    I've been dealing with them since 2013. Same boat. Delays, lies, broken promises. It becomes all the more infuriating when you learn that they started another business in May 2020. Constant avoidance of responsibility towards their clients for supposed issues (kidney mess is a new one to me), but they can open a completely new business venture in the middle of a pandemic. Okay, sure.
