  1. I would 100% force that refund. You have proof they haven't done anything and paypal and your credit card company will back you up on this. I have seen how fast they can work and it really is a shame to see yet another beware on them. I saw they are going to be attending more cons. You have a right as a customer to know what is going on with what you paid for, I personally would be messaging them on their personal account or just about anywhere I can find them. That's a lot of money for a badge and it should have been completed by now. I would either message them about it, or just straight up get your money back.
