    Contacted user on June 9, 2020 about an Overwatch YCH for $60 (original submission has been deleted).

    Did not hear from Rose for close to two months and checked their page in late August 2020 and found a journal about refunding commissions due to technical difficulties and contacted them, at which point they agreed to add me to their refund queue:

    Once again, no further contact after this. Sent a third message in January 11, 2021 which has not been read:

    I’m so sorry she’s ghosting you now. Since she isn’t opening your notes, have you thought about just publicly leaving a comment on her FA or Twitter? These people need to be called out. Completely unacceptable.

    I think she routinely clears her Shouts, so I'm not sure that'd do any good. As for making a Twitter thread, might cause more trouble than it's worth?

    I dunno, it's such a tough thing to have to deal with because honestly I'd rather just handle it and be done as opposed to all this, but you can only be ignored but for so long, yknow?

    While its possible that she cleans up her shouts, it does look like her twitter DMs are open.

    So if you're not comfortable in starting your own thread on the matter, you do have the ability to reach out to her through there.

    Especially since it looks like they've been cross-posting their adopts for sale. Couldn't hurt, but ultimately it is up to you.

    A little worried about just getting ignored there too, but this is a good suggestion. I'll give it a shot when I can.

    Whatever this artist is experiencing in their personal life is their business, and we are not the place to go to if you want to speculate on that.

    Touching upon the additional information provided in the comment, we have looked into the alternative account mentioned. Both are linked through an art raffle initially announcing the move to a new account, but reverting back to the previous account.

    In addition to this, their twitter handle has been updated once more. The tags now reflect these changes.

    I would like to echo this sentiment. I had a similar experience with a deadline come and gone with no communication, so I ended up going the charge-back route with my bank.
