  1. https://artists-beware.livejournal.com/810160.html WHO: Crystal-for-ever WHERE: http://www.furaffinity.net/user/crystal-for-ever/ WHAT: Two Character Private Wing-It Commission for 75 USD WHEN: First inquiry of commission on April 24th, 2013. One response on June 24th 2013. No further responses afterward. PROOF: Our Chat Payment EXPLAIN: "Our Chat" link is what has transpired so far, but I'll explain it a little further. I first requested for an idea back on April 24th 2013 for two of my characters in an adult situation. Although it was slightly complex, she accepted the idea without any questions and I proceed to send her the money amount of 75 US dollars. A few months later, I was a little worried about my picture and jump the gun a bit on noting her about it on June 24 of the same year. She mention she had art block, which didn't seem right to me, but I gave her a chance since it was a few months after all. So maybe it'll be done sooner than expect if I leave her alone. But clearly she believe that giving her time is eqivalent to next year. Fast forward to this year on the same day of requesting the picture, I asked for her for some type of alternative to make my idea easier since she had computer troubles (the idea was macro related, but nothing too complex). However, I was given the silent treatment and was slowly losing patience each month that rolled by this year. Wondering if this has happen to anyone else, I kept track on watching this website to see if anyone have been a victum of her practices, but apparently it was still clear as daisy for her. So I waited a little while longer until I checked back her today. I noticed that two other guys have been waiting for a while as I have. One I heard didn't have a good picture and the other one waited over a year. So I was left with no choice and put my foot down with my latest note in the "Our Chat" screencap. I should've realized that with her polices should've been a turn off for me from the get go, but I get what I asked for. Wasted time, money and annoyance. It's sad because I really did like her work when I first watched her and she delivered me two previous commissions I asked for in a timely fashion. And then weirdly this situation happens. I still want to give her options, but she's quickly losing them every time she sits idle on them. So just a future warning to anyone that wants to buy from her. You're going to wait an extra long time or forever if you ask for a commission request from her and her polices speaks for that problem. EDITED 12/12/14: The moment I made my last post, she finally contacted me back and we work out some things. I accept her offer to make my picture by the year's end instead but I will still hold the idea of wanting a refund if something goes wrong. She tired to put some guilt on me for not contacting her before posting this journal. True, a bit preemptive on my part, but both response time of notes and the limbo nature for this commission seems like reasonable ground to warrant one anyways. EDITED 10:30 PM EST: I can't show it since its private, but the commission has been deliveried to me. I decided the commission is good enough to not ask for anything further. So I claim this beware resolved. However, I will update the Our Chat if anything else develops.
  2. https://artists-beware.livejournal.com/809651.html [Editor's note: There are images in the LiveJournal post that require an account to view.] Who: Rainfurr/bluueseyler Where: http://furaffinity.net/user/rainfurr What: Refund for unfinished fursuit handpaws When: Approx November 2013 to present It all started with a Livejournal post that I can’t currently find, offering handpaws and other body parts, likely on fursuitauctions. I stated I was interested, and we exchanged information. All went well (she replied fast, proved she bought materials via receipts, etc) until I lost contact with her on LJ around November 2013, which is a little after she had ordered the materials from DVC. The following is notes from Furaffinity after I messaged her on there in January 2014. This is where the problems start. Basically she had animal troubles and couldn't finish the paws. She offered to refund the money, which I accepted. I got one refund in January, and that was it. I contacted her several more times throughout 2014 but didn't get a refund or many replies. In January, I got a single refund as shown below. Proof I paid a total of $120 (and that this started in November). As the notes show, I asked in June and was told I’d get a refund soon. That didn’t happen. Six months go by to now, and I message her again this morning. Waiting for a reply, and posted on here in case that falls through. So far, the only refund I got was January 2014, for $30. I’m not sure what else I can do, but I’m not letting this money go and intend to do everything I can to get what she owes.
  3. WHO: Naomy. WHERE: http://www.furaffinity.net/user/naomy/ WHAT: Three iron artist slots for the month of september WHEN: August 20th up until the current date. PROOF: Down below. EXPLAIN: On August 20th I noticed Naomy had opened for iron artist slots for the month of September. She sells them for a reasonable price so they sell like hotcakes so I jumped on the opportunity and ordered 3 slots. Journal for proof: http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/6041794/ Screencap in case deleted: http://i.imgur.com/bVhK71y.png My comment claiming the slots http://i.imgur.com/InbW1Jo.png Note proving I ordered and paid: http://i.imgur.com/BOYcTmw.png I was slot number 7, 8 and 9 so I expected to get them within the first week or two of September and when I didn't I thought maybe she would upload all of them at once at the end of September so I did not worry. September 25th She posted a journal saying she would be finishing all of the remaining slots this weekend and they would be posted soon and that if anyone wanted changes she would not be able to do them because she has most of them finished already. Journal: http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/6143034/ Screencap in case deleted: http://i.imgur.com/9r28jlu.png October 8th She wasn't heard from again until today stating once again that she would be submitting all of the pics but to be patient because there was over 100 to submit and that she would be opening again after everything was submitted. A lot of people in the comments told her that wasn't a good idea because furaffinity has in their TOS "1.11 - Do not flood. Flooding is when you upload more than 10 submissions or 5 journals in a 24 hour period. " Journal: http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/6179922/ Screencap in case deleted: http://i.imgur.com/TyZws5F.png October 10th She posted that because of the said upload limit that she would only upload 10 to 20 per day so she doesn't flood furaffinity and get in trouble and if she skips your slot not to worry because she's not doing them in slot order. Journal: http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/6185333/ Screencap in case deleted: http://i.imgur.com/TyZws5F.png Did not hear from her besides the occasional pic posting. ( She posted about 9 per week instead of 10-20 per day ) so on October 28th I posted a comment on her journal asking her if everything was okay because she didn't upload things like she said she would. November 2nd She posted a journal stating that she has been busy with studies and work and that she would start posting a few before she went to bed and submit some more when she woke up. On this journal many of us suggested since she had stated that they where all done that she could just upload them all to a stash or dropbox so we could get our art without abusing the upload limit. She replied saying that she didn't think it was right to the commissioners to have to dig through all of those files and we all assured her that we