In case anyone was wondering, I usually go by Ivy Trellis, but the name was already taken on this site.

WHO: CelestBrook on FurAffinity and CelestriaBrook on Weasyl, I'll omit the name given for skype, paypal, and email, however I think she won't use the ones I have listed here again, anyway.

WHERE: https://www.furaffinity.net/user/celestbrook/ and https://www.weasyl.com/profile/celestriabrook though I've attempted to contact her through notes on those sites, as well as through email and her listed skype. No responses whatsoever. I have also sent a money request over PayPal for the amount of the commission. No response yet.

13 people are listed as having paid in the journal. It could be others have paid, too, but weren't noted as having done so.

WHEN: She took a set of several commissions in a theme during mid to late March, and I paid on March 25, 2014. On April 1, 2014, she posted a journal about being on hiatus while she was staying with family. https://www.furaffinity.net/journal/5635577/
After waiting for a long time, I began inquiring about her well-being as well as the status of the commission. Time passed and the window for disputing the charge on PayPal came and went, so her commissioners can't get their money back that way. All emails and notes have gone unanswered.

EXPLAIN: She took on multiple slots for a sky pirate crew, offering four pictures per character, received payment for these, then posted this journal explaining a slight delay. https://www.furaffinity.net/journal/5635577/ After this, she never reappeared, never did the work, never offered or issued refunds, and never responded to questions or requests for refunds. It's now been six months with no sign of her. While I doubt that she'll try to do it with the same screen names. While it's only a small amount per person, the fact that she did this to multiple people for a sum of hundreds of dollars makes it pretty bad. Frankly, it leaves me frustrated that she led us on before simply disappearing like that.

Received Refund
A final update on my end: I just received a refund for my part.
I can't speak for others, but my part is done in this. I hope it works out for everyone else as well.
