They're very communicative and open to making adjustments, and have always provided plenty of WIPs along the way. They're very versatile when it comes to species as well, and I can't recommend them enough. Here's my most recent ref sheet by them compared to the initial concept doodle I had provided: And here are also a couple of the other ref sheets I have gotten from them. They did all the tattoo work for the second one as well and provided PNGs of them for future usage:
