Caution: There will be some watersports art. And then gore and mentions of scat. I've censored some of the more sensitive artwork. It started out as what seemed like some normal commissions but as time goes by with subsequent commissions, the artist could not seem to deliver on the artwork and even after waiting so long, it's becoming increasingly frustrating. I am growing to have trust issues. Anyways, here goes nothing. Because it'll be long, I've split it into parts and placed under spoilers. Part 1: The beginning It started out as some innocent discussion and the artist showing me what can be done. I asked for some watersports artwork involving my sona which the artist only seems too happy to oblige. Part 2: The Botched Commission After the first commission is complete, I started discussing about a new snuff artwork that will feature one of my friends' characters. I discussed with my friend and he gave me the a-ok to have his character be the victim. Part 3: Radio Silence & Ghosting The second commission didn't quite go well. I thought I would ask for some scat relief artwork. And to top it all off? I checked the FA profile and there are still artwork being submitted from time to time, even as recent as a few days ago or even several hours ago as of the time of writing so I suspect the artist had been making excuses and ghosting me. The payments I made for separate commissions. The date of payment should match up with the date timestamp of Telegram messages where I notified of payment. Keep in mind that Boosty is used to pay. Commission #1: (Status: Complete, submitted to my gallery) Amount paid: $141.99 CAD | 6126 RUB Commission #2: (Status: Botched, artwork never revised to my request. Intended to be a sequence, only got one nearly-finished frame that needs colours and revisions.) Amount paid: $192.01 CAD | 8200 RUB (Intended: $145.18 / 6200 RUB) Commission #3: (Status: Never finished) Amount paid: $92.07 CAD | 5000 RUB (+$46.83 / 2000 RUB credit from overpaying commission #2) The Unfinished Execution Sequence Artwork (Content Warning: Gore/Decapitation + Green Blood) Just in case if you were wondering what was in animation.gif At this point, I begin to suspect this "artist" might be a scammer so if this person comes to you asking to commission, please know about my experience. Addendum: As per the request, I've attached the notes. Additional messages on Telegram:

Original agreement - They deleted their account so you can only see my replies, but it was for a NSFW colored sketch for $70 EVERYTHING/ANYTHING NSFW is censored! (This all happened in 2021) Me asking them how much a colored sketch would be & adding a sketch to explain what I wanted. Agreement was $70 & my messages confirm payment was sent. They sent a few sketches super fast & I ask to add one to the commission. Conversation ended Feb 11th. I message them again March 15th . March 24th they told me they had covid so i tell them to recover, as it hadn't been that long anyways. April 21st I message them again, no response. April 28th I tell them i would rather they just send me the sketches they have & take the loss. Still no response. Paypal statement showing $70USD was sent to chernobee Feb 10th, 2021 After them not replying to me on Twitter on May 1st 2021 I messaged them on Toyhouse, where they did respond so the conversation moved here. (This all happened in 2021) May 1st I message them telling them I would appreciate a reply within a week & state that I feel an A_B post would be necessary for the lack of communication. They reply 12th May they were super nice & understanding of my frustration w/ the lack of communication. They ask to speak on Discord but also offer to send the sketches. May 19th I apologize to them as I felt I just hadn't given them enough time & was being too aggressive. Give them my Discord. June 24th I send them a message asking for their Discord since they hadn't tried to contact me on there. June 26th they send me their Discord. 9th Aug I give them a completion date of Aug 20th or to refund me. 10th Aug they tell me their discord & the conversation moves there. They then message me Nov 23rd asking for options to get in contact as I hadn't replied on discord.) So I feel like I have to explain why I apologized in this message & it's bc I usually expect anything w/out a set date to take about 3-5months w/ an update every month or so. Idk , at the time it felt like I just hadn't given them enough time. Last message was because I hadn't replied on Discord (life got busy). Also thought they would be able to finish the art since they had the necessary info/refs. their discord info. #6688 I message them Aug 11th asking how they would like to move forward w/ the commission. They did not reply so Aug 31st I ask for a refund. They reply the same day saying they would be happy to refund me, & that once I opened the dispute they would approve it. But also offer the completion of art & say that that's what they would prefer. Say they can complete it in 2-4days. There is also a side convo about the frustrations of having to be the one to find/contact them & they express that they've had other commissioners complain too & that examples images they sent were for other commissioners that were "understanding/patient." I reply Sep 8th bc I wanted to update my characters reference sheet. Oct 28th I ask for an update. Oct 30th they send me images that show work has/is being done. (life got busy, this is when they sent me the message on Toyhouse) Nov 25th I reply saying I love the update. They reply saying they send me a message on Toyhouse. Say they'll finish ASAP. Nov 28th I thank them for the update. Dec 17th I ask if they can add some character markings. They reply the same day saying yes. They also ask me how I've been doing personally. Dec 21st I share that my life has been busy bc of work. Everything past this point happens in 2022. March 25th I ask for an update, no response. May 29th I ask for an update, even a personal one. No response. June 17th I ask if a partial refund would work as & could just color/finish the update they sent before. No response. I know there are points in this commission where I try to resolve it w/ accepting the money loss, or them offering a refund (but me still having to dispute it to get it?), but they offered to finish the art & hinted that it was the option that worked better for them & I still wanted the art & wanted to do what worked better for them too! Comment on their Toyhouse on Jun 8th, Message them on deviantart jun 17th. Message & comment on their new furaffinity page Jul 2nd/3rd. [Mod Note: Message has been seen and not replied to as of July 10th.] And as of July 3rd, they have made a new Discord (#9660) that they did not make me aware of. I have sent a friend request & am waiting.

