Would just like to add to this. Pre-ordered charms back in December to be shipped in the New Year. Waited patiently. No charms in January. None in February. In March I asked for a refund, they said ‘sure, send me your PayPal address and the amount owed and I’ll send it next week when I get funds.’ I did. No refund. Contacted Storenvy, who in turn contacted Vani. They didn’t respond so Storenvy shut their account down. Vani stopped replying to emails/tweets and if they do reply, it’s the same old excuse. Just gotta get more funds for shipping. I wanted a refund, so why do you need shipping costs???
