Possible scam (ghosted soon after adopt auction)

Hey,

I believe I might be getting scammed. In February I won an adopt auction on commishes and also paid extra to get additional references for the character totaling $270. Was in sparse communication with the artist on discord for a few weeks and was eventually sent a sketch of the new references, but since then I have gotten zero communication from them. Essentially I've been about 3 months without any word or update from them.

I still see them appearing online at random on discord so it seems they're still active, but most of their accounts I can see have stopped showing activity, with one exception being their ko-fi which has had a few adopts listed for sale (my guess is they appeared after communication ceased but since there is no upload dates on them I cannot be sure).
