I’m also someone who has been waiting for her Patreon rewards that I’ve, at this point, written off as never getting. It’s a shame because Maly seemed amazing at getting soap and work to everyone up until around April 2019 (during that time she missed two months but did do a double shipment to make up for it, which is why I held on for a few months believing she would do the same this time) I just wish we had some kind of explanation or anything other than complete radio silence as we kept getting charged month after month. I deleted my pledge in early November but I’m still out 4 months of backlogged soap. I was so happy to see her making some progress on the backlog soaps via twitter: but nothing ever came from it and her last post on it was November. She apparently had everything packaged and bundled for patrons but never put them in the mail (As per your DM reply in December). If she did eventually do so, I never received one and don’t know anyone who has. This whole situation has saddened and disappointed me. I can imagine owing so much backlog is incredibly stressful but the silence is horrible. I don’t know what else can be done since I don’t believe I can charge back my money, and reporting to Patreon doesn’t result in anything. I really hope she comes around and at least makes a post of some kind addressing this.
