Alkraas Posted February 18, 2019 Posted February 18, 2019 I sometimes print and laminate badges or normal art and shipt them to my clients. I ship with priority, tracking and signature. It only happened once but what should I do if the shipment gets lost or it never arrives? Last time it happened, I refunded my client the shipping costs, was that a good solution? If not, what else should I do? Note: I'm a digital artist, all clients recieve a digital copy, shipping is just an add on, if they want it. 1
Administrator Eden Posted February 18, 2019 Administrator Posted February 18, 2019 As the seller you are responsible for ensuring the item gets there or the client is made whole. If the art itself is delivered, and the client agrees to the refund of shipping then that's fine. If it's something like you're an etsy seller, then you're to replace their items or refund the whole order. With traditional artists and fursuit makers they either need to refund or remake. This is why insurance is extremely important.