would rather have to dig through for a couple of minutes instead of waiting days for our art. Others have also stated that they have been waiting on their slots from OTHER Iron artist months. So it wasn't only just september's slots being prolonged. She later posting ANOTHER journal saying that she would upload 10 images and then try the dropbox option in the morning. Journal 1: http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/6237749/ Journal 2: http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/6237921/ Screencaps in case deleted. http://i.imgur.com/ir8lmoi.png http://i.imgur.com/VVzqywc.png Journal 1 comments: http://i.imgur.com/xhnlJXR.png http://i.imgur.com/2TVf1Cg.png November 7th No one had heard from her and I was becomming irritated and said I honestly didn't believe that she had the work done because she was delaying giving us a dropbox link. This was bad on my part to be honest but I wasn't the only irritated one. November 10th She uploaded a few pieces of art before uploading a personal vent piece along with a journal stating "Hello, I wanted to inform you that in a few hours i submit more pics, and tell them sorry, but I got to be around here I'm not very good spirits I do not want to fail you, because you are the only ones I have not failed to me this year, I promise to finish it all in a week sorry" Journal: http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/6256675/ Screencap in case deleted: http://i.imgur.com/U8CBQK8.png It's November 30th and she hasn't been online since. Other impatient commissioners have been writing shouts some stating they've been waiting 4-5 months. Shouts screencap: http://i.imgur.com/eCiKEIj.png I would not ever recommend commissioning this woman, she seems to not be ready to take commissions in this amount at a time or even at all for that matter. Update. January 3rd. She has come back posting a journal claiming she had lost internet and will be posting the owed art soon just to give her a few days. I wouldn't count this as resolved until she posts said artwork. http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/6391970/ Update. January 6th. Since October a lot of people had been requesting to change their commissions to single pieces or change the second or third character in their pieces because they had been waiting so long and either the commissioner and their s.o or friends where no longer together and Naomy had stated that she would do all changes requested. ( Journals have since then been deleted, most of the journals I had screenshotted above to be exact. ) I had a simular delema and had noted her with request to change my commissions to three singular pieces instead of three-two character pieces as well as long with a partial refund for the extra characters I never got a response. January 25th. Finally some progress. She posts some of the owed commissions that had been waiting in a dropbox I check eagerly to see that she had posted two out of three of my pieces and to my dismay I see that she didn't do the changes I requested. January 27th-30th. ( I do not have these notes screenshotted but I can screenshot if requested ) I note her AGAIN about the changes. She at first noted me saying she would do the changes but followed an hour later with a note saying "Excuse me, but there was understood your message. if that's the case I'd rather give a full refund. 3 images doing more for you is something i cant do three pics. to be absent although it was my mistake I can not predict such change, sorry, but I'll just give a refund" I saying "Allright. My paypal is "soandso"" and she responds with "ok if you do not mind I pay next week, when you open new slots thanks" I got upset that she was going to be taking more slots even though she hadn't uploaded all the pending ones yet (There are many people she hasn't even drawn yet and has been asking for refsheets again despite her saying she has had all of the pending slots finished) and I replied "Look, I've waited 5 months for my art, art that was suppose to be done by september. I asked for changes before it was even completed and you ignore the changes and tell me you will not do them. I've waited long enough. I would prefer you send me my refund today." She responded saying "I have no money today, sorry" I responded with "Okay. I'll wait till you take more slots but if I don't get it in a week I'm going to get it back through paypal/ my credit card company." and she responded once again with a simple "Oka" She has almost deleted every journal/shout/comment pertaining to the wait for the commissions she owes, people asking refunds, ect since she has returned and from a few people that have already commented on this AB she is even getting hostile over people wanting refunds. I know her artwork is cheap but with her business actions it is certainly not worth the wait IF you even get your art at all. I will not mark as resolved until I get the refund that has been promised. Update Febuary 7th It had been a week since the last message I recieved from her so I noted her saying. "It's been a week Naomy." she responds with "yeah. also not opening slots for the moment" this upset me beyond belief I noted her back saying that it's been a week and that she said she would give me a refund, to either give it or I would get it back from the credit card company which would put her account in bad standing. She read my note but didn't reply, I wrote a shout on her page saying "Still waiting on my refund." which she responds back with "yea is true and I'm not working for now" she doesn't seemed concerned about my refund at all. Still not resolved. March 4th. She has finally refunded me so I would like to mark this as resolved.
  4. https://artists-beware.livejournal.com/807348.html Update 11/4/16 Nayel-ie has contacted me regarding this commission/AB she has offered an apology and to "right her wrongs" she has gained alot of respect from me because of this. as such i can happily now list this as resolved 🙂 This post does contain NSFW Images and have been marked appropriately at the very bottom of this post. All links in the body are SFW as they are merely screencaps of conversation. WHO: Nayel-ie WHERE: http://www.furaffinity.net/user/nayel-ie WHAT: 40% Off digital "Full Shaded Bust" WHEN: Agreement & Trouble: November 13 2014 PROOF: First contact notes on FA: http://i.imgur.com/gwrNFn0.png Proof of payment: http://i.imgur.com/wdRBA0L.png other email screencaps in the body (the time differences between the emails and first contact times was we first communicated through notes on FA until she was done, she then ignored the next 2 i sent, i waited a few days and sent the emails) EXPLAIN: I Wish i knew about this site prior to commissioning her. I got a 40% discounted commission from Nayel-ie for a "full shaded Bust" normally $100 through a journal she had posted on FA, she got it done within the same day of agreement and receiving payment, but that's not what I'm disputing. The finished piece was no where near the quality of her other artwork nor did it look anything like my character, so i sent her an email about it. The response i got was that the references made her "look like that", she tried a different shading style (which i never approved or was even told about) and that the examples i linked back to her (i linked some of her art from her gallery, expecting i was meant to get something of that quality) i was told they were a "higher tier" commission, which is a blatant lie, there is no tier above what i paid for. At the bottom of this post i have linked the final product i received, the references i gave her and the ones from her gallery i used when I questioned the quality along with a current copy of her commission prices. She has also deleted the original journal in regards to the commission sale and never used any references to show what the quality was to be like