    Why did you continue working on the commission, even though you didn't get feedback from your customer? Furthermore you mention that you tried to reestablish contact, but then why didn’t you try to message your customer through other methods as soon as you realized that Discord is not working anymore? Pisqcurio apparently wasn't on your discord server, therefore couldn't read your announcements there either. In my opinion you should message your customers directly about it in any case, because it is not guaranteed that they read all these announcements.
