I don't know much about apoxy so I end up selling it to someone else through FA (post was removed after sale went through, sorry). Couple days go by, I ask them about the supplies. They reply that they're in a tight spot financially. I ask about the parts again, they're still not ordered. A week or so later I poke them, they let me know that they've worked out a payment plan with the new owner.
