    WHEN: Payment was made May 1, 2010 with commission details and such being discussed at the end of April 2010.

    PROOF: Other than the FA notes, work was never started. See screen captures under cut

    EXPLAIN:  I don’t have all the logs any longer (had a harddrive failure), but after paying the artist in May I agreed to wait until June 2010 for the work.  Then artist requested more time and I allowed that.  After that point getting a hold of the artist became very difficult and replies seemed to stop coming. I have requested a refund from the artist and have seen nothing yet. Unfortunately the paypal buyer protection time had passed so I was unable to file for a refund with paypal.

    RESOLVED:
    After getting a hold of the artist again I was able to get a refund.
