    I vaguely remember this name from when a friend of mine was looking for someone to hire a while back ago. I searched him up and found this: [edited out due to doxxing]. Seems he has mastered the art of scamming hard working people out of their money. I dunno if this will help you or not but I figured since I recognized the name I'd show you what I read on him a while ago. I hope you can get it solved, I say call paypal or go through your card holder.

    THey made a post about streaming 3 hours ago. Maybe try contacting them in stream? I mean it don't look good on them if they ignore you in stream. I normally wouldn't be crazy about doing that but seeing you're CLEARLY being ignored, it might be one of the few options at this point.
