I didn't her anything back so i posted on her face-book and she would post it out soon. She made a post here: http://imageshack.us/f/31/screencapfursuitaction3.png/. Since she had some family trouble I decide to leave it be for a bit, I then got a message on lj from fenrirs_child "Flarveon said she'd refund all of us, but I've not seen anything from it and I believe today is the last day we can dispute through paypal". I miss that as I don't check lj everyday and missed my chance to file a paypal dispute. Since then I have sent lots of messages and shouts: FA 1/6:http://imageshack.us/f/823/screencapfaask.png/ FA 1/6(I posted using my stuffitcreations account):http://imageshack.us/f/801/screencapfursuitbuy.png/ FA 17/6:http://imageshack.us/f/259/screencapfaans2.png/ Twitter1 18/6 (finally a reply): http://imageshack.us/f/4/screencaptwitter1.png/ Twitter2 18/6: http://imageshack.us/f/405/screencaptwitter2.png/ FA 5/8 (deleted):http://imageshack.us/f/835/screencapfa3.png/ This whole situation has left me feel sick. I see her post all the time yet she says she as problems with her email and internet.I'm just sick of all the excuses and lies. I just hope no one else goes through this and if they have I hope the post it here. Edit 23/08/2012: In case there is doubt she has no money, she just paid at least $50 on a tail: http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/94/screencapfa4.png/ Edit 11/11/2012: Still no refund, still no replies to my emails. Still not going to give up. Edit 9/12/2012: I calmly spoke to her at Midfur and She told me she just didn't have money and then reported me for harassment. But later as I was in the dealers den selling I saw her spending money on art and such. She even got one of her friends to buy hand paws off me (worth $100). I still won't give up, I just want my money. Edit 14/3/2013: Still no contact or refund has been issued. Edit 19/2/2014: Still no word but under a new name http://www.furaffinity.net/user/ashlinakitaboy

Jun. 17th, 2012 at 9:08 PM Paskhowl Thylacine WHO: Akemi/Flarveon/Poppy Pandacoon WHERE: http://www.facebook.com/PoppyPandacoon http://www.furaffinity.net/user/flarveon/ http://www.furaffinity.net/user/poppypandacoon WHAT: $15 digital bust badge commission WHEN: I answered Poppy's Facebook post advertising badge commissions to be done that night, on February 1st, 2012, and sent payment. The final product was delivered on May 26, 2012. PROOF: 1. http://imm.io/sZUf (payment, with date) 2. http://imm.io/sZUu (stream conversation part 1) 3. http://imm.io/sZUz (stream conversation part 2) 4. http://imm.io/sZUA (finished product, with date) EXPLAIN: She advertised doing bust badges that evening, so I sent her the payment (see link 1). She didn't do it that night, or the following night like she said. I'm very patient with commissions, so I wasn't too fussed. Within a week, she had a sudden interest in animation and worked on "jumping icons", including giving out free ones to people who requested it at that time on Facebook. Still not a big issue. A month later she still knew I was on her to-do list, by tagging me in a Facebook post, and said she'd clear up her list. Still nothing. I tried to contact her through email (on April 17) and several other occasions via Facebook private message and on her Facebook wall, but she still never replied to me. Communication was extremely difficult. Poppy frequently posts about what she is doing, but something always seems to be broken whenever anyone wants to contact her. (see link 3) At one point, she had adjacent posts on Facebook: one saying "the best way to contact me is email", and the one next to it saying "My email is broken, I'm not receiving them." Roughly three months from the commission date, I hopped onto her stream and asked her to start my badge, which had turned into a "full body feral upgrade", which I'm not sure was really an upgrade. I think she only said yes because she thought I was a new commissioner and wanted the money coming in. (see link 2) She stopped at the sketch stage because she had to go to sleep, but refused to work on it any further until I attended another of her streams, which wasn't practical for me. Over a week passed and I asked for a refund on her Facebook wall, which wasn't replied to. Ultimately, she only finished my badge because a friend of mine reminded her in one of her streams to do it. I could accept a lot of the delays if she bothered to actually respond to her commissioners. The outright worst part for me was her constant complaining on Facebook about a fursuit commission of hers being delayed, and how the maker was accepting new commissions before her one - meanwhile, she was doing the same thing to a throng of her own commissioners without remorse.

Jun. 12th, 2012 at 4:37 AM pyeklet WHO: Akemi/Flarveon/Poppy Pandacoon WHERE: http://www.furaffinity.net/user/flarveon/ WHAT: I asked her to make a tail for me and paid $30 in cash, this commission was taken in person so I have no digital proof of the transaction. WHEN: In around March last year I asked Akemi to make me a tail at a local coffee meet and paid her in cash. I told her the details and showed references from my FA page. I asked if it could be done by FurDU, a convention on the Gold Coast in Australia, which was at the end of April. She agreed that she could have it done by that time. I didn't ask her about it for some time even after the deadline passed, nor did I have any contact from her about it, I'm quite a patient person. I was the first to initiate contact again via PM in May of last year at which time she stated she had received the wrong fur and offered me a refund, which I accepted. She said it would be in my account the following Wednesday but then sent a PM almost a week later saying that she couldn't pay. I said that it was fine and I understood. There was no further contact on this matter until November last year when I again asked about my refund, this time over FA notes. She said she couldn't pay me because she had to put it towards bond and only gets paid fortnightly but would pay me the next time she was paid. I said I would contact her in a week but I didn't feel comfortable, I was following her journals at the time about her moving and I felt that if I contacted her again I would just get another run around. Finally in March this year I told her not to worry about the refund, I had seen her journals about needing surgery so I thought it might help her out and I didn't feel like flogging a dead horse any longer. PROOF: EXPLAIN: I did resolve this issue I suppose, by giving up (never got a note back after that final one btw although it was read). It was annoying that she owed me money but was taking commissions, selling suits, working and BUYING commissions (and a new Artslave suit recently?) but didn't have $30 to pay me.