so i believed the examples i pulled from her gallery were her "highest tier" http://i.imgur.com/LyaXqT9.png (Email for above paragraph) So of course not being happy with the answer, which to me it sounds like she's just trying to fob me off without even caring, which according to her TOS I'm very much thinking this is how she runs her "business" which by the way have to be the worst thing ever. I must mention i DID read her TOS but i didn't think it would be a problem because the art in her gallery showcases a standard well above what she i received. Her TOS: http://nayelie.wordpress.com/2013/01/01/terms-of-agreement-2013/ I send her another email and the response is below it http://i.imgur.com/HUcYXNe.png (i have not sent anything after this email) So once again, a short answer and not really helping, so at this point I'm most likely just going to give up and say i learned my lesson, regardless of how good someone portray's their art, never commission anyone with such terrible TOS that basically screws you over completely at every turn. The Images The Final piece: (SFW) http://i.imgur.com/hRNyniI.png The references of my character: (NSFW) http://i.imgur.com/bIq2hIG.png http://i.imgur.com/Tz7Ii0H.png http://i.imgur.com/n8yypFY.png (SFW) http://i.imgur.com/d96bddn.png (Some how these pictures make her look like a Cat x rabbit or some kind of Fennec?) the Examples i used from her gallery (SFW) http://i.imgur.com/Bz5QHYL.jpg http://i.imgur.com/587qtYf.jpg http://i.imgur.com/0aDmWEV.jpg (this is why i questioned the quality) Her current Commission pricing sheet (Which is 30% off, but it's the black numbers that are the base prices i refer to) http://i.imgur.com/YF3a0rw.png (Again i paid for a "full shade bust" there is no "full detail" anywhere on that pricing sheet or hints at any thing more) So as i said, not much i can do about it since she has essentially given her self the right to say "stuff you" to her customers through her ToS and rush out art. Was i within my rights to say what i did? Kindest Regards. ~Sierra
  5. https://artists-beware.livejournal.com/807750.html WHO: Royal Tenrou WHERE: http://www.furaffinity.net/user/royal-dog and http://www.twitter.com/royaltenrou WHAT: Fullsuit WHEN: March 2011 to Now (November 2014) PROOF: Please note - You have to read the early emails from the bottom up. Click for larger versions. Proof of Payment: First emails (beginning of the breakdown): Previous Deadline: Last emails: EXPLAIN: In March 2011, I visited the Midwest and ended up staying with Royal for a few days after meeting him through a mutual friend on FA previously. He mentioned that he wanted to go beyond his regular 2D art and get into fursuit building and at that time I wanted to bring my alt character to life. He decided to take me on as his first project, charging me $500 for a fullsuit. In September of that year I sent him the $500 and sporadically communicated with him over the next two years. When I reached out to him in November 2013, he said that the project was on hold. I got upset and had a back and forth with him (illustrated above). I wanted the unfinished suit so I could get someone else to complete it and he refused. After a cool down period, I emailed him again in February 2014 and he finally made some decent progress. Over the next seven months he made great strides building the suit until he seemingly hit a brick wall in October where he stated that his workspace was being compromised due to a ceiling leak. After the 16th however, he stopped communicating completely, yet according to his still active Twitter he was able to find time to pursue other interests. It has been over three years for the suit and to be frank, I feel he has simply stopped working on it. At this point I feel a refund would be impossible to obtain and I simply want the unfinished suit so I can get a professional to finish it or for him to at least provide a update and finally get it done. I know things have been difficult for him, but three years is long enough to wait for something like this. UPDATE (12/18/14): After sending him an email stating that I was preparing to take him to small claims court over the issue, he finally sent a progress picture of the head. He also stated that he would not communicate with me until the suit is finished and he would send update pictures at his discretion only. Should I hold off on small claims court or should I pressure him into relinquishing the incomplete suit and just having someone else finish it? UPDATE (2/17/15): Around January he reached out to me with another update and ever since then he has been consistently in contact with me, complete with progress pictures. I'm really glad that this is working out without resorting court or anything. UPDATE (3/6/15): Communication has improved tenfold and the head is pretty much done! Only thing left are the paws and tail. I'm excited for the final product and it looks like this is on its way to being resolved. UPDATE (5/8/15): THE SUIT IS DONE! Since the previous update, he has been working all out to get it finished and I cannot put into words how happy and proud I am of him now. Communication was excellent the last two months (via DMs on Twitter) and the work itself blew my expectations out of the water. Waiting for the suit to finally arrive next week so I can take pics. This should be resolved as soon as I get the suit! UPDATE (5/20/15): I received the suit about two weeks ago and after putting it through its paces, all I can say is WOW! The head is well built (love the attention to detail such as the velcro strips that replicate the character's eye black stickers), the paws are super soft, and the tail is great. Sadly though, the bodysuit is too small and will need to be altered, not Royal's fault though since it was the first thing finished and that was around two years ago (the body was based on a three year old DTD... yea I got a bit fat >.>). Also the head was a bit tight and I had to remove the moving jaw, just added fleece to the gap and its all good now! I gotta say that its one hell of a suit and I absolutely love it! This is definitely resolved!
  6. https://artists-beware.livejournal.com/806852.html Who: Knuxlight Where: -Fur Affinity: http://www.furaffinity.net/user/knuxlight -Twitter: http://twitter.com/tehknuxlight What: Digital Art; Three Icons When: Knuxlight began running Twitter icons at the beginning of 2012. I had already purchased 2 in January, and I wanted more so he agreed to do 3 more. I sent payment on March 26th, 2012, and April 9th 2012. Normally he'd finish within a week or two of payments. After nothing for a month, I asked, and he said he'd do them. I don't know what happened, but they never got done. Every couple of months I would ask on Twitter or Note him on Fur Affinity, only to receive excuses, false hope of completion, or no response. Unfortunately I do not have those notes as I deleted them. I will be attaching an email conversation I had with him this year, however. Proof: This is proof of payment from my PayPal. This is proof I have not received any refunds from Knuxlight since the date of payment. This is a conversation this year where I hoped I would either receive the art, or a refund. Instead I got an excuse, then ignored: http://imgur.com/5R69YUM This is a conversation we had on Twitter after I noticed he was ignoring my emails: https://twitter.com/Big_Nex/status/472511450616176640 Explain: I tried multiple times to either get the art or a refund. I was never solid on what I wanted since I did want the icons more than I wanted to money, which could be perceived as confusing. You'll see this in that email chain. However Knuxlight has ignored me on multiple occasions, said he would refund me on one over FA notes, and never did. I don't know if he forgot, as he mentions in the email chain that he thought it was resolved. I just want my money back.