Undelivered commissions x3 from between February and April 2020. See imagery for proof. - Conversations between Feb and April 2020 is us arranging the commissions and their themes. Don’t mind the NSFW text, it was all NSFW art. The screencap of Dev confirming his PayPal name (as well as the .me link) is simply to verify the PayP screengrab later on. - April onwards, Dev never directly made contact with me (until the next dash below). Every month or so I’d message to see how he was doing, and nothing was being done. However, others commissions were being prioritised over mine, so he was not inactive. - 02/10/21, Dev wished to refund the total for the various commissions. Below is that conversation. - Contact after this has been spotty, and no money or drawings have been done since. His Twitter is also radio silent (in terms of art) since January 2022. Feels like he took the money and ran. All conversations between us remain on my Discord. If further information is required, message me.

On October 6, 2017, I commissioned art fro Badcoyote during his Meatober Stream. It was a commission in which me and another person (known as Charrwolf) split the price for a two person image. Included is record of us discussing the piece, me paying my share on paypal, and a confirmation email from Badcoyote. In the confirmation email, he states that the work would be completed in November. But then he reported publicly on twitter that he ended up in the hospital Nov 1, 2017 and was there through Nov 6, 2017. This news primed me to be forgiving of delays, because obviously it was a huge crisis. It got to December, but then on Dec 5, 2017 Badcoyote (and his partner Lobo) publicly reported that their home was caught up in the California fires. Which was heart wrenching to hear and I knew it would mean that the piece would be in limbo for a while until they could get their lives settled. I mean, it would be insane to assume otherwise and I was alright with that. While I was aware he was streaming again by Jan 1, 2018, he later indicated on Jan 10th, 2018 that he was still homeless due to the fire. On Feb 16, 2018, Badcoyote opened up for more commissions in a stream. I admit, I didn't see anything wrong with this at the time as I imagined he would surely still be in financial distress and honestly trusted him to get to my commission as soon as he was able to. On Mar 14, 2018, Badcoyote opened up for more commissions in a stream again. During this stream, I had asked his partner Lobo about the commission in private chat and was told it was in the process of being worked on and I would hear more soon. (I had failed to screen capture this as I still trusted them and simply accepted the answer given). Then on Apr 2, 2018, Badcoyote further revealed publicly that he had been dealing with further medical issues which had taken precedence. Public announcements revealed that these issues continued through much of April. Obliviously, I could not argue with this as health is important. Finally, on May 1, 2018, Badcoyote provided the sketches for the commission and asked for feedback. Which I provided on May 2nd and he responded again on May 3rd. (note: the second picture also includes an email on May 4th, 2019, asking for an update, which he never responded to). At this point, I thought "Awesome, he hasn't forgotten me and is still working on this. No worries then." And, regretfully, was content to give him the benefit of more time. So when he had another stream on May 22, 2018 where he took more commissions, I thought nothing of it because I "knew" he was working on it. Then June comes around and more public announcements of medical emergencies. So, again, I give him leeway because like....that is terrible luck. September comes along and Badcoyote is having a month of streaming. I will admit the commission had slipped my mind at this point between a busy summer, returning to grad school, and my birthday coming up (also in September). Towards the end of the month of streaming, I remember it though and ask his partner Lobo again about it in stream private chat. He insists it is almost done and will be released in the upcoming Meatober stream in October. Figuring it was just another month, I accepted this (but again didn't think to screen shot it). On Oct 15, 2018, he publicly announces that due to medical issues with his dog and new jobs for both him and Lobo, the meatober fest would be delayed until after the election in November. Deciding that I would be able to wait till then, I said nothing (plus, like, his dog was hurt :( . I'm not a monster.) In a late Nov 2018 stream (however, not the Meatober stream), I asked his partner Lobo again about the commission and again was told it would be ready soon and would come with the Meatober stream, but did not say when it would be. At this point, I was growing frustrated, but I did not know what options I had available as it was well past the 180 days for Paypal and I didn't really have any friends in the furry community who I could ask for advice. This was also the first time I was having an issue with an artist I commissioned. So I