  3. twitter page Great work and relatively fast. Cooperated and provided updates. Also great artstyle and good pricing.
  4. Would like to update this post if possible: Andrew Rocco is still active under "Smashed". He seems to no longer be making fursuits but takes art commissions and never returned my $500. 5. So, in the summer of 2022, I was in the market for getting a fursuit head made of my gray fox, Kigali (The ref pic included should be the same as the one I sent them given the timing, as I don't have much art of my OCs). The design itself was easy enough, though I had the money and figured since this was likely going to be the only head I'd ever get, that I'd want something cool. I went onto getfursu.it to look for people that were taking comms, worked with the features I was looking for, and most of all, were trustworthy. After some searching, I came across Clockwork. Around the same time that I had come to them for the commission, they had started some raffles, so I knew they had experience in suitmaking. I filled out their comm sheet and was quoted for about $1700. I sent the first half as down payment, then the second half a week or two later. They had a queue, so I knew I wouldn't be getting updates right away. As the months went on, I'd reach out to see how they were doing occasionally as I like to be friendly with those I get stuff from. The messages in the pictures I provided are all the times I checked in, so its not like I was pestering them either. I had ordered it in Aug 2023, hoping it would be ready for the following June. As shown in the proof, in April 2024, they said I was next and that they'd be giving me progress updates in May. That never happened, and I didn't hear back until I reached out again at the start of June. They said it wouldn't be up to standard by the time I had originally planned, but I was ok with that. Due to different things going on in my life and work being hectic, that was the last time I reached out to them until the end of Jan 2025. I asked how they were doing and to my surprise, they told me that they were cancelling the commission as they believed they were unable to complete it in a timely manner. They said that they would start sending a refund in pieces each month until I had the whole thing. That Friday they promised the first part would be sent came and went with nothing. I did the same in the middle of April, still no reply. At the end of April, I did mention the situation in the replies of a twitter thread. It caught the attention of people, but after mentioning them by name after working through the nerves, still nothing. I did express that I had hope considering they did offer the refund... But as of now, I have yet to see any of my money back. As I'm typing this, I did notice that their paypal logo matches a second twitter account named Clockwork Carousel Creations, but neither account was linked on their furaffinity. I figured that after a year and a half of waiting for the commissioned piece, and then 7 months of waiting for a refund process to even begin, that it was time to take things here and warn people if they do open fursuit commissions once again.
  6. This artist is by far one of the best artists i've ever gone to as far as commissions is concerned. She is very fast, and has a very good business model in regards to commissions. This person can also animate for you if you wish. The person can also do NSFW art, as well. Even though the prices are a bit on the higher side, it is made up for it in exceptional high picture quality and skill. I am a regular customer of this person, and would highly recommend going to them. The person can draw just about anything, including anime, and furries. The person isnt as popular, and doesnt have a big giant following, but their art is extremely good. Here is a drawing of me and one of my other characters at a beach, as a good example of their work. 7. I ordered an animated icon for $30 from _Prince_ on Toyhouse a few years ago (either 2021 or 2022 iirc) and have not received it. Unfortunately, the transaction was made in the comments section of their advertisement (it was uploaded to their account the way a character would be, not on the forum), so I can't look back on messages from them. When I try to search for the username _Prince_ in the search bar, nothing shows up, so they must have changed their username. I reached out to Toyhouse staff asking if they could tell me what their new account is and was told that they don't disclose that information to protect their users, which I understand. Any help would be great!
  8. Proof of everything I have mentioned below can be found at the bottom of this post due to awkward mobile screenshot sizes. After seeing their fursuit commission ad on Twitter in June of 2021, I decided to submit a form through RetroFursuits' website for a partial. This would consist of a head, hand paws, feet paws, and a tail. RetroFursuits eventually responded to my submission and sent me an email quoting the total price as $1425. I have included all of our email correspondence discussing details of my suit, proof of payments from Paypal, our Telegram conversation after that, and the refund I received on August 21st 2025. I utilized a payment plan to pay off the $1425, and as you can see, I was prompt and fully paid it in 3 months. You can also see that it didn't take long for red flags to arise when it came to replies from RetroFursuits. It took an entire year (July 2022) to be TOLD that Retro has begun looking for fur colors, and then it took another 3 months (October 2022) to be sent pictures of swatches from an online store. I requested a different photo of the third swatch as it was hard to see the color with the studio lighting, and that email went ignored. I waited five whole months for a response to that inquiry before deciding to nudge them again, because I was starting to get nervous. I was 20 (turned 21 in July of 2021) when I ordered this suit and had never spent so much money on a hobby item before. Figuring they might just not check their email very often, I decided to ask in March of 2023 if they had a Discord or Telegram dedicated to fursuit updates, as friends who've commissioned fursuits have mentioned being part of such a thing in the past. This email was also ignored. I waited until September of 2023, over 2 years since I had begun payments for this commission, before nudging them again. In that email, I also asked why my label on their Trello still said "not paid", 2 years after paying it off. I was beginning to consider a refund, but I liked their art and I wanted to be considerate to them, knowing they work a full-time night shift job and understanding that I was at the bottom of their queue. In the Trello link I provided above, you can see there are still commissioners waiting on their products from as early as 2020. I was at the very bottom of RetroFursuit's "Currently working on" card, and was only added to that in February of 2025. I do not have a screenshot of this from his Trello because I didn't think I would need it and they were quick to remove me from their queue after requesting a refund. I have, however, have provided a screenshot of me mentioning as much in a Discord group with my friends and excitedly linking the Trello to them (coincidentally while I was talking about how nervous I was that their communication is so poor yet they seem to have a lot of time to make premade heads to sell on Dealer's Den - something that can be freely seen while scrolling through their RetroFursuits Twitter account). RetroFursuits then provided me with their Telegram, so all communication was moved over there. I greeted them in a DM the same day they provided me with their Telegram (November 4th 2023) and mentioned how excited I was to see the head base. These messages were ignored. I nudged them a little over a month later (December 20th 20