  7. https://artists-beware.livejournal.com/806042.html G'day, A_B. I only just found out about this community recently. My situation is a few years old, but still on-going. WHO: AlphaSempaiWolvieSyxx WHERE: http://www.furaffinity.net/user/alphasempaiwolviesyxx/ WHAT: I commisisioned a pair of black, fur-lined, leather ankle cuffs. WHEN: I sent her payment on August 30, 2012. I checked back in with her in December, 2012; January, 2013; March, 2013; and May, 2013. At least, those are dates I have screenshots of. All my phone records have been lost. I ran into her at RMFC in August, 2014, after which I restored communication to attempt to get a refund. PROOF: EXPLAIN: Wolvie was in town to spend time with her boyfriend, who was my roommate at the time. She showed off some cuffs she made, and offered to make me some for only $40 for a pair. I agreed. She left for home, and I sent money after her. She showed me a design mock-up (http://www.furaffinity.net/view/8811669/), but it never got any further than just a drawing in MSPaint. I asked every so often for WIP photos, but never got one. At one point she told me the cuffs were complete, but couldn't send them because ____. She gave so many reasons over the years (or excuses; however you want to look at it), such as, the post office is closed after I get off work, I can't afford postage for Reasons, my car is broken, etc. Fairly believable explanations, but after so many, I could only reason that they were lies, and I wasn't going to get what I paid for. She offered to refund me in the form of Paypal (which I don't have) or in art. I told her I would take check or money order, or the cuffs, but not art; I paid for the cuffs, not art. I dropped out of touch with her after a while, after realizing she used my friendship with my roommate to score some money from me. Recently, after running into her at a local furry convention this year (August 2014), I got back in touch with her at the very beginning of October. She offered to mail a refund AND the cuffs... but, as usual, I got nothing but the same excuses routine I experienced earlier. Beware this artist! RESOLVED: Wolvie contacted me 21 May 2016, offering a full refund on Paypal, which I accepted
  8. https://artists-beware.livejournal.com/805817.html This is about my experience with Aoifhe / LiIIlian / creux / cuffedkitty. On the 24th May 2014, I ordered a custom lioness design from tsunkitty (now Aoifhe). I paid $15 for it. Proof of payment I had gotten art from her before (now deleted), so I trusted I would get my money's worth. After 3 weeks of waiting, I didn't want the design anymore. I asked her if I could change what I wanted to a chibi, which she was selling for $10, meaning she got an extra $5 out of it. She was very happy to accept. Proof After 14 more weeks of waiting, which she spent taking on new commissions and doing personal art (I have no proof of this sadly), I asked her if she had forgotten it. She had completely forgotten about it, and stated that she would not be working anytime soon. Proof I starting feeling very doubtful at this point. After 4 months of waiting, and her having actually forgotten about it, I started getting impatient. Very shortly after that, she deactivated for a few days. I was planning on trying to get my money back at this point. I decided to give her a week, and she reactivated 3 days later. So I noted her about my commission, and her replies seemed very passive aggressive. Proof I left it alone after that. I was on her to-do list and thought I'd get it at some point. Her Aoifhe account was suspended, so the only where I could contact her was from her other account LiIIian. Just today (2nd Nov 2014), however, she blocked me over a completely irrelevant subject. She is now offering a refund only in a different currency (deviantART points). Proof Overall she was an absolute nightmare to deal with. She spent most of her time taking on more commissions, making YCHs, and even doing personal art instead of doing her job. She's very hot and cold when it comes to commissions. Clearly I got the short end of the stick. I would not commission anything from this artist. Edit: Resolved. I have received my full refund.
  9. https://artists-beware.livejournal.com/804794.html Who: Marcus Jones also known as Rudy Rosenblum, previously, Levi-Roe Mintkit, Levi Blackmore and Redpandaboy. Where: Through a furry group on facebook, can be found on FA, here: http://www.furaffinity.net/user/mintkit was previously using http://www.furaffinity.net/user/redpandaboy/ Their facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/pages/Mintkit-Illustrations/551024728331391?ref=ts&fref=ts What: A group picture offered to the members of a facebook group. Cost of inclusion for the image was £10 per character. When: He offered the group picture sometime around May 2014. A month later on the 22nd of June 2014 I sent him payment for inclusion in the group picture. After a two month wait, with no update, I asked to be refunded. It is now November the 5th 2014, there's no progress on the picture and still no sign of refund. Proof: Discussing payment: http://i.imgur.com/1HJaOkv.png Proof of payment sent: http://i.imgur.com/JTk1E2n.png Claim of progress and denial of showing the image, through a friend: http://i.imgur.com/IEvbrlI.png (Using the excuse if it wanting to be a surprise.) Messages I received after asking for a refund: http://i.imgur.com/ykyboSi.png http://i.imgur.com/irJp603.png (It's now been far longer than a few weeks.) Explain: A group picture was offered to furries in an online community in a facebook group sometime in May. I cannot recall the exact date as this person's facebook profile was taken down many times through facebook's new "false names policy", thus ending up with many original posts, that I would have liked to screen shot, being lost. A month later on the 22nd of June I sent out payment to this individual for inclusion in the group picture, costing me £10. Two months went by without a single mention as to how this group commission was progressing, by now he'd already produced many personal pieces, spending time on them instead of commissions he owed. I had a friend of mine ask if he could see the progress of the image. The artist refused to show a progress image claiming he wished for it to be "a surprise" Having been asked by my friend, the artist then made a post to the group, expressing how he'd completed the sketch for the group and the image was progressing well. On this post, I commented stating my annoyance of having no update in a two month time period and asked if my character could be excluded and if I could receive a refund, this is when he messaged me. Through these messages he claimed that the personal pieces were to improve his work for commissions, he also revealed that he owed many people money, not just myself at this point, and that he had already spent the money received for the commission, despite not having delivered what he was paid for. It has been 3 months since I asked for a refund and I've still yet to receive it. I've asked many times and even sent a payment request through paypal, which he has ignored. In these three months, he's continued to work on personal art as well as having spent money on unnecessary items and on train tickets, traveling to see friends. He's even had others spend money on him at expensive restaurants since he "couldn't afford" to pay for himself. This issue is still ongoing and I thought that, by this point, it would have been resolved, but sadly it as not and so I thought I should make a post here to warn others about this individual. I am very frustrated and disappointed by this stage and would certainly suggest that, if you would like art delivered in a timely fashion, you should seek out another artist.

Screen shot 2014-10-27 at 11.19.36 AM EXPLAIN: I commissioned a small, traditional badge from Isil. The original piece for the badge was $5, with an extra $3 if you wanted it to be shipped to you. Isil completed the badge very quickly, but I was told it would be sent out to me a few times. The last note was never replied to, but shows that it has been read. I've tried to contact Isil on Weasyl as well. I am just not sure what to do 😞

WHEN: October 9th and 22nd 2013. PROOF: The original commission was supposed to be a stream one that she never got around to doing. The entire conversation took place in LiveStream to set up the commission. The only proof I have that I do have one from her is one of the few replies she gave to me in a note that I am on her que http://i.imgur.com/bSF3c5t.png Proof of primary payment for commission http://i.imgur.com/HARP9xu.png?1 Proof of second payment to make commission Adult http://i.imgur.com/xBi6sev.png?1 Proof Nay read a note of mine but did not reply. http://i.imgur.com/MOys009.png Proof of second attempt to contact her, but note is being ignored. http://i.imgur.com/45236Or.png EXPLAIN: October 9th 2013 Nay held a commission stream. I commissioned her then for a two character piece of my fiancee and I in a two character mature pinup. I paid the first $140 to have it done and waited my turn in the stream. Nay got tired and ended the stream, saying she would finish the que at a later time. Later in October she put up a journal that she was going to try her hand at full blown Porn/Adult art. I paid her an extra fee to make my commission Adult (See payment proof). Months and months go by and I do not hear a thing. I contacted her again to see where I stood in her que. (See proof one) she told me I was being worked in. Continued waiting. I contacted her again in September and she read my note but ignored it, not bothering to reply this time. I sent her a third note (see proof five) but she is now ignoring me entirely. Nay is actively taking new commissions all the time via stream and on FA, but ignores her existing customers. I have dealt with 240+ artists in my time of commissioning art and this is the first time this has happened to me. *Edit: Established contact with artist. Work resumed on piece and commission was completed.

