    - At TFF I commissioned Onnanoko to create an articulated badge. The price for the badge was $100, $50 of which was paid up front. The original plan was for me to pick up the badge at BLFC 2020. When BLFC 2020 was canceled I said that I would pay for the badge to be shipped. Onnanoko replied, 'that is very kind of you, thank you ^^' That was April 19, 2020. 14 months ago. That was the last message I received from her. Since then I have sent a series of follow ups, none of which have even been read. She has not responded to a single request, despite visibly logging on Telegram multiple times. I am out $50. -
