http://maplemutesandtea.tumblr.com/ (not as active) http://www.stripes-and-teeth.deviantart.com/ I don't really know how much of it is commission work and how much is personal work. I didn't start to worry until I saw a question that she answered on her tumblr about why she left DA and FA. On September 23 I sent her a note through her maplemutesandtea tumblr and I did receive a reply. I responded back telling her I'd be happy to wait for the art as long as communication between us was good. Needless to say, I did not get a response to my second note. (I would provide proof of that but tumblr doesn't keep a record of sent 'asks'.) February, 29 I decided to try to contact her again through tumblr. I forgot to take a screen of it before I sent it off. But I had asked her how things were going and if she needed refs. I figured after almost 2 years she probably didn't have my character refs anymore. She has not responded to that note. On March 11 she posted to her tumblr offering more commissions. I’m a little disappointed. She has a queue of 50+ commissions that she hasn’t made good on, yet she’s taking on more work. I'm glad to see that she won't accept payment until the commission is finished but... What about the rest of us? Vani is a talented artist and I really hate to see her dig herself into such a deep hole. I didn't want to make an A_B entry about anyone, let alone Vani. She took on more work than she could handle and I know she's very stressed about it. But I wish she would communicate with me. I am patient and I am willing to wait quite a while as long as the artist stays in touch. I sincerely hope this can be marked as resolved someday.
  19. Mar. 9th, 2012 at 2:02 AM heathermasanon I need a little bit of etiquette advice. Over a year ago I commissioned an artist on Gaia for a painted, full body couple piece. I paid half ($80) upon the delivery of a rough sketch, with the agreement that I would pay the other half after she got the flat colours for the second character down, and have only received one completed part of the commission (one character, the other still in a sketch state. I was never asked to send the second half of the payment during my correspondence with her). Since then I have not been able to get in contact with the artist, despite numerous attempts on my part. They've clearly been around, and are using the completed part of my commission as an art example, stating that it's a finished commission. They're even using it as an icon for their deviantart account. Now, I've long since given up on attempting to get in contact with the artist, since it's fully clear they're ignoring me and I don't know what else I can do, but my question is this: Since I technically paid for this half finished commission (her price for one painted full body was $80), and since she's using it as an example for further commissions, do I have the right to use the image? It just feels really weird to me. It can stand alone as a single character piece, but I know it isn't, and it technically wasn't what I commissioned her for. I do like what has been finished, and would like to include it in my art references for the character. I just feel like it might be weird. :/ [edit] So at the advice of commenters, here is the full beware. WHO chatelain (Gaia)/chambrae (deviantart) WHAT A full-body painted piece of my two characters WHEN February 20, 2011 - Present PROOF Paypal receipt (I was wrong, it was $85... her current prices are listed at $80.) Her art shop, where she is clearly displaying the image as both an art example and a link-back button. When I sent the first payment/received the prelimenary sketch What I've received so far The last contact I have had with her. DeviantArt note I sent her, with proof that she has read it but has not responded. Unfortunately, Gaia seems to have deleted my sent folder (I don't use it very much, haha), so I don't have any proof of any other messages I have sent her. She has also posted a dA journal, updated her Gaia shop, and even finished another commission in the mean time. I would just like either the other have of my commission or the commission closed. Any correspondance at all would be welcome, really... I sent her an e-mail notifying her I would be posting about her here, and also mentioned that once we have resolved the issue I'll mark it as such.