EDIT: He is now posting about me on his Twitter: (He posted it after he emailed me.) http://gyazo.com/f7b6701bf80afa070ab9297a63ea037a And contacting me through Email. http://gyazo.com/721f4d669081d991d3e83a1298147519 I have contacted neer himself about it, and his original journal was removed, Neer posted this to me: http://gyazo.com/2c7ab3d90475c59463aaeea40c65ca82 Right after he got the journal taking down. Toichi posted another, saying I was harassing him now. (I didn't get a chance to screen shot it as he removed it right after.) The whole time, I calmly tried to reply to his notes, but then after I blocked him as I didn't want to deal with the stress, only to see that he had emailed me and was pestering me on there. Please watch out for this guy, he's very confusing and I don't want anyone else to deal with this.
  13. https://artists-beware.livejournal.com/800956.html WHO: Creating Constellations/Pj Husky/Suits by Paxton WHERE: https://twitter.com/pjhusky; https://twitter.com/SuitsByPaxton WHAT: A commission for a set of white handpaws with black claws and pawpads. Originally advertised on Creating Constellations twitter as a promotion to get the word out about the new business. I was told to email them for further contact. Unfortunately this first Twitter account is now gone, as far as I know. WHEN: First contacted on June 2nd, 2014, paid on June 3rd 2014 in full. PROOF: Proof of relation of "Creating Constellations" to "Suits by Paxton" [screenshot] Proof of relation of "Suits by Paxton" to "PJ Husky" [screenshot] Photo of paw on Twitter account matches photo in email. [screenshot] Emails: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 EXPLAIN:As stated above, I found this promotion through Twitter and contacted them via email. After confirming their PayPal address I sent $66 on June 3rd. I asked for an estimated date of completion and was told end of July. In August after I hadn't heard anything, I emailed to check in, and was told I was scheduled to be completed by the end of August. Mid-September, I emailed again, since I hadn't heard anything again, and it seems there was some personal problems that caused the date to be missed. I was happy as long as I could get them in time for Rainfurrest (September 25-28), and was told they'd be done and shipped by the end of the week, leaving me just enough time to get them before the convention. September 21st, four days to the con, I still hadn't heard anything, so I checked in again. They replied on the 23rd, two days to the con, that they'd ship the paws express to the convention. I gave them the address of the hotel I was staying at. They said they would send me the photos of the paws tonight. September 24th, I emailed to check in, to be sure they were sent, since I hadn't gotten confirmation. The following day, the 25th, I was at the convention. I emailed, if the paws hadn't been shipped by now to just send them to my home address, which I gave again. The 25th and 26th passed without a reply. At this point I assumed I wasn't getting them for the convention. The 27th, I recieved an email letting me know there had been a shipping error, and that they would be sent to my home address today. I got the photos. October 10th, there hadn't been a reply since the 27th, so I emailed again asking for the tracking number, or if it was sent yet. Today, October 15th, there has yet to be a reply. While I believe eventually I will recieve the paws, the experience has been less than pleasant trying to contact them, and the promised due dates falling through is a dissapointment. Had I known there was going to be trouble I would have had time to come up with something for my paw situation at Rainfurrest, but since I assumed I'd get the paws as promised on time, I didn't make a backup plan. To try to figure out what was going on, since they had mentioned both Instagram and Twitter, I searched "PJ" and found "PJHusky", and "SuitsByPaxton". Had I not figured this out myself I would be a lot more upset, since all the information I have to go off of is the email correspondence, and the original Twitter account I had contacted was nuked. I would have thought I was scammed. Added 10/26/14: RESOLUTION: SuitsByPaxton posted on Twitter admitting problems with orders, so I responded on my public account since I hadn't gotten any email responses. You can read the resulting conversation here [screenshot]. Here is a photo of me with the paws once they arrived. CONCLUSION: In the end I recieved the paws, and the paws themselves are exactly what I expected. I hope in the future SuitsByPaxton learns from this experience and will communicate better with their future customers, and keep their deadlines, but be aware for now: if you commission SuitsByPaxton you may be in for a long wait and struggle for communication.

So they opened for emergency commissions, which was killing two birds with one stone, I was about to commission someone I've idolised and it was to help them when they were in need. So I commissioned them, the ordering went without a hitch and I began on the waiting process. The original time of wait was estimated to be about roughly a month. A month and more went by and I saw nothing, eventually, thinking I've given enough time I asked for an update, what's going on, how long I'm going to have to wait. I got a note back eventually saying an excuse and that they'd do it in so many days. I was like okay, that's understandable, I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. The time went by, I gave it a lot longer before I messaged, again giving time then I finally got another response, with guess what another excuse. It happened like this over and over again until I eventually asked for a refund. Have not heard anything since. Have left messages but nothing. This started 20th of feb 2013 and its now 12/10/2014 its been long over a year. I do not have any art, no sketch, no preview, no refund all I got is shoddy excuses and no communication since the last link. I believe this person should NOT be commissioned they are unreliable will give you every excuse under the sun and just never get back to you. I will never commission them again. Update: Found out he's been on tumblr and posting art he's been doing throughout the whole time I've been waiting for my commission. Look at this. Tumblr is NSFW http://madcarnival.tumblr.com/tagged/madcarnival/

I gave minimal details on the understanding that further details would be worked out in-stream. The agreed-upon price for the commission was $45 USD. I heard nothing from Kazecat except that I was 'coming up soon'. On September 30 I noticed he was streaming (he did not notify me anywhere that he was doing so) and popped in to see what he was working on. It turned out to be my picture, which he had begun without any details from me, and seemed to have just decided on his own what to draw. He had included his character in a sexual situation with mine. I had requested a solo picture and am not comfortable having my character in sexual situations with others except under special circumstances (very close friends, etc). Dismayed, I told him I would message him about the picture later and left the stream, as the picture was nearly completed. The next day I contacted him, as shown in the screencaps above. Kazecat accepts payment after completion; however, I do not feel it is fair to demand payment for a picture I did not ask for. He was willing to edit out his character for free, but I was too unhappy with the image. I was willing to give a small tip ($5 USD or so, though I did not tell him the exact amount) in exchange for a redraw. He demanded $15 extra for the redraw, which I was not willing to pay when the first image was, in my opinion, not something I had ever asked for and amounted more to gift or fan art of my character than a commission. When I refused, he began to become angrier and more aggressive. He threatened to 'blacklist' me and warn other artists not to do business with me. At this point I had already been planning to put him on A_B so this is not a retaliation in any way. When I did not change my mind upon being threatened, he began to tell me that I was obligated to pay him. I disagreed, asked him not to contact me again, and when he kept talking to me, I blocked him on Skype. I am not sure where to go from here, I have an image I am extremely unhappy with and would not like to have displayed online. I have an artist that refuses to redraw the offending image and shows no signs of wanting to take down the image. Overall it feels extremely unprofessional to me and I am deeply uncomfortable with the interaction.