just bit my tongue and accepted it, hoping it would be "coming soon" as he promised. Through Dec 2018, he continued to pump out finished works from the streams throughout 2018 but gave no news regarding the 2017 commission in question. He even held another stream, taking more commissions, on Dec 15th 2018. This continues into 2019 with another stream and taking more commissions on Mar 15, 2019. Again I asked his partner about the commission and was told it would be out by Apr or May. Not knowing what else to do, I again accept this answer. On May 3rd, 2019, Badcoyote announces he will be slowing down to work on grinding out commissions. This brings us to May 4th, 2019 when I emailed him to check for an update (and hoping that the email would jog his memory about the piece I was told repeatedly was "almost ready")[previously included]. Getting no answer, I message him on twitter on May 6th as I was unsure if his email was still accurate. He responds promptly and promises it will be done around May 22nd (give or take 3 days). "Sounds great" I think and set my concern aside, especially since I noticed on Furaffinity that he stated he was taking no new commissions until he got caught up. May 27th comes by and, getting home from work, it suddenly strikes me that I hadn't heard from him. So I ask for another update, unaware I was catching him in a stream. Now this news disappointed me, but I interpreted it (I would later realize mistakenly) that it would be done sometime in June and I went to bed figuring I would consider what to do (if anything) in the morning. The next morning is when I remembered that he had claimed he would take no new commissions until he was caught up. Frustrated and angry over the fact that again he was telling me it would be "coming soon" all while he was doing yet more streams. I asked some new friends in the furry community what to do and they told me to go to Paypal and try to get a refund, even if it resulted in shutting down both of our paypal accounts (due to the commission being a sexual piece in nature, which violates the Paypal terms of service). I was worried this was a bit extreme. At this point I remembered I had the discord info of Charrwolf (the person I shared the commission with) and asked for his advice on this issue. He advised a more moderate approach by publicly bringing it up in the next stream chat. I stated exactly what Charrwolf advised in the stream that evening. But it was deleted before I could even screenshot it. His partner Lobo then chastised me in private chat. Which, ok, thinking back on it. maybe it was a bit out of line, given it was a charity stream. but the commission in question was part of a charity stream from over 1 year and a half ago, so it seemed reasonable. (Following is the conversation with Lobo) Badcoyote then contacts me on Twitter and, in re-reading the messages, I realized (as stated earlier) that in my frustration I had misinterpreted what he said as meaning it would be "done sometime in june" when what he said was that he was putting off working on it till June (which isn't better, but means I was in the wrong to bring it up in stream). The following is the conversation we had. During the conversation, he states that there are others ahead of me with older commissions. When I ask about it, he deflects saying he won't talk about them. Frustrated again, but feeling bad for my misunderstanding, I sit back to wait and see if he delivers. Badcoyote holds another stream in June where he takes more commissions. So on June 20th, 2019, I ask for an update. In his refusal to provide an update on the commission, he does imply that he had at least 27 commissions from 2017 or older (based on his previous insistence that he could not prioritize me over older commissions). Again he states it is coming soon with a 2 week deadline if I leave him alone to work. I do so, though not entirely out of my free will as I had my own health crisis in July and August. In August, he again publicly blames job issues for delays in commission completions for the previous month. On Sept 6, 2019, he opens a stream to take free sketches. With my own life back in order, I asked for another update today (Sept 14,2018 at 9:03 am CST), to which he has given no response at this time (11:33pm CST). My instincts told me to give him time to respond, but my friends have urged me to post this to warn others. Seeing as giving him time has earned me no results, I have followed their advice. I hope no one else will have to deal with this. Beware Badcoyote / CritterCanvas. Note: I don't know if I'm out of line for commenting on what occurred throughout the 2 year time span especially since I didn't include images to prove that occurred. I have evidence of most of it (except where I specifically state I don't), but did not include it as I worried it would be regarded as violating the restriction against personal info, even though it was publicly posted. So I summarized it to give explanation to why I had nothing in evidence for such a long period of time and why I kept giving him time to work despite how long it was overdue.

