At first, I didn't have the chance to commission them as they only accept Alertpay, but when they announced that they're accepting payments through PayPal (due to Alertpay problems), I finally got the chance to commission them! 4. I've commissioned helical several times in the past, and this is just one of many wonderful transactions. I can definitely say without a doubt that hel is a complete pleasure to work with. The piece I got was perfect, even though I didn't have a ref to go off of, only a description. Helical has a unique style that I just love. Unless illness or something like that gets in the way of things, turn-around is within a few days. I'm sure this will not be the last time I commission them.

Soulren kept me updated the entire way through, sent me WIP shots of every step, and the pony was finished within a week or so. I've currently commissioned them for two more and they are sending me WIP photos and keeping me updated with the status the entire time.
They are overall very friendly and fantastic at what they do, and the communication is a dream.

4.) Del's art is *amazing* (adorably cute and stylish) and she really does a good job of capturing the characters she draws. Turnaround time has always been pretty fast for me, and the full commission I bought I was given frequent updates and in-progress shots. I thoroughly recommend commissioning her; she's awesome!

3. I've done business with her multiple times. The time between initial contact and completed image was never more than a month no matter how swamped she was.
4. She has always been friendly, polite, and patient with my requests. Every note I ever sent was sent a speedy and satisfying reply. She sent me sketches and kept in contact. She completed my commissions quickly and so far has drawn exactly what I asked for down to the smallest detail. She's not even that expensive!
My first thought when it comes to great artists to work with is Fetalstar.

4. Orangebluez contacted me regarding a sale I was having to raise money for Spring Break. He ordered two hi-res detailed images from me. I don't remember the exact amount, but something like $70 was the total. He paid $200 knowing I needed that much for the trip. He didn't ask for anything beyond the two images for that much.
I worked hard to make these two images the most elaborate and detailed I'd ever done, but it took me a LONG time to finish them both. In that time, Orangebluez was patient and never nagged me about them, was polite, helpful during any edits, made no demands of me, and really made the effort to work with me through our business, even though it took so long. Definitely a good customer :]