WHAT: I commissioned her January 19th 2013 for $110 worth of pay what you want commissions, to be divided into two images. A few months later, I commissioned her again for $30 colored sketch. (exact date not known because I paid for it over some sort of funding website and can't seem to find it on my paypal although I remember paying and I am down on her commission spreadsheet for this commission. WHEN: I paid her January 19th, 2013. You can ready about what has happened from then up to this update post here http://artists-beware.livejournal.com/766364.html PROOF: http://oi62.tinypic.com/ixfkus.jpg screenshot of my payment for the original $110. EXPLAIN: http://artists-beware.livejournal.com/766364.html The EXPLAIN: section here will cover what has happened up to this point, but there isn't much to report on.. which is why I think this update is necessary. Despite being active once more on Tumblr and actively taking commissions on Flight Rising, I still have not recieved any contact from Skink/Cockatrice. And no wonder, you see later she purposefully turned off what appear to be all incoming messages from people she does not herself follow on Tumblr. http://lollipopatrice.tumblr.com/ here is her tumblr, so you can see how active she still is. http://flightrising.com/main.php?p=mb&board=skin&id=1030735 here's a link to a forum post where you can see she is offering commissions for Flight Rising things (don't quite understand the game fully) for $5, $10-20, and $15-25. http://lollipopatrice.tumblr.com/post/97124492225 here is a tumblr post where she claims her 'money troubles are alleviated' and says in the same post she can no longer see any asks sent to her, nor see notifications from someone if she isn't following them. It's fantastic that she no longer has any money troubles, however I don't see what the reason is then to continue to ignore customers who want a refund for something they paid for in 2013. The point of this update post is to warn/alert people to this artists's continued activity on Flight Rising, despite still owing money to past commissioners from over a year ago.

PROOF: Me commenting on journal - http://i.imgur.com/ynVwBrP.png Me sending them a note / them accepting and giving me details - http://imgur.com/ZlMgBit Proof of payment - http://i.imgur.com/1A03jLA.png EXPLAIN: Okay, I contacted Benji. on July 18th asking them if I can get a chibi sheet, seeing they were doing commissions for them, they agreed, and asked me to send them a note, in which I did. They gave me the details, and told me how much I needed to send over, mind you as you can see through the payment proof, I had to spend a bit more then normal, because I use CAD currency instead of USD, so I convert that into USD , so on and so forth. Which I knew, and didn't mind. Now, they told me to send it via Gift, which I have done before with other artists, and did get my commission, so I had no problems with it, what caused the red flag, was seeing a previous AB about their Dear. Account, at the time I didn't know if Benji. Was Dear. BUT I did do my research and found out, they both have the same Dreamy, and Same tumblr account. Their tumblr is posted in their journals, and what not. Dears. Tumblr Journal - http://i.imgur.com/Vn1C4Dr.png Benjis Tumblr Journal - http://i.imgur.com/NvJVl10.png As you can see in the screen shots, they both have the same Tumblr name. So now I knew Benji. was Dear. but I still didn't do anything about it, A month after sending the payment, I asked for an update, in which they did give me an update, Which can be seen here - http://i.imgur.com/jirygNU.png Now I am patient , so I accepted that excuse without worrying about it, I understand people can get rather busy, and what not. So again I paid no attention to it. Another month passes, and it's now September , I send them another note on the 18th of September, and got no word back of an update. Me asking for another update - http://i.imgur.com/QspQvqR.png three weeks pass since I sent that last message, and I found it fishy, seeing they were posting on their Tumblr account, every few days so... yeah.. haha..... So I send them a note asking for an Refund of my money, and telling them if they do not send me the refund , or even look at this message , within a week of me sending it I will put up an AB . And welp, I didn't get my refund, and of course you guessed it, they didn't bother looking at the message... Mind you I might sound a bit rude in the Ab / Refund warning, seeing at this point my paranoia was kicking up my Anxiety attacks, and those were kicking up my panic attacks, so it was hurting me a lot, so haha.. yeah I didnt mean for it to sound so mean, but :c you need to understand, I suffer with severe anxiety / Panic attacks, and things like that really get them going a lot >< and i was tired of it. Lol. Proof they didnt look - http://i.imgur.com/ZC1gdOq.png Me asking for a refund / warning them of an AB - http://i.imgur.com/A1CGzfK.png So now here I am, posting this AB, mind you this may be a bit confusing this is my VERY first AB , and this is the VERY first time something like this has happened to me, as you notice at first I even thought that the commission was 25 dollars or more, but then I went back and looked at my transactions, and boom found out I paid 30 dollars xD so yes there was a bit of confusiong on my end for asking for a refund . It's been awhile since I sent that money so yeah ><;; I do not mind waiting, but please just give me an update of whats going on...dont leave me in the dark, its not fair to the costomer , because we dont know if you just ... ran off with our money, and in this case, this is what had happened, I doubt I will never get that money back but at this point it doesnt matter, What matters now, is getting this out there, and warning people about this artist. 😕 again sorry if this is a bit messy, this is my first AB ever.. ; n ;

I did voice concerns that I didn't want the commission to take forever. She assured me that wouldn't happen, that it would only take about two weeks. I sent her the payment and waited. Right away there was problems. Two weeks had already passed and she hadn't even started on the story. Then around mid-April she said that it was ready, sorry for taking so long. That to send the second half of the payment and that she'll send the story. I waited a week and nothing came. When I asked where it was, she apologized and said she'd resend it, that she wasn't at a computer for the entire week. She also said that she'd post it in her gallery. I gave her another address to send it to (that didn't have a spam filter) and said I'd watch her dA page. Another week went by. I sent another note asking where my commission was, that its two weeks since I paid. April 30th I get a blanket message to check her journal. In the journal she says that she's been admitted to the hospital and doesn't know when she'll be back out and that she barely has access to things on her phone. Disgruntled I waited. Two more weeks went by and I figured she'd be out of the hospital by then. I asked her about my commission, but noticed something odd when I landed on her dA page. Her activity in "Recent" showed that she logged in 1 day ago. Also none of my notes past the hospital admittance date had been read. She would log into dA every two days or so. May 30th I had it. I filed a dispute with Paypal over the second amount (as the first one was too far gone to do anything about it. I waited till this date as it was before it reached the 45 day limit, just to be on the safe side if something was amiss.) I also sent a