I commissioned Sarah for a fullsuit in November, 2019. From her first email accepting my commission to it arriving at my house, the whole process took less than 3.5 months. She sent no fewer that 13 updates with progress pictures and responded within 24 hours to any questions I had, in addition to keeping the status current on Trello.
