undelivered commission Beware / Negi-Toro NegisGraphics

Initiated commission on the 9th July 2022, confirmed Payment of $140 USD the same day. Updated August 27th and was told there was a queue

Asked for an update November 03. Was apologised to but then lacked any updates until I prompted in March 03 2023 where I was provided a crude sketch (Clearly done in panic when I asked for updates)

July 5th 2023 he starts ignoring me and so I continue to ping him. He's still actively posting til Feb 2025 on this account. 

So I hunted his Telegram down and started following his tele channel where I confronted him. Recieved a very baseline ink of the supposed "completed work" and then he proceeds to keep ignoring me

It was only when I got fed up on his Trello account that he marks my commission as "complete" August 2024

I joined his Telegram channel and started responding to all his posts. until he responded to me July 10 2025. Met with hollow words and a broken promise of a refund Up until February 2026 My last attempt and he's still ignoring me



Finally he's just decided to ban me from his channel. I assume I'm "Bad for Business"

To this date I've still yet to receive either refund nor art. and still not even read my messages.
