Yes, she never responded to paypal and so the dispute went in my favor and I have since received the funds I sent her. I forgot, but would also like to note:
When she finally got back to me on Oct 30th, she HAD NOT even ordered the fabric to make my plush. She instead, defaulted to stuff she had on hand. It is NOT OKAY to wait until the LAST DAY to order fabric!
