Well, I'm actually friends with her so communication was pretty prompt and smooth, but she's very professional and doesn't ask payment until she delivers the sketch. Once she gives the sketch and you give her the ok, she begins working on the inking and coloring; however, she won't obviously send you the finished piece until she gets her money, which I believe is pretty fair. I asked her two commissions, six characters of mine for characters sheets, no background or anything, and in about one month and a half she had delivered both of them, inked and colored. This is the finished product, the six kids at the bottom of the image. Communication was constant, and in just a few days she'd shown me a rough sketch for approval and was working on inking. She was an absolute pleasure to work with, and even offered to fix a detail for free that I'd forgotten to mention in one of the characters' descriptions. She was offering an awesome deal for $10 coloured full-body images, +$3 for each character; I got one with my partner, best friend and my fursonas. Despite character interaction being way out of her comfort zone, she turned out a great picture! She was extremely communicative, with frequent e-mails and updates on Twitter/Tumblr, and was just great to deal with. I think she went above and beyond a $16 commission! here's the pic! She did absolutely brilliantly at bringing her to life perfectly from my explanations and vague colouring of a lineart as a reference to the point my mum instantly recognized it as her horse.
