    Wow, I wish I had read all these reviews before doing business with him. When you confront him he acts like a temperamental teenager, so good luck with even mentioning the word "refund". He gave his word that he'd finish something and then disappeared. It's been years now. It seems like he waits for the PayPal transaction to pass the dispute date and then completely flakes out on you. Save your time and support an artist who deserves the money.
