    I ordered a custom design from him 6 months ago, initially I was okay waiting as he said he had just left hospital and I did not want to rush him right after. A few months pass, I attempt to contact him again. No response. I try again and I still don't receive a response. Eventually, I resorted to posting on his FA page, which he just ignored and deleted from his wall. I feel bad posting something like this, but the artist also has posted that he is taking commissions up on his page, and he did accept payment.

    Just as a note we are getting the original note sent in June.  🙂  It was on a previous submission, but it had fuzzy date.

    It looks like you passed the 180 day limit for PayPal's chargeback. In future, never let that time run out unless you 100% trust the artist to deliver past that date.
