    They got mad because... you gave them their money back. Regardless of the reason, thats not something to be mad about? Just say "Oh, okay. Thank you anyway.", and move on. Good lord, the hostility is strong. ? Im so sorry you had to deal with this.

    Using someone else's content, especially ones not made specifically for resale is theft point blank. And its honestly appalling that someone could defend themselves and openly admitting that they take another persons work, especially if its been commissioned by another person entirely. Saying "other people do it too", isn't a proper defense. Infantile, and honestly really childish. Pretty sketchy IMO. I am so sorry you're having to deal with this.