When Toonpimp first found some of my sprites, he showed interest and wanted to make an adult game of it as of January 26, 2008[1]. I agreed to it and we started work on the game that was 6-bit Pixelforce. However, during halfway in on his part, he changes his mind and decides to make it an average 2D sidescroll shooter. The result of it: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/1290130 which was a poorly put together small flash game completed on May 10, 2008. But because people were interested in my sprites that weren't used, I decided to start work on another game project. I did bring this up with Toonpimp, however, he outright refused unless paid. So I began a character auction primarily on here: http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/728773 on May 5, 2009. I did request of him to begin work on a demo of the game, but he was lazy about this. The demo was rushed and sloppily done with mismatched animations and several glitches. The worst part was that the game was unable to run on other computers[2]. The total he was financed for this project was a little over $390. But when I let him go, I asked for only $150 but is refusing because ‘I kept him waiting for two years’ and ‘wasted his time.’ Evidence is in the chat logs file in parts discussing money. All of this being discussed through the chats as when his paypal was deleted, all records of transactions with him were as well[2]. During this time working on Pixelforce, the chat logs reveal quite a bit of disturbing information that includes sexual harassment. He tries in many chats requests for naked pictures of me in order to do more work into the game. For a while, I thought he was joking although he has in time made evident he was serious. Every time I did bring up this game, he would often go on a rampage, even saying the game should fail. He goes as far to deny being paid as one of his Paypal accounts was deleted, because Paypal does not support porn based businesses[2]. While working on this project, I was given the chance to promote my game on his forum where he made evident his disinterest with this game and for a while people on his forum were not in support of my game because of that. I did have a sub-forum for my project as a new way of organizing the new games being developed all at once. When I let people know that I had let Toonpimp go, he retaliated by not only locking my sub-forum, but deleted it and noted me to leave his forum[4]. Before firing Toonpimp, I decided on a more tactful method that would not be too insulting…twice[5]. He claims that it was because of him just for his name and forum he was making the money I attained for this project and therefore refused to give a refund[3]. I gave him plenty of chances to try and turn things around, yet he only spat in my face telling me to get lost. I have been contacting everyone who has donated for this game and let them know of what has occurred so they can contact him about getting their money back. He is refusing and claiming to produce ‘his own version’ of the game[6]. tl;dr Toonpimp is a programmer that doesn’t give people what they pay for. If he doesn’t like a project, he charges extra, even when already commissioned and is refusing to give a refund after being fired and booted me off his forums. Only continuing to work to not give a refund. He gets angry easily when I bring the game up. Sexual harassment trying to solicit to doing more work as payment to get naked pictures. Does not keep in touch about project or updates unless threatened and does little work. Update Edit 03/15/12 Toonpimp and I had come to an agreement. That being he would give a partial refund on the conditions that I don't send people after him about a refund, leave his forum, and say nothing of him. I agreed and decided to wait. I did wait until February to contact him again for a refund, but he told me to simply leave him alone and he'd send the money when he gets it. I waited another month, and now I find he's blocked me on FA, deleted my account on his forum, and also telling other people that he won't do anything to pay up thus placing him under theft which apparently has happened multiple times in his career. Ironically enough, one of his reasons for blocking me was because of my posting our chat logs after I had fired him saying it was violating privacy, yet he fails to acknowledge the fact he showed someone that disliked him the game while under development and the guy threatened to release it as I mentioned in my article above. Or how he only intended to give me 'tools' to do this myself and him not to complete it, yet also said he planned on finishing the game himself even after I fired him, which almost landed an article of him under Artist Theft. Here's the 3 PMs, the first two from him and the third being from a contributor that contacted him since TP had me blocked. http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/341/pmsj.png/ I'll keep updated with more evidence in time.
