I've commissioned him twice and both times, the whole process was a little sketchy and made me not want to commission him again. After agreeing on the initial commission info and sending the payment, they basically went silent for the entire duration that they worked on the said commissions. Complete radio silence. No answers, no updates, nothing. Then one day, about a month later, they just dropped the commissions to my Twitter inbox without a word. So yeah, at least I got my commissions, but the customer service and treatment leaves a lot to be desired.
