    Mod Note:  We've decided to leave the paypal email and attached name uncensored.  This user frequently changes registered names with Paypal, registered emails, and what art they use as examples.  They have a tendency to respond to individuals looking for artists.  They do not have art posted to their accounts, but show cropped/ unsigned art to clients.  Reverse search the art!

    Commissioned him for a couple NSFW images of mine and a friends OC proceeded to delay my request constantly then refuse to reply after a few months until eventually blocking me and keep the money also keeps changing @ URL's to continue scamming others
    The paypal name isnt his real name as he keeps changing the paypal name along with his twitter to remove any breadcrumb trails to them
    also used random artists art as his own when showing examples of his work

    You are well within the time frame for a charge-back, I'd highly suggest going through with it

    The two samples doesnt even look like theyre by the same artist.

    Did you contact paypal through calling them or did you use the automated system?
