  1. I'm not sure if anyone is aware of this. but the artist twitter account has been deleted or changed but from searching the old twitter handle there seems to have been harassment coming from a few individuals. considering a few of those comments were only making the situation worse.

  2. I actually have a question about this considering i've been hearing a lot about this Eclipse/Abyss Drake species considering is it a closed species considering if that's so that's in itself is a big massive yikes right there. Considering there's so many red flags right there.

  3. That last comment on the final screenshot of discord. Throwing a massive temper tantrum claiming their being harassed when the op only wanted their refund back. When she herself fled to her new account and not refunding your money back.

    Really pathetic i'd say.

In the interest of being fair there's not enough evidence to level that kind of accusation.  Given how bizarre it was to have someone arguing for the artist in what is, honestly, a very cut and dry beware, I asked the OP what the legal name on the Paypal was.  All the digging I've done doesn't positively ID them as the artist.  It could be a friend, follower, ect.

However, both accounts were made within a few minutes of each other, and the first one was validated near instantly.  So, this wasn't a situation where someone made an account and it got hung up in validation so they made a second.

Edit:  I also want to be clear that users are welcome to criticize the OP of posts.  In some cases they would be valid.  However, these comments caught my attention from just how out of the ordinary they were in addition to how new the accounts were.

Edit2:  After more digging, I've found the artist on Facebook and located someone with the same name as GreenYeen's email.  So it's a family member of the artist.  At least, it's their email that was used.

They're really not doing her any favors but only making things worse.

But they agreed to the terms. I have to side with that, weither the terms were changed or not, they agreed to the terms. It seems also that they never talked to the artist before going to get a refund through PayPal, perhaps if you would have talked with them first a whole lot of drama could have been avoided.

Always talk to your artist, or at least try to work something out. Seems like they went behind the artist back kind of. Not siding with anyone. Both could have and should have learned their lesson here.

Those terms of the artist though are not enforceable nor legal at all that actually a really bad Terms of Service.

In case you're not aware we have the ability to see IP addresses, emails, and what devices you've logged in from.  Do not use two accounts to make it seem like more than one person agrees with you.  Your GreenYeen account will be closed.

.... And wow everything you said here and making an alt really made you lose all credibility here.

Ah! My apologies! I missed it the first time.

In which case there are still some grievous errors made by the artist. But I still would never want to work with someone who calls people ignorant. Especially after receiving paragraphs they may not understand in a language that's isn't their first. It makes the client come off as aggressive. They have a right to be angry! But not to name call or tell someone their business is scummy.

I'm not sure you read the previous beware about this artist practices considering the previous beware says much.

That's...  Okay, that's almost verbatim what they sent to me as well.  This person has quite the setup it seems for sending out lots of notes to con many people out of their money.  I really wish we could get FA to do something against them but I have a feeling this falls into a moral grey area where it depends on who you talk to.

That's actually is considered spamming according to FA Code of Conduct.

    3.4 Do not spam.

This includes registering accounts or posting content automatically, messaging users en masse with unsolicited ads or information (e.g. beware content), posting content that is nonsensical and/or unnecessarily long or page breaking, or making incessant comments at others.

My apologies mods for double posting, I was attempting to edit my previous comment.
In looking at the artist's twitter page, it looks like they've sold the OP's fursona to another individual?

    Screencap for posterity.
It seems like they finished the image in spite of the break down in communication. But it does not appear to be posted on their twitter for viewing.

There was another tweet by her which was fortunately saved by a reply by Lorel on the AB twitter here.

Which all i can say is really gross coming from the artist mouth why would say something like that to your customer.

Sites usually wont permaban if their only method is to ban by IP Pool. Also, even if they do perma-ban the IP its not difficult to change your IP, use a free or paid VPN which will do that as well. Technology has made ban evasion very easy these days =/

That's unfortunate which only make things much worse in this case.

All their another account were suspended because people reported them. FA never permanently banned them. I think instead they just added more time to the original accounts suspension.

That makes complete sense though still that can be important the know the banned accounts knowing this is not their first time doing this.

This is nothing new from this person. They have a habit of this and more and was suspended from FA for a year, but kept making new accounts and getting banned.

I wonder what those new accounts are considering if they been banned before on FA they wouldn't be able to make any new accounts considering they would be permabanned.

  11. Considering their other account i've mentioned from the previous beware is suspended. wouldn't this user be evading their ban by making that other account and continuing this behavior.

  12. Also one of their FA accounts is also suspended. (uswithoutwings)  considering there's a shout up on top from another customer with the same issues.

And that many account especially two patreon, that's not a good sign at all with that kind of behavior.

  13. Recognized the journal they replied to how ironic that the person in question (AMWULF journal) has a few artist bewares as well in the old one check said tags in the livejournal for details.

Badcoyote is the one to talk about professionalism with his own terrible attitude in this.

  14. And the comments from her on that said picture is not helping her at all. considering she thinks it's ok to do a charge back after all this especially with the excuses from her it's just pathetic really.

I'm really sorry that you and your partner got treated like this all that hard work for this customer ends up completely wasted like this.

Ugh another person from the gaming community... They really give us gamers a bad rep dude =.=

That what i was suspecting the moment i searched his name up and saw the same icon as his twitch page.

  16. And even if he tries that the moment he does that would only make this caution more valid and his reputation damaged in the process. I'm sure no one would be interested with his closed species especially with that attitude of his.