I asked him that if he couldn't pay for the full commission of $55 that he send me $10 for the sketch I had made for him. He told me he couldn't because of bills - yet pays someone $40 that week. (when he had owed me weeks before.) Below I have all the notes and shouts that go back and forth. If you find the time I would greatly appreciate you taking a look. If nothing can be done about it I understand, but it thought it better to at least let you guys know about him if any future incidents come up. Sadly, I don't see me getting the $10 that he owes me, but thank you all for the advice and support! I suppose I'll be taking this as a live and learn situation :) (EDIT - 3/12/12) - My TT was responded to very quickly! __________________________________________________________ Thanks for the ticket. We can't do anything to the user now unfortunately as commissions are a buyer (or seller) beware issue. We are going to keep an eye on the account to monitor for anymore scam situations. I recommend posting to Artists_Beware to warn other artists of this user. They have a great set up and moderators that really benefits the community and helps artists avoid this sort of thing that falls through the cracks of the website. ________________________________________________________ Even though nothing can be done I'm happy that they are keeping and eye on him - It's about as best as a solution as I could have realistically asked for I guess. I hope Ziggy will come around and pay me the $10 he owes me but I don't see it happening unfortunately lol. Hope this has helped other artists who may be commissioned by him in the future! Best of luck guys! EXPLAIN: I'm really not sure what happened to be honest. Everything was going fine and he seemed to like the picture. He asked for changes and I told him I would make those changes after I got payment. He then started to make excuses why he couldn't pay - first it was Tuesday of next week. I waited till that Thursday to contact him. Then he said he'd send me it the next day, which didn't happen. I think the thing that frustrates me the most is when he said "I have bills to pay so I can't pay you." When not a few days early he spent $40 on a commission slot...He only needed to pay me $10 to get the sketch and finish with our business :/. The reason I am posting this after the 8th (the due date I told him he had till) was because of his last shout on my page telling me he's not going to pay me - so why bother waiting. I now plan to watermark all my sketches before sending them out for approval.

I've been commissioning Katibara for small purchases here and there for over a year now, the last two this past February being the most recent. I find it very appealing that she works so fast with the references given and always does an amazing job with the characters. She's very polite, and makes sure that what she's working on is satisfactory, even if it's something like a $3.00 sketch. Initially paid for in advance, the status of the art agreed upon for commission is unknown and I am currently awaiting a response from the artist, the current date that this was posted on at Artist Beware is February 28th, 2012, and the date that the commission was paid for was December 12th, 2011. What I would like to do is find a way to open up communication with Zillford and work things out to get this commission completed, and I put this all behind me, and possibly have the picture paid for to be coloured by him later. I don't wish to burn any bridges here. WHEN: Commission was agreed upon, and then paid for on December 12th, 2011. Each Link in the above section logs the time when they were posted before each link. Final email I have sent to the artist was on February 20th, 2012. A rough time line of the situation from initial conversation, to 1st payment (or agreement of trade) to signs of trouble. I will defend the fact there is a possibility the reply email was deleted. If it was I appologize, but I assume nothing bad or any worry by this point, I sent this email in excited curiosity. Second Inquery (January 5th, 1:58PM, 2012):http://i264.photobucket.com/albums/ii166/jazminbunni/Artist%20Beware%20Links/Second_Inquery_January5th_2012.jpg Response to second inquery (January 5th 2:08PM EST, 2012):http://i264.photobucket.com/albums/ii166/jazminbunni/Artist%20Beware%20Links/Second_Inquery_Response_January5th_2012.jpg My reply to first response (January 5th, 2:18PM EST, 2012):http://i264.photobucket.com/albums/ii166/jazminbunni/Artist%20Beware%20Links/Second_Inquery_Third_Response_January5th_2012.jpg Response to my second note (January 5th, 2:23PM EST, 2012):http://i264.photobucket.com/albums/ii166/jazminbunni/Artist%20Beware%20Links/Second_Inquery_Fourth_Response_January5th_2012.jpg -By this point I figured it wouldn't be a problem, sometimes things get disorganized or misplaced or what have you, and I assumed it was back on track. Third Inquery (January 23rd, 1:49PM EST, 2012): http://i264.photobucket.com/albums/ii166/jazminbunni/Artist%20Beware%20Links/Third_Inquery_January23rd.jpg Third Inquery Response (January 23rd, 1:52PM EST, 