dA Note to her asking either for my commission or my money back. This went by without any contest, and I won the dispute for the second $50. About five days later she posts a journal about "being in the hospital for over a month". She publicly addresses "me" in her journal about the PayPal refund, saying that I "insulted her work ethic" and calls what I did petty. She has read my note over the summer (not sure when, noticed it one day while going through my Sentbox). She has not responded to me directly about this issue since, nor messaged me since her "mass Note" when she entered the hospital. I did file for a chargeback at my bank for the first $50, but that never came through. I cannot find it in the comments on her profile page as it seems to be hidden (I did not think to screenshot them at the time), but I saw something similar happen in 2013, apparently. But someone had commissioned her for a story; Jencity said she sent a copy, uploaded it to her gallery for 24 hours then promptly deleted it because "it wasn't her property anymore and it was undesireable". He had missed this upload window and never received her e-mail and came asking for her to resend the story. She didn't because "I don't own it and I deleted it for reasons." There was some back and forth but she gave the guy a refund but the guy still wanted the piece. I should have taken it as a forewarning of things to come. There was also another incident which showed up in the forums via search here: http://forum.deviantart.com/jobs/services/1831421/
  22. https://artists-beware.livejournal.com/796872.html This post is to show my proof that the artist Crystal-For-Ever is very bad about responding and communication when it comes to commissions. I was hesitant to post this to begin with but after seeing another post on her as well as hearing from others who have issues, I only find it fair to warn people what to expect if they commission her. Where: Alias Crystal-for-ever is used on tumblr, furaffinity, deviantart, and weasyl, with the crystalforever alias used on sofurry. What: The picture purchased was a digital artwork piece, paid for in two payments sent by two separate people. Both payments (two payments of $40, ending in a total of $80) were sent on the same day, which is shown in the image below. When: The payment was sent April 23rd 2014, and the image was finished and sent on September 20th, 2014. Proof: Every note between myself and Crystal between the payment and received date are listed below, minus one note, where she simply asked for my email to send the completed image to. Explain: The commission was placed on April 23rd, 2014, for a total payment of $80. Crystal offers it as a "wing it" style, which means you provide the references for the characters, and an idea of a pose you like, and she makes the final call, no previews, and no changes after. I wont go to extreme detail as most of the content is in the notes themselves, but it all boils down to communication. I noted her multiple times simply asking where I sat in her queue, and every time I received the same response "yours is coming up" When she began posting a large amount of personal artwork, I noted her again, getting a little frustrated I had payed such an amount for my piece and had seen nothing yet. Again the same response. Not long after she explained the delays, I noted her again, just asking if mine had been started, and as it can be seen, she says she has a sketch done. As time wears on and I hear nothing, I note her, she reads it and dosent respond. I post a shout to her page and she almost immediately deletes it and sends me a response note asking me to keep this in the notes area. I did as she asked, and after some more prying, she claims to not only have never had a sketch, but lost all my information as well. There are a few rude comments tossed in, telling me not to commission her anymore and the like, but my main goal of this post is to steer people away from her. She is not good with communication, refuses to answer questions, and seems to only find something urgent if you try and make something public. The commission was completed, and, as compared to the references located in the links below, the image is completely wrong, both characters have qualities that do not match the reference at all, and the pose is nothing close to the one we had ask for, it seems quite obvious she put a half effort into the image. With that, I would like to advise any of you to STAY AWAY from Crystal-For-Ever, while her art style is unique and done quite well, she dosent see to understand what it takes to act like a professional when it comes to artwork. *On one side note, myself and the other commissioner had sent her at least 4 reference images in the original note, but I have no access to this note because it was sent by the other commissioner. However as stated above, she claims to have lost all my previous information not long before our image was completed, so I will provide at the bottom, a link to the an image that has the same general pose that satel and I had originally asked for* (NSFW) Pose Ref: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/14473507/ (NSFW) (NSFW) Final Image(s): https://www.dropbox.com/sh/0wlzgj9rp66682e/AADiWNF7h1SrFAspxO-I4ZzCa?dl=0 (NSFW) (NSFW) Satel And My Own References: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/rgbaian5aox5hf6/AAAOvBKI-6oVxuStTQyW2HfTa?dl=0 (NSFW) Current Mood:annoyed
  23. https://artists-beware.livejournal.com/796126.html WHO: KingyYosmemaru / Akira.and.Haku both at Furaffinity. WHERE: http://www.furaffinity.net/user/kingyyosmemaru WHAT: She had ordered a Wing-it commission from a journal I had posted about two and ahalf weeks ago, I no longer have the journal up, as I deleted it when I completed both commissions from it, but I have screenshots of our conversation after the slot had been accepted. WHEN: About 2 and a-half weeks ago, September 1-3rd, I believe would be a good estimate. PROOF: Here is the listing of all correspondence I had with her, She asked if she could send payment initially during the sketching stage, which I told her it’d be fine to do at the flat stage, she agreed. * Replies with any smiley faces are hers, I don't normally use them when discussing commissions. http://sta.sh/0687yk1pj0x This shows my un-read notes, And a note that states I will report her to Artist Beware if she doesn’t atleast speak to me, aswell as shows that she HAS been on and watching people. (( I’m only reporting this today, because once again. I can see she’s watched four people since this morning.)) And the shouts I’ve left on her page, incase she deletes them. (( White’d out line is my Paypal.)) http://sta.sh/0s3ep1qtzbf The finished Commission. http://www.furaffinity.net/view/14467267/ EXPLAIN: I never thought I’d have to post a Artist Beware, too be honest I thought I would’ve been posted on here due to some idiotic things I had done when initially starting commissions. I’ve never had a issue like this, someone not paying me for my services. So I’m deeply saddened by this as she was very responsive and kind when talking with me. I was a idiot and finished her commission, as I was motivated and excited to be working on it or her. She asked for some edits which I accepted to do.. and then she never replied back. I’ve since switched to doing invoices and a more acceptable payment procedure. But I know she commissions other people, so I’m just putting this up here in-case it happens again. Edits for spelling. Update, 9/29/2014. Kingyosmemaru has gotten back into contact with me to work something out.
  24. https://artists-beware.livejournal.com/797127.html WHO: Knuxlight, @tehknuxlight on Twitter , http://www.furaffinity.net/user/knuxlight/ on FurAffinity, and https://www.weasyl.com/~knuxlight on Weasyl. WHERE: Twitter.com WHAT: $35 Bust WHEN: 2013 was when this started. PROOF: Sadly the initial agreement was made in 2013, and I cannot recover my DMs from the time. (I admit that this was a mistake - because my friend commissioned him and got art within weeks, I thought I didn’t need to screenshot our DM exchange.) Although I do actually have a screenshot of the payment here: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/17247468/Screen Shot 2014-08-29 at 6.10.32 PM.png Fortunately Paypal actually is pretty good at keeping track of these things. However, since then, Knuxlight has acknowledged me, as well as the fact that he has owed work: -https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/17247468/Screen%20Shot%202014-08-29%20at%205.31.34%20PM.png <— Initially, Knuxlight told me that he was hoping to have this done by the week’s end. After he failed to produce even a WIP, I asked again. -https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/17247468/Screen%20Shot%202014-08-29%20at%205.26.45%20PM.png <— Knuxlight gives the hard date of August 27th. (This exchange happened on August 20th, 2014.) https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/17247468/Screen Shot 2014-08-12 at 2.05.07 PM.png <— Knuxlight talking about the bust work that has been owed. Note the dates. EXPLAIN: One of my friends recommended me to this artist because he was quite satisfied with a commission he did for him. Knuxlight was drawing bust commissions for $35, mostly practice. He took two batches, I was in the first - as you can probably figure out now, guess who was the one person in batch one that didn’t get anything then. Knuxlight then proceeded to talk about how he had school. Now I can understand that he was actually trying to do things to better his life. During this time, he didn’t take any commissions and then finished, graduating from school. In fact, he apologized for this right here. http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/5287222/ (You will note this was posted in November of 2013. In October, he had also said “Hey, tell me what you wanted” and did not provide a sketch.) Now, here’s what I really found suspicious: In 2014, he said the Busts will be worked on over weekends. (Source: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/17247468/Screen Shot 2014-08-12 at 2.05.07 PM.png ) Until around July/August, I noticed that he made no attempt to contact me, and then I noticed there weren't any "Bust" tweets But here’s what I found oddly suspicious… …he had been taking more commissions. Which were all finished first. If you view his Twitter media, you will notice that he had been taking commissions for quite awhile - and actually finished them all. [NSFW WARNING!] At first, I assumed that these were owed work, but I have discovered since then that they were not, and he has been prioritizing new commissions. Throughout the month of September, I have attempted to contact him and remind him that the hard date he had given me and that I would like a refund or my commission, an he has not responded. Now, I know that I have screwed up on this in several ways: 1) I did not take a screenshot of the initial agreement. 2) I did not take a screenshot of the livestream chat when he was working on an icon (Which was a separate transaction.) and similarly, I do not know if I was thorough enough about that when I said “Say, do you also know when you’ll be able to work on my commission? I’m Anpumon on Twitter…’, and it likely got drowned out. 3) I should have noticed the red flags. I’m going to be extra careful to find them now. (You can find them all over his FA and Weasyl pages.) 4) Among the red flags is this entry right here http://artists-beware.livejournal.com/675756.html#comments where it’s revealed he had done this before.

WHEN: I started contact around April 2013. It's now been 17 months since I didn't get the box she promised she will send. PROOF: Where to start 😉 These are screenshots from skype. She said she would include the extra if I would fo with the buyout deal ($1100) http://i.imgur.com/QtCV0nw.png . 8th May 2013, promising more stuff: http://i.imgur.com/XUg5km9.png & http://i.imgur.com/UtPbn1i.png 19th May 2013: My box arrived but not everything was included (the extra's). Checking with her http://i.imgur.com/xIsrPXo.png 25 June 2013: Promising her a box in return: http://i.imgur.com/uSDOOl7.png 27 June 2013: She wanted to include in the box a set of extra handpaws since the ones I got in the buyout deal weren't in good condition. http://i.imgur.com/rJqIAot.png 11 November 2013: http://i.imgur.com/H4zkB2V.png Telling her to skip the handpaws if must because I really would love my stuff at some point. 13 January 2014: She keeps stating she will send the box and is working on it... http://i.imgur.com/qlbJykT.png 15 March 2014: I've send her my box, with worth over 120$ of stuff. http://i.imgur.com/vpXY2ev.png Also she promises me a tracking even without sending anything. 21 March 2014: She lost the tracking it seems.. http://i.imgur.com/RQF0RGV.png 25 March 2014: Yes she lost it http://i.imgur.com/rMwlRp6.png And I never received the package since. but wait a minute? the fursuitaccesoires weren't included? 9 May 2014: http://i.imgur.com/9ThsE7g.png An excuse for not sending the box. 21 May 2014: http://i.imgur.com/N0XGVzF.png Saying to stop putting anything in the box extra and just send it to me. May 2014: Ignoring me http://i.imgur.com/T7cBgaL.png 5 June 2014: I wrote a message to her that I was despressed with not getting anything http://i.imgur.com/Ohuuz54.png . also http://i61.tinypic.com/1zdma9u.png saying that I would love to pay to get it here 24 July 2014: She's sending a box soon, because she's selling another suit, asking her if she will send mine too.. http://i.imgur.com/aF9XYi5.png 29 August 2014: Her fursuit she sold, has arrived at the new owner. Mine again... not send. http://www.furaffinity.net/view/14401597/ Today (27 September): https://twitter.com/sugarypuppy/status/515870207848374272 First time I ever EVER see a picture of stuff that would been send my way. But where's the bandana's? Jail-Plushie? Only recognizable thing is the tail. I can give you a lot more screenshots if you like. EXPLAIN: Sugarfactory sold her fursuitpartial "Jail" from OneEyedDoe in April 2013. She said if I would get the buyoutdeal instead of bidding, I would get extra's. As you can see in the links, she later promised more and more stuff. I was so exciting and I thought we were really friends. THANK GOD I've received the most important part: the partial. The fursuit is with me and I'm suiting with it over 1,5 years now, I'm really thankful for that. It surprised me that she didn't send everything that was in our deal in that first fursuit box (19th may). Also later suddently, in a second box that never arrived, she said that the fursuitstuff weren't included (25th of March.) One thing that made the package take long was that she commissioned extra handpaws because mine were a bit old now, at Autumnfallings. But they took so long that I said to her to get her money back, leave them out of our deal, and just send me the box. I also though that sending a box back, would help our friendship. I did send a box with Dutch treats and candy and toys, but never got a box from her back. Lost? Never been send? I'm not sure. The problem since the beginning was: - She said she will send it <..insert day here..> - She said it failed <..insert excuse here..>. Really, she gave every excuse possible. No money, sick, floodings, postal office closed, adress lost, busy, ow and when she had no money I offered to pay the shipping, but she refused. I even have PROOF that she send out other boxes and stuff as well.. but why not MINE? (The second fursuit she sells 29 August) The only thing I said over the last YEAR was "Please when will the box be send?" and than the above steps took place. She stated later that, this box she owes me are all GIFTS and she can take the time she needs Update (29-9-2014): Sugarfactory promised to send out the box this Monday. The content is discussed. I will update when I received a working Track&Trace. Update (6-10-2014) Package send 1 oct. Tracking works and it's on its way to Europe About the critique in the comments below: Yes, I used some inmature language and was angry. I read the termes about keeping it polite on this forum but I didn't always keep that in mind and I'm sorry for this.
