    Pretty simple, Ryun opened for $25 sketches, I claimed a slot, then we negotiated the price (I asked for something with an outfit/props and that raised the price to $30) and I never received it. I would attach the original tweet she posted, but she's since deleted it and my reply doesn't make sense without the context.

    This is the entirety of our conversation together, including a smaller screencap for the latest message due to the fuzzy date format.

    Then here's the proof that I paid her on June 20, 2019:

    At this point I have no confidence that she will ever get back to me, or that I will receive my art. She either straight-up ignores you or gives you the run-around. I know $30 doesn't seem like a lot of money, but I still paid for a service I'll likely never get. Also note that she changes her username a lot, and has her read receipts turned off on Twitter.

    Goes without saying, but I can't recommend purchasing from her.

    Not even an apology, this person evidently doesn't see anything wrong with this behavior nor seem to have taken any time to determine which person whose money she has absorbed without doing any work in return you are.

    RyunWoofie, huh. Thought that name sounded familiar: there's another AB from someone who got the run around for 4 years from her. They are absolutely someone with a history of brushing off people who give them the benefit of the doubt. It sucks you're outside the PayPal window to file a claim, in your place I would absolutely start getting assertive about sending weekly at the very least emails/DMs. The other person who posted an AB got theirs resolved in the end, I genuinely hope you do too.

    I wish I didn’t have to do that, but I have learned from her and a few other artists that that’s the only way to get them to do their job.

    At least the other person who owes me a commission from 2019 gave me a WIP in December 2020.

    It's so disappointing to see that Ryun has not improved or changed over the last couple of years. She seemed to be really trying to make strides to change, but it was obvious she was so far behind with long periods of inactivity, a burst of taking a bunch of new slots, and then more inactivity. Her prices being so low combined with this behavior of taking tons of slots/disappearing, there's no way she can climb out of this hole without making some really major changes to her work ethic and prices.

    I broke off price negotiations with Ryunwoofie one time because she wanted to charge me for not having color refs of a black and white zebra character. Now I'm glad it didn't go through.

    UPDATE: She finally finished the piece. I don't know if she saw my post or what, but she did deliver the finished piece. Only took 26 months...