2012): http://i264.photobucket.com/albums/ii166/jazminbunni/Artist%20Beware%20Links/Third_Inquery_January23rd_Response.jpg Last Inquery (February 20th, 2:39PM EST, 2012): http://i264.photobucket.com/albums/ii166/jazminbunni/Artist%20Beware%20Links/Latest_Inquery_Feb20th_2012.jpg - With the last email I sent to Zill, I sent to both email accounts I could find, and have yet to recieve a response from him. All activity on his account located on FA seems to have stopped as well, his latest submission was on January 24th, 2:15PM, 2012, his last favourite was on January 19th, 8:51 AM, 2012, and his last journal was posted on January 10th, 2012 01:16 PM. There also appears to be at least one other having similar concern based on comments they have posted on Zillford's wall. This may dissappear due to any new comments pushing them out of sight. I will screen cap it and can post if it is requested. EXPLAIN: I commissioned Zillford back on the 12th of December, and agreed to pay in advance for a digital line art piece. I paid $60 up front to make sure I had a spot on his commission line. Near the end of December I curiously sent Zillford an email asking if any progress had been made or not. I could not find a reply back to it in any box of my email account so I cannot verify if there was a response to this particular email. I made a followup note to him on FA and Zillford explained that my commission details possibly were misplaced, but he had found them and was going to put me in front on the production line. I made a third note asking how things were going on January 23rd, and his response was that it was one of the day's must-do pictures. My last email sent to Zillford asking about the status of the commission was on February 20th, 70 days from the day after payment was verified until the last email was sent. It appears that Zillford is inactive on FA currently. I would just like to have it completed and hopefully work out something to have it coloured later on. I am not mad at the artist, but I am concerned by the lack of communication. **UPDATE [April 3rd, 2012]: ** Another member on FA had found out that the artist Zillford had made an account on DeviantArt, and was being active on that site, and for what it appears, has abandoned his FA page. URL to DeviantArt found here: http://zillford.deviantart.com/ Screenshot of Zillford's FA Wall, showing comment linking to new DA Page (April 3rd, 2012 1:04AM EST): http://i264.photobucket.com/albums/ii166/jazminbunni/Artist%20Beware%20Links/Zilford_Moved_To_DA.png Screenshot of my comment on Zillford's new DA wall asking for a status request regarding the commission. (April 3rd, 2012, 1:04AM EST): http://i264.photobucket.com/albums/ii166/jazminbunni/Artist%20Beware%20Links/Zillford_DA_Censoring.png*Note: He has already been censoring some comments on his new page. I cannot say that that are from others regarding art or other issues, or just simply wall spammers. But do note the censoring. I will watch to see if my comment disappears or not.* I have sent a second inquery email regarding the commission to both his business emails as well as noting him on FA. I will be sending a copy of this inquery email to his DA in a day if there has been no response. Once again, I remain hopeful that the situation can be salvaged. ^_^ ** END UPDATE [April 3rd, 2012] ** ** EXTRA UPDATE [April 3rd, 2012] ** No sooner had I posted my first update to this Beware journal and hit refresh on Zillford's DeviantArt page, my comment had been hidden by the page owner (Zillford). Screenshot showing comment has been hidden from view. (April 3rd, 2012 1:16AM): http://i264.photobucket.com/albums/ii166/jazminbunni/Artist%20Beware%20Links/Comment_Immediately_Censored.png So it seems he at least now knows I have asked about the commision, but has hidden the question from his page. What am I supposed to do now? :S ** END UPDATE [April 3rd, 2012] ** **3rd UPDATE [April 3rd, 2012]** As my original comment was removed, I had posted a second comment asking to please check his email. Nothing had been posted to his FA, which is the main location that I look for updates. I simply was looking for an update.. ** END OF UPPDATE 3rd **
  23. Feb. 13th, 2012 at 5:01 PM jagagreyfox WHO: Vella C. Raptor on Furaffinity WHERE: http://www.furaffinity.net/user/vellacraptor and Email WHAT: Very old digital art commission from October 2011. WHEN: Paid in October 2011 PROOF: Her art que that I have been at the top of sense October, NO progress on my image sense then: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/pub?hl=en_US&hl=en_US&key=0AjIe-vKisy0idEpuUjhpczFBakVnUWkzRjY4T19kWnc&single=true&gid=0&output=html Our original agreement that was NEVER started so I ended up changing it with her full permission shown in the screen shot after this one: http://tinypic.com/r/296knwi/5 Here is my commission change where she tried to charge me more after agreeing CLEARLY in the screen shot above to color the image how I had my previous commission done: http://tinypic.com/r/16ibuw/5 Our talk after I responded to her trying to change what she had promised: http://tinypic.com/r/14bqhhy/5 at this point im super annoyed. The due date she promised