Limitations on Reporting

If one has a situation where an attempt to purchase a commission slot has ended in a one sided hostility, would it still be considered a beware or would it just be a personal thing that should be disregarded?

It wouldn't be a beware, no. No exchange of money/ services, no beware. 

Whether or not it can be a caution post will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Though we are unlikely to accept "this person was a bit rude to me". It has to be bad.

If you feel it is something we should look at we will be happy to review. Just please bear in mind that we reserve the right to reject a post.

That's perfectly fine. I looked over it again, and figured if the guy was insulting when I was offering to buy his services, the risk of him just taking my money and running would be far greater than normal.
