update: Hawk waited until the last day to finally respond to Paypal, waited for them to ask for more info (wip's, shipping, etc- stuff that didn't exist), and then once again waited for the last day to respond before giving anything. They were able to delay the case's closing like this for over a month before I had to directly call Paypal to get them to actually look at the case and stop asking Hawk for information that didn't exist. Also, despite talking with Paypal multiple times, Hawk still refused to communicate with me after I emailed them on both their personal and business gmails asking for an explanation. The case FINALLY closed in my favor today, 39 days after its opening, and only after I reminded Hawk that in both of our states it is a felony to steal anything upwards of $500. 

So sorry this all happened to you. That transformers oc is sick tho!! ❤️
