Beware: Benji/Dear

WHAT: A digital chibi sheet commission of one of my characters.

WHEN: 2 and a half months ago.

EXPLAIN: Okay, I contacted Benji. on July 18th asking them if I can get a chibi sheet, seeing they were doing commissions for them, they agreed, and asked me to send them a note, in which I did. They gave me the details, and told me how much I needed to send over, mind you as you can see through the payment proof, I had to spend a bit more then normal, because I use CAD currency instead of USD, so I convert that into USD , so on and so forth. Which I knew, and didn't mind.

Now, they told me to send it via Gift, which I have done before with other artists, and did get my commission, so I had no problems with it, what caused the red flag, was seeing a previous AB about their Dear. Account, at the time I didn't know if Benji. Was Dear. BUT I did do my research and found out, they both have the same Dreamy, and Same tumblr account.
Their tumblr is posted in their journals, and what not.

As you can see in the screen shots, they both have the same Tumblr name.

So now I knew Benji. was Dear. but I still didn't do anything about it, A month after sending the payment, I asked for an update, in which they did give me an update, Which can be seen here - http://i.imgur.com/jirygNU.png
Now I am patient , so I accepted that excuse without worrying about it, I understand people can get rather busy, and what not. So again I paid no attention to it.
Another month passes, and it's now September , I send them another note on the 18th of September, and got no word back of an update.

three weeks pass since I sent that last message, and I found it fishy, seeing they were posting on their Tumblr account, every few days so... yeah.. haha.....
So I send them a note asking for an Refund of my money, and telling them if they do not send me the refund , or even look at this message , within a week of me sending it I will put up an AB .
And welp, I didn't get my refund, and of course you guessed it, they didn't bother looking at the message...
Mind you I might sound a bit rude in the Ab / Refund warning, seeing at this point my paranoia was kicking up my Anxiety attacks, and those were kicking up my panic attacks, so it was hurting me a lot, so haha.. yeah I didnt mean for it to sound so mean, but :c you need to understand, I suffer with severe anxiety / Panic attacks, and things like that really get them going a lot >< and i was tired of it. Lol.

So now here I am, posting this AB, mind you this may be a bit confusing this is my VERY first AB , and this is the VERY first time something like this has happened to me, as you notice at first I even thought that the commission was 25 dollars or more, but then I went back and looked at my transactions, and boom found out I paid 30 dollars xD so yes there was a bit of confusiong on my end for asking for a refund . It's been awhile since I sent that money so yeah ><;;

I do not mind waiting, but please just give me an update of whats going on...dont leave me in the dark, its not fair to the costomer , because we dont know if you just ... ran off with our money, and in this case, this is what had happened, I doubt I will never get that money back but at this point it doesnt matter,

What matters now, is getting this out there, and warning people about this artist.
