Just wanted to give an update for this, I was finally able to get a refund so this has been resolved. It took a lot more effort than it should've and I don't know how many other issues have or have not been taken care of, so I would still say to be extremely cautious if this artist ever takes commissions again.

It's a long shot, but you and everyone affected, can contact Paypal about it.  Many years ago when Pirate-Cashoo had her issues some of her clients managed to get refunds from Paypal long after the window closed.  But it was only because so many people had contacted Paypal concerning her.  (And to be fair to her since I'm name dropping her, Pirate-Cashoo has made good on her owed list since)

That's good to hear, maybe I'll stand a chance of getting my money back so I can find a more trustworthy artists to make my plush. That's actually what I'm most disappointed about in this whole thing though, I was really looking forward to having a plush of my character.

Well... I was very much hoping that the next time I updated this it would be to resolve this issue, but apparently after being contacted by the artist they aren't interested or don't care.

I was contacted in August of last year by this artist on twitter with hopes to get my commission finally completed and resolve this whole matter. After a bit of conversation and coming to an agreement that I would be sent a physical badge, I was able to get screenshots of the art for it. However, things fell through and we came to another agreement that I would be emailed the art instead.  I never got any emails from them, and just today I noticed today that their twitter account, like with all the other accounts previously mentioned, is gone. So I guess we're back at square one again, although I at least have screenshots of something this time I suppose.

So, here's the full conversation between now and then. I did say that I'd omit the twitter account in question when I updated this post, but being that it's gone now I doubt it really matters.Note that they deleted some of their side of the conversation earlier on, but most of it is intact. (Screenshots are combined for ease of posting and are read from left to right and top to bottom).

Goolging their name comes up with " transformice user Caninevomit" on a lot of art. I have no idea if thats a site, or a roleplay or what, but you can look in to it and see if theyre active there.

Yeah, I don't think they use their Redbubble anymore, their Steam's just gone, and I used the email posted on their Trello (which they deleted all of their cards on btw, I know for a fact I was on it) for my previous post and for the first time I emailed them as well. Discord's a bust also. It seems they've left all their social media accounts and Idk if they're actually gone or just using a different name. It makes me wonder though if I'm not the only one they've done this to, otherwise why would they run off like this?

Also, as one final attempt to hopefully resolve the issue, I've emailed them this beware post. I will post another update if I receive any response.

Yeah, except after they left Instagram they were still kinda on DeviantArt ONLY until i tried contacting them there. They also still have a couple other profiles on other websites too but they haven't posted anything in the last year or so and I doubt they even check them anymore.

Also, I should mention that they used for their PayPal is invalid as well, as the custom domain it used is no longer registered. I attempted to contact them using this email as well and the delivery failed.