to me: http://tinypic.com/r/25a2lo1/5 her excuse last month promising the commission before Jan was over. How could mine not get done when she posted random art and other commissions almost every other day? (view her gallery for more dates): http://tinypic.com/r/aka5np/5 message I sent her a week ago never opened when I see she leaves comments on others daily so I have been ignored: http://tinypic.com/r/mbidsj/5 So i decided to email her, it took a week as well to get the email response. And it was not a very nice response either. She talked to me as If she would be doing me a favor putting my art with her Christmas art...when my commission was supposed to be a gift in OCTOBER that I told her about multiple times, and she continues to ignore that acting like its a HUGE favor to allow my commission to go with over due Christmas art. She also previously gave me multiple due dates and such as listed above, NO progress images were ever given. Personal art and other art continues, but my art once again was the piece that magically vanished with her computer issue story. http://tinypic.com/r/ka0lrb/5 VERY annoyed customer. EXPLAIN: I asked her multiple times about it and she never responds, got two responses, one trying to charge me more money for what I already paid for going against our agreed price She told me that she did not agree to it, when I proved the message to her she simply said oh ok and let it at that. Have not heard from her at all, trying to get a hold of her. I paid her 6$ up front and was planning on giving her 15 more after the art was done, but at this point im not sure its even worth it. She has done other commissions over mine over and over again. No progress on mine. I am annoyed especially because i was her original first commission on FA and she was great for it, and she has treated me very poorly as a repeat customer.

While I was still in the process of sketching, he sent me the finished story. I didn't get a chance to read it for a day or so due to RL obligations. When I questioned him about the story, he was honest about using previous stories. When he offered to cancel the trade, I took him up on it and blocked him as well. While this has now been resolved, I just felt others should know about his behavior as well.
  25. Feb. 5th, 2012 at 11:56 PM naughtykitsune Who: Shiroiyuki Where: http://www.furaffinity.net/user/shiroiyuki/ What: A full colored commission When: Going on for close to a year now Explain: Well in October I was recommended by a friend to check out her art which I did and I brought a commission from her at the time because she was open and had reasonable prices. So she posted a journal (which she deleted) saying she was giving a special on pics for $25. this my transaction http://imageshack.us/f/838/incidentone.jpg/ pg/) this is what i asked for http://imageshack.us/f/826/incident2.jpg/. So I brought a spot. She posted a journal right afterwards saying she was depressed and having an art block. I decided to wait because people have that problem. this was posted afterwards http://imageshack.us/f/252/incident3.jpg/ In November I got tired of waiting and looked at her Commission Queue to my surprise my name wasn't there for a commission so I contacted her which went well and reasonable. So after a few days (again...) a new journal was posted saying she was taking new art and such. So then of course another journal posted about an art block. Later that week other people art was posted and still my name wasn't added to the queue. So I was fed up with it and filed a refund because I was tired of waiting and being ignored. So of course instead a well way to settle stuff in a mature manner I got a rage note saying "No I'm not refunding you your money its not my problem this was well hard earn money so don't give me the BS''. She made threats to me as well saying she was going to sue me.shown here http://imageshack.us/f/545/incident5.jpg/ . Let me point out that I got no update on my art so I went to my bank who is set up with paypal and filed a dispute for my money back because I felt scammed and the fact my bank had a flag with her info . She later posted a journal calling me a rude uncalled for name and deleting it due to her getting raged at for speaking to her clients that way. Later along in the year she is posting pictures of stuff she buying and then writing journals later asking for money. This new year she has decided to start on people art but still has an attitude issue where is uses very rude language in her terms and commission queues. shown here (hhttp://imageshack.us/f/850/incident4.jpg/ Recently she has went MIA from her account with more people money she begged for a tablet and she has left her account without doing people art. shown here http://imageshack.us/f/600/scammerza.jpg/ She recently returned with pics of tattoos she has gotten along with a journal full of rage against those who were very unhappy with her taking too long and felt she used the commission money she owe to get the tattoos http://imageshack.us/f/268/rudeness.jpg/ This issue has been resolve. She has refunded my money so no need to comment here anymore.
