  1. Absolutely horrid behavior. It does not matter whether you may or may not have agreed to long waiting time. Avoidance when asked to communicate about the commission is always a bad sign. Also someone offering good customer service should not feel threatened by a customer seeking out previous customers for opinions, but rather welcome it. If you give good service, previous customers will reflect that P.S: Your notification count is making me faint!
  2. Is it a mistake you wrote November 2, 2019? Because all the notes show that it took place in January 2020, and the YCH listing shows it was posted November 5. Either way, I really hope you'll be able to at least get your art or your money back 😕 Is the 180 days protection from PayPal up yet? If it is, you might still be able to call them and explain the situation and hopefully get PayPal to issue a refund because the lack of responses is not okay.
  3. If you haven't already, you should go file a removal form on TrustedArtists to help work towards getting them taken off the list. It doesn't matter how many problems they have, you deserve your art or your money.

    Beware: Jazz-o

    > "The wait time is about 2 weeks" > "You were not given a due date for the finished product" While a "about __ weeks" notion isn't a set due date, you can't place a customer at fault for being annoyed waiting for months after the ETA, especially since the customer had to reach out, rather than the artist giving a direct update to the customer that delays were going to happen.
