    I'm still waiting for a $600 refund from him, he also completely ignores me, I commissioned for a head in 2018 and he told me he'd have it done in 4 months for a con I was to attend. Deadline came and went and I he gave me another deadline. After this happened a few times I asked for a refund. He told me I wouldn't get the deposit back...even though he hadn't even started it or bought any fur but I told him that was fine because I didn't wanna argue.
