So, I'm taken aback by the fact that they pushed you down the list due to another customer paying more. That's a tad bit concerning. Plus, you've had the suit paid off for a while. With no progress updates. At this point I think you should be firm in stating that you would appreciate more updates and that you would also like to get a more in depth explanation on why someone can pay more to jump the line. That almost seems like you could be continually pushed down the list if someone else were to come along, thus leading to your commission never being started. Be firm, but polite during all of this. Professionalism is key. 🙂
