Lost Contact: _Prince_ on Toyhouse

I ordered an animated icon for $30 from _Prince_ on Toyhouse a few years ago (either 2021 or 2022 iirc) and have not received it. Unfortunately, the transaction was made in the comments section of their advertisement (it was uploaded to their account the way a character would be, not on the forum), so I can't look back on messages from them. When I try to search for the username _Prince_ in the search bar, nothing shows up, so they must have changed their username. I reached out to Toyhouse staff asking if they could tell me what their new account is and was told that they don't disclose that information to protect their users, which I understand. Any help would be great!
