Current date September 1st, 2018 EXPLAIN: First contacted on April 12th. Commission was agreed upon and paid for on the 14th (https://i.imgur.com/6eINI1B.png). Over the next few weeks I wait patiently, sporadically requesting updates on my commission, all of which go ignored. (https://i.imgur.com/sK53fks.png) On June 19th, artist tweets that everyone with an outstanding commission has been contacted via Email. I was not. Artist also mentions to DM them on twitter regarding commissions. I send a dm, which goes ignored. 10 days later, I send an email politely explaining my growing frustration. It is ignored. (https://i.imgur.com/okYoToF.png) (https://i.imgur.com/coSoOF6.png) On july 2nd, I publicly tweet at the artist, along with an identical post on Tumblr. I voice my frustration regarding that lack of any communication, and threaten a refund. (https://i.imgur.com/TMHJEBD.png) This gets their attention, and they FINALLY contact me. However, all they do is give me a flaccid "Soon." (https://i.imgur.com/4gqb4rA.png) (https://i.imgur.com/zfUCZXo.png) On July 5th, the "Soon" become s"the next couple of days." I am incredibly excited, but it's all for naught, as the work never gets done. Over a week later, they say they will "Get to it soon" and resume their usual silence. Have not heard from them to date, and despite no work being done on my commission, the artist continues to take other commissions. All is well in the world. (Technically he forgot to add my character's freckles. He's promised to fix that oversight, but it's such a small detail that I won't be TOO upset if he never does)
