It has come to my attention that Fytch has come back on a new account and I just want to add that name to this.

This was the last journal Fytch posted, note the date of the journal.

This is the new account I was informed is hers, note the date as to when the page was created. (The day after she left the other page.)

Now this is Fytch's IMVU page (Which is also PUBLICLY listed on her Fytch FA page), the screen-name is the EXACT same as the new FA page as well as the "Fytch" name in the badges below. 

And just for added evidence, the same fursona on Fytch's page as well as the IMVU page.

And one last image where the "only" submission of art is almost the exact same drawing of the 1st submission in the last image I posted to show the same chara being used. 
I hope this is enough evidence of the "new" Fa page so that we can add the new name to this post as well. She still has not paid me back, or anyone else that I know of, even though she agreed to before she decided to leave.

FA page is now disabled as well.

Fytch has come back to her FA account, posted a new journal about leaving the fandom and deleted the journals about owing people refunds.

Fytch decided to reply to my note late last night, claiming she is paying back the first person first and then moving down the line. 

But then she also posted on her Facebook that she was paying for a fur-suit head for 6 weeks...... and has not paid any of us back so far. 

Tried noting Fytch again 3 days ago, she won't reply/open my notes anymore apparently, but she is still posting/active on Facebook.....

A journal was posted about a week ago (but I guess I forgot to add it) so I am posting it just as further proof.
I still have not been paid back, even though she told us the 10th she would start paying us.

Yes she removed it after I noted her via FA asking her to take it down, as she no longer owns the character because of the charge back.
She wants to buy it back but I refuse to resell to her, as I do not want to worry about ANOTHER charge back later on down the line.
I'm not sure who that person is that posted her, I do not even have a Twitter lol. But I know lots of people find art/characters and post them as their own, all perks of posting things online *sigh*

I have not been rude, I have simply been straight forward as you (or the bank that you had no right to use) took money from me for no reason.

Fytch claims she will be paying people back on the 10th, she apparently got highly aggitated that I asked her for a date now that its been almost a month of running around with no money back.

Come to find out she post a new adopt today that she bought a few days ago...meanwhile still hasn't paid ANYONE back so far.....

I'd say its safe to say no one will be getting money back....just wanted to update with the most current.....

Well, its official. Paypal sided with her in this case.....

Earlier this year, my mother passed away and we had to handle things like her bank account, paypal, etc.

In order to close the account, you have to provide a certificate of their death to prove that they have legitimately passed away. After that point, the person closing the account has to state "This activity is fraudulent" or file the chargebacks manually / etc. Paypal specifically does not automatically begin to file these chargebacks. When we filed the certificate on my mother's accounts, we had to finish the business that she had left prior to her passing that was done on Ebay. We had to either locate the items she was auctioning to send them or refund people if we could not locate these items. Paypal worked with the family to resolve these issues, and did not give refunds / issue chargebacks without our families consent.

I think that what this person is saying about their father passing and then paypal filing a bunch of chargebacks sounds inaccurate. They would have had to have made these purchases after his passing, and then the person who had the account closed with his death certificate would have had to file the chargebacks, it wouldn't have been done automatically.

I'm terribly sorry for the loss of their father, but I don't think what they're doing to all these artists is fair. Hopefully this comment helps shed some light. :C

That is honestly what I thought. Pyapal said as much, I just haven't gone through it personally to know.

I feel bad if her father did pass away, I just hate that that is the excuse she is using to make it sound ok. She has continued to tell us all different dates that she will pay everyone back as well, so that does not help the situation.

That is my thought exactly, but no way to prove it.
She wanted to "re-buy" the adopt that I am getting the charge back for, but I declined. Told her she can simply pay me the additional fee of $20 that Paypal charged me for the charge back but other than that I am done dealing with her.

Hopefully she follows through, but honestly, I worry itll just happen again down the line.

If it was to avoid paypal fees, you're going to get yourself and others in trouble since that is STRICTLY against their TOS; its a minor fee which is the cost of essentially keeping the service free to use.

The beware is absolutely valid, I am not disputing that at all. But it is an extremely poor business practice to expect to be paid for goods via the gifting option.

Agreed. I reported it but the site waved me off and said they do not involve themselves in the middle of things like this.....

That is now 7 different people I know that have had this happen from her. 
This whole thing is absolutely insane.....

I went ahead and "commented" on the submission, asking them to remove the character from their page until she was paid for, or so that I could re-sell her, her response was the hide my comment and not reply....

No, it was sent as goods.
I am aware of at least 6 other people she has done the same thing to.

She replied to my note last night, but based on what I saw on another beware, it looks like she is just copy/pasting the same response to everyone. 

Fingers crossed she does the right thing.....but yeah...

Ahhh, I forgot to add this as well, she has the adopt posted clear as day in her submissions, so there is a bit more proof that she has the adopt and the charge-back is for no reason at all.

I literally just logged in to write a report about Fytch as well..... Wow.
