some of the characters in their own examples are clearly more complex with smaller more detailed markings than yours. absolutely ridiculous that they charge you almost twice the price and don't even take the time to clean their lines or look at your reference.

woah this is a very extreme overreaction to a block. absolutely horrifying and i hope you're okay. i can imagine how unnerving that must be.

I misread the messages and was thinking "Well yeah thats a VERY good rodent base I wonder what the problem is" then I realized that somehow it was supposed to be a cat...wtf. As someone who's seen their fursuits in person at furcon this is CLEARLY not even close to the quality they're able to put out.

my partner was considering purchasing one of their premades last furcon and was going to check out their booth with me this year if they had one again. I'll let them know to not give them any business and look elsewhere.

The quality is absolutely appalling and you deserve much better. I wish you the best of luck at getting the money back or what you paid for. Though I'd assume a person would prefer their money back so they could pay someone who actually knows what they're doing and respects their customers instead.

oh wow what a ridiculous attitude about this. They promised the refund and replacement in the first place and theres no excuse for them to go back on that.

oh hm they did a trade with my boyfriend in january too im sorry to hear that they never completed your art. thats kinda messed up.

you can possibly call paypal and tell them the seller asked you to send you the payment via friends and family and that you didnt know any better so you did. it'll possibly get them to keep an eye on their account so that they cant do this to anyone else.

sorry to hear that you had such a bad experience. im absolutely disgusted by their conduct with insulting other art you gave them and trying to renegotiate the terms they themself set. wow.

"breach of contract" you cant breach a contract that you never signed. in fact this person making you sketch work and not paying for it is closer to breaching a contract than you are.

wow...after missing the first deadline and then bumping you back in the queue? What a horrible way to run a business. Pushing people back and finishing newer commissions first is a really fast way to alienate your customers and make sure they seek business elsewhere.

oh woah was following this guy and interested but that attitude is what really does it for me. id hate to pay someone and have them act that way toward me. im sorry that you had to deal with this and thank you for the warning!

I'm honestly incredibly confused about what would make an artist send out an image with the commissioner's reference still on it. That makes no sense at all to me. Your reference sheet seems to be a pretty decent size and quite clear which leads me to wonder where they could have possibly gotten a small and low quality version from. Was this the very same link you gave them?
