I won the auction and paid the $80 via Paypal. WHEN: The auction was won on June 3rd and the payment was sent the same day. I provided the details by email and sent the payment the same day. On June 8th they emailed me a completed headshot I commissioned before this one and left a note saying that the YCH shouldn’t take too much longer. On July 10th I sent a follow up email asking for an update on it. CaptainHanni responded to on July 29th saying that they’ve had a hard time drawing lately. Completely understandable and not a big deal. Attached to the email was also a progress screenshot. September 26 rolls around and I still haven’t received the completed art. I sent another email asking if they could try to squeeze me to the top of their priority list. They’ve been posting art on Tumblr and I was hoping they could find some time to finish my YCH. Didn’t get a response. I sent a note to them on FA on October 14th basically repeating what I mentioned in the email. That has never been read. Finally, I sent one last email on October 24th asking them if they want to finish or give a partial refund for the art, and you could probably guess that they never responded to that either. I would put a claim through paypal but some work was already done. If they would just respond to my email we could work out a partial refund... or they could just, you know, finish it.
