    This artist is by far one of the best artists i've ever gone to as far as commissions is concerned. She is very fast, and has a very good business model in regards to commissions. This person can also animate for you if you wish. The person can also do NSFW art, as well. Even though the prices are a bit on the higher side, it is made up for it in exceptional high picture quality and skill. I am a regular customer of this person, and would highly recommend going to them. The person can draw just about anything, including anime, and furries. The person isnt as popular, and doesnt have a big giant following, but their art is extremely good. Here is a drawing of me and one of my other characters at a beach, as a good example of their work.
