Seeing bewares that dont exist?

This isnt the first time it's happened, but I keep seeing bewares on the front page that I cant view;

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.  This is strange, because those are items in the active queue and should be hidden to only moderators.  We'll get with Alex to see what's going on.  What theme are you using?  Broadside?

I thought it was an error the first time, but this happens to me all the time!

I never really changed any of the settings, so whatever the basic is?

It was only ever on the front page; the bewares page never showed them. They usually vanish after another visit.

Yeah this is something that has been happening for me for a while now. I just assumed it was some kind of glitch with the site or something.
