I have seen journal about this situation and she left out these important details so i was adviced her to make artist-beware but after reading this i understand why she said she's not "able" to do this post herself. Hope you get your money back.

I will never get this behaviour! I had devastated loss in my family, surgery, serious mental/health issues, traumatizing events, uni, etc AND i still FINISH my commissions within few weeks/months without speaking to my customers in this tone. This is NOT acceptable, and the guilt tripping is just too much.

can't you reuse the art somehow? offering it as YCH with small changes like horns, colour, etc So you win something back with this.

You ask for so little modifications it baffles me. Commissioners request me similar edits all the time and I do them immediately as i know such little things matter a lot to others. Ignoring you... just beware well warranted.
