    Due to the time sensitive nature and medical status of the submitter, we had them wait only 48 hours for a response from the artist.  Please note on other bewares we may ask you to wait longer.

    Commissioned artist on October 23, 2018, payment sent same day with a completion promise of 2 months. There was a queue available on FA which showed me ahead of my friend MajorWolf. Multiple, several month long lapses and a deleted FA later, he got his commission indicating that I was skipped. Fast forward to 2020 and the artist recently stated that they would be opening for new commissions once the queue was finished. As of today, February 18, 2020, I've been blocked from their account. I've not had a single bit of interaction with the artist since payment was sent.

    At first I was willing to give the artist the benefit of the doubt that maybe they forgot you, and blocked you over something unrelated.  Now there's at least one other client claiming they were also blocked.  It's bonkers!

    Very sorry to hear this OP. I really hope you can get your money back. Blocking without refund/the product would be an automitc chargeback for me.

    According to their most recent twitter post they are saying twitter has automatically blocked all their clients in their DMs. I'm not super farmiliar with twitter's bot system but I'm very sure twitter will never block someone for you unless you import a block list. Also kind of odd they say this hours after the beware went up.

    They're a damn liar and that's sad.

    A person or two is suspect but bugs happen.